Oddly it seems the "review" feature on their Facebook page has been disabled. Choosing a great photographer was one of the top priorities when my husband and I were planning our wedding. We realize that after all the planning and stressing, in the end the pictures are what you have to remember the day by. Passio Photography was the very first vendor we booked for our special day. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the service which we valued and paid for so highly. For the most part, our experience before and during the wedding was excellent. However, after everything was said and done (and paid for), trying to get a hold of someone was like pulling teeth. Our photos were promised in 8-12 weeks, and after the full 12 weeks had passed without us hearing a word about our pictures, I had to send a follow-up message to get an ETA on when they would be ready. It took multiple attempts and ignored messages before we even heard back saying our photos would be ready within that week. Now in my opinion, it is pretty much common sense and good business practice that when there is a delay in the service provided, the client should hear first from the professional…not the other way around. We understand that things come up, and a simple message saying “there’s been a bit of a delay but we are working hard to get your photos ready” would have done a great deal for our peace of mind. Unfortunately after that week had passed, still nothing about the pictures. The photographer then shared with me that something had come up that severely slowed their pace down…no problem. The pictures would be ready in 3 or 4 days. Another week passed. Nothing. At this point I asked Jacqueline to please take her time in order for our wedding photos to be perfect, but requested a partial refund as our contract had not been honored. Our request for a partial refund was declined because “all the product would be delivered”, and we were offered a free Christmas mini session instead (a smart business move). Unfortunately not all product was delivered. After waiting twice the amount of time promised for our pictures, we noticed that the photos received were by large majority not edited — it is very easy to differentiate the 40 edited pictures in our teaser, versus the entire rest of the wedding album. Our very last wedding invitation went to Passio for staged photos of our invitations, and if I remember correctly I gave them flowers from the wedding as well to use..I did not receive my invitation back which is fine but in the end we never even received our pictures of the invitation. I have been VERY understanding through all of this and when I saw Passio’s advertisement for scheduling Christmas mini sessions, which we had been offered as a compromise, I immediately contacted Jacqueline to please schedule my husband and myself for a christmas mini on her specific date. Several days have gone by and no response…at this point quite frankly I do not have ANY desire to engage in business with Passio Photography any longer. They are talented in what they do but unfortunately the extreme lack of professionalism in both communication and work ethic will not get them very far in the wedding photography world.

Passio Photography was amazing! those guys are so much fun to work with! we've seen like 70 picture from our wedding so far and we love each and every one of them. The quality of the pictures are just amazing! you won't regret hiring them!

This is probably going to be the longest review I have ever written, but there just aren't enough words to describe how incredible our experience with Passio was! Jacqui and Rafael are not only great photographers, but they are so down to earth and a joy to be around! My husband and I currently live in Minnesota. I am from Florida and we agreed to go back to Florida for the wedding. Planning a Florida wedding from Minnesota is one of the most nerve wracking things I have ever done, and the most difficult decision we had to make was who would capture our wedding day. From the moment I found Passio, I was in love with their work. There's just something about photos that make you FEEL. Pretty photos are great, but we wanted photos that pull you in and make you feel like you're living in the moment. We looked at a LOT of photographers before making a decision and we kept coming back to Passio. We had our engagement photos done in Minnesota, and the work we saw from the photographer compared to how ours turned out made me so nervous in the decision making process. When I told Jacqui this, she asked if she could see our engagement photos so she could see what it was we were unhappy with. The photos were good, but they lacked the emotion we were hoping for. Jacqui put my mind at ease when she completely understood where we were coming from and told us she could create just what we were hoping for. Jacqui was so kind and helpful when discussing package and payment options and we were able to put together a package that worked perfectly for us. We didn't get to meet Jacqui and Rafael before the wedding, and the morning of the wedding was a little hectic, but they didn't seem like strangers at all. Things were rushed when we arrived at the venue, but they got right to work. It's very obvious where they got their name from when they get excited about their shots and you hear Jacqui saying "ugh yes!" every few seconds. They are definitely passionate about their work, and it shows in each and every photo. We had a great group of vendors but I have to say Passio was the best of them all! At the end of the day, what you have left is your marriage and photos and nothing beats a photo that pulls you in and brings you right back to your wedding day and that is exactly what we got thanks to Jacqui and Rafael.

