Very disappointed! After confirming on 7/1 for an event on 7/17, Javier had not shown up approximately 20 minutes before his scheduled time in the contract.
I reached out to him ...
via text at that time and he replied with “what time is the quinceanera over. I need to work on the photo strip.” He claimed he could have been there by 10, when the contract stated 9-11. Unacceptable.
After several excuses and refusing to take ownership of his mistake, he refused to refund any of my money. Extremely unprofessional.