Passio Photography did an OUTSTANDING job on our wedding day. They were easy to work with and PASSIOnate about their work. We will use them for any other photography jobs that we need! Thank you!

I have been a fan of Jacquie's photographs since she was taking pictures of her babies just for fun a couple of years ago. There was always something so raw, genuine, and intriguing about her pictures. So throughout the years I did my part as the cyber stalker and I would look her up just to look at her new photographs of the week �The more she developed as a photographer, the more enamored I became with her work. Fast forward a few of years later and Passio is created! Fast forward a little more and I decided to get married. I've hit the jackpot, because guess who will be taking my wedding pictures?!?!?! You got it! When I say that Passio was my wedding present for myself, please believe every word with everything in you. I cut the guest list shorter, I got my own wedding dress on sale online, got married at my friend's neighborhood, skipped on engagement parties and wedding showers, but I did not compromise on Passio- a duo photgraphy. Rafael and Jacquie have enchanting souls whose chemistry become apparent and contagious when you work with them. Their photographs have a way of illustrating a story from every day joys to capturing moments that last a lifetime in your memories. But what I love most is that with each person, each couple, each baby they photograph they have an eye for capturing their true essence in such a graceful, comfortable, and creative way. They pay attention to every detail that makes you who you are, and even boosts your confidence while they're at it because they simply make every single person no matter what shape, color, or style feel and look so beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. It's an attribute that comes natural to Rafael and Jacquie because they truly see the beauty in life, in people, and even in every flaw. The work they create together and the interactions, conversations you have with them is a testament of just that. Jacquie even helped me with ideas for the wedding!! Ladies, you know how stressful and expensive planning a wedding can be!! You can't think straight and deciding between what color flowers is like the hardest thing you've ever done since taking the SAT. It's the little things that go a long way and show that you're their priority, and that they care to make this a memorable experience for you. In short, the experience that comes with Passio is the same as taking a breath of fresh air while you're walking along the vineyards of Cinque Terre....TIMELESS. It will be a story that you will (because you will) treasure and share from then on.

I wish I could give Passio Photography a 6 star rating!!! We had the opportunity to have Jacqueline photograph both our wedding and engagement photos. I am so glad we chose her because we now have some of our most precious moments captured! Very professional, creative, easy to work with, and turns magical moments into magical memories. Absolutely wonderful, if you have the opportunity to allow her to photograph an event for you, do it, you won't regret it!! :) The best...

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin!! We found Passio out of sheer luck through a friend...and I say luck because I cannot BELIEVE how lucky we got!!! We just had our engagement photo shoot yesterday and we know that the pictures are going to come out absolutely amazing. They let us take a little peak yesterday and we love what we saw so far! Their artistic eye is incredible <3 Jacqui and Rafael are a dynamic duo - not only as photographers but as humans. All four of us were laughing the entire time, and Rafael and my fiance were joking around playing pranks while Jacqui and I were cracking up at trying not to trip on each other! I had never done anything like this before and they made us both feel so at ease! We are absolutely obsessed with these two and cannot wait for them to photograph our wedding, future maternity shots, first birthdays, family photos, holiday greeting cards, and every single event in-between! We feel so blessed to have stumbled upon these two and gained such talented memory-makers and friends. We recommend Passio to ANYONE! If you are looking for romantic, whimsical photos and the experience of a lifetime that won't even feel like a photo shoot, they are the photographers for you! They are worth every cent and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

My husband and I used Passio photography for both our engagement and wedding pictures, and both times we were speechless. Cody wasn't "excited" about having to pose for pictures, and I've never thought I could pose any differently then smiling, but Jacqui and Rafael pull the model out in you. Ha! We love all our photos, they are romantic, magical, and if I do say so myself, we look stunning! Jacqui is so talented and finds a way to capture the right angles and light, the right shots that captured our magical, happily ever after wedding memories!

As my husband and I were eagerly planning our wedding we knew the pictures were what would last a life time. As we did research on photographers in the area I came across Passio Photography and really liked what I saw. On our wedding day Jacqui and Rafael were absolutely amazing! they go above and beyond just photography they take time to create a relationship with their clients so their photos come out that much better! I am in love with my wedding pictures and even 7 months later I continue find myself looking at them daily and reliving every moment! thank you for giving that to me Passio Photography!

My husband and I used Passio Photography for our wedding and truly believe they are unlike any other photography company. To put it simple, these two are visionaries. They blew us away with their incredible artistic photos, and had so many fantastic and creative ideas for each scenario. They also capture some incredible perspective photos. We were also blown away by our wedding footage that was captured by, Rafael. He made our highlight video into a cinematic movie. From the music, to the imagery, he captured our day beyond our wildest imagination. We still can't believe how lucky we are to have found Passio Photography. Not only are they so talented, they are very accommodating. We were very impressed by their prices and flexibility. They are truly one of a kind and we will definitely use their services in the future!

Jacqui and Rafael are a dynamic duo! I could not be happier with my experience with them. They are the sweetest people and are truly invested in every project they take on. They made our photoshoot feel effortless and so much fun! You won't find a better photographer then these too!

The experience I had with Jacqui and Rafael was nothing short than perfect. You the know the saying, "Happy wife, happy life."? Well, wife was ecstatic! Pictures came out wonderful and I'm just thankful that we have beautiful memories saved not just in our minds but throughout our home as well. Thanks Passio!

As soon as I booked Jacqui it just felt so right. In our package we had our engagement photos included with our wedding photos. For our engagement photos we picked a beach that was dear to our hearts as we always go to that beach for all our dating anniversary's. Jacqui completely captured our vision. Our pics are to die for! My husband HATES taking photos and he said " Jacqui made me so comfortable, I forgot we were taking pictures." We had SO much fun taking those photos with her, right then and there we knew we made the right choice. On my wedding day I was a mess, Jacqui came in and comforted me, and as soon as she did I felt so much better. That showed me it is very important to have people who are genuine on your special day. She didn't have to comfort me, she could've went on about her job and just take pictures, but she didnt. She has such a warm heart, I choke up every time I remember how much I appreciated her especially on that day. Our wedding photos are everything we we ever wanted. She captured all the sweet moments, she captured all the love and happiness. After our wedding I had a horrifying call, our videographer had lost our wedding footage. I contacted Jacqui right after he told me, and guess what. She was as angry as I was! I asked for her opinion and that shows you how comfortable I am with her! As my world was crashing down, she sent me an email that same night. Asked me to check my email. There was a CLIP OF MY WEDDING!!! As Jacqui was taking photos Rafael was recording some parts of my wedding without me knowing. I cried, I think we cried together. She goes above and beyond for anyone! Jacqui, you and Rafael have such a special piece of our hearts. You made our experience so fun and conformable. You are our photographer for life! We will always capture our milestones with you! Passio Photography is the absolute best! We were lucky enough to have Jackie and Rafael do our wedding photography in December and we couldn't have been more pleased with their work. They are both so sweet and really care about the work that they do. Our photos turned out so beautiful! It was so hard to choose which ones to frame... When I first contacted Jacqui she was so heart warming and genuine. I truly felt like I had known her for years! I contacted her pretty last minute and I am so thankful she was available for my wedding date! After working with Rafael and Jacqui I couldn't ever imagine hiring anyone else to take our pictures. She has become our family photographer for life! I hope your are ready jacqui! HAHA! On our wedding day they both arrived super early to scout the area! All though we had a few hiccups they were so laid back and just went with the flow of the day. I didn't even notice them through out the wedding except when they were double checking on us! One thing I loved is they posted a sneak peek on the same night! I am sure they were super exhausted but she went out of her way to give us a few beautiful photographs to treasure until the rest were ready. Her attention to detail is freaking out of this world! They both went out of their way to make sure we had beautiful memories captured and that we were enjoying our day to the max! Like I said they are stuck with me for life! They both are the best photographers ever!
