From our initial meet to the wedding we knew Diana and her team were a great fit for us. They worked with our requests with ease and even thought of things ahead of time and were very attentive! Like bringing us appetizers in a small room off to the side so we could collect ourselves for a moment. We had nothing to worry about as they took care of everything, both the ceremony and reception were very smooth sailing which was definitely needed for the day!

Diana has a ton of experience with many different cultural and religious weddings which was shown through her knowledge and dedication. She even helped us to incorporate and ensure that our dog was able to be part of our special day. We used her for month-of/day-of coordination, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Diana is incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and always available to answer any questions that came up during the planning process.
She created an incredibly detailed timeline, communicated with all of our vendors, helped us make decisions on linen colors, and was super helpful with any small, detailed questions from the venue. On our wedding day, Diana brought two team members with her, and they were just as amazing as she is. From steaming dresses, managing photo timelines and groupings, walking around the venue with us during photos, to looking out for our guests and even helping with cleanup after the event, Diana and her team handled everything flawlessly.

ding included onsite meetings, vendor recommendations,coordinating vendor contracts, payments and all vendor follow ups, interfacing with the local accommodations, invitations and communication with our guests throughout the wedding process. When we couldn’t make the floral on-site meeting, Diana attended and FaceTime us to helped to tweak the floral design. Throughout the process a Google document is shared and helps to keep every detail organized. The timeline Diana created of the
rehearsal and wedding day coordination and guidance was indispensable. We didn’t have to worry about anything, Diana and her team took care of all the wedding day details. Additionally, Diana is able to be both a good listener for the bride and grooms vision of their wedding and help elevate the event with additional wedding ideas and suggestions. We greatly appreciated the effort they put in to make sure that the bride and groom were taken care of, giving attention to both individually as well as together. Small issues with other vendors were addressed and handled before we even knew about them. They advocated on our behalf when we wanted particulars from our venue, as well as when they believed other vendors had fallen short. From helping bustle the bride’s dress to collecting and setting up all decor, we truly felt like we could enjoy the day without having to worry about those things ourselves. On top of their amazing organization and execution of our wedding, we were so appreciative of their positivity and excitement throughout the time we worked with them. They were kind, approachable, great to get along with, and could also easily take control of situations when the time called for it. We cannot recommend their services enough.

Second, when we spoke with Diana on the phone, her extreme attention to detail stood out among the other coordinators we interviewed. From the moment we started working with her, we were so relieved to have made this choice! Diana was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions; she also provided us with recommendations that ended up panning out very well. She was organized and proactive, immediately getting in touch with all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. She sent out helpful reminders to us to make sure we were on track with everything we needed to be doing. On our wedding day, her and her team were truly MVPs. The whole day went off without a hitch, and any issue that came up (there were very few), Diana handled immediately. I can't say enough great things about her. She is a lovely person, so pleasant and positive, putting everyone at ease. All the vendors loved her too, including the back-of-the-house staff. And she knows her stuff and has a handle on all.the.details. That was especially important for our venue where we had multiple vendors bringing everything to the site - tent, tables, chairs, etc, etc. Hire Diana and you will not regret it!

She is a skilled communicator who stepped in to take care of things when needed and then faded to the background to let the wedding party shine. Her calm demeanor and cheerful presence is an asset. planning. However, as soon as COVID-19 hit in 2020, we were a mess! We had our initial call with Diana before COVID-19, where we had a large expected guest list. However, we had to pause on reaching out to vendors and confirming with them because we weren’t sure what we would do in the middle of COVID-19. During the stress of it all, Diana was so patient with us as we tried to figure things out. She was there for us even BEFORE we booked her! We knew right there and then that if the wedding were to go on, Diana had to be part of it. Initially, we went back-and-forth with hiring a day-of-coordinator, but booking with Diana was the BEST decision we could have made. We began working together towards the end of October 2020, once we had downsized our guest list. She immediately began sending us everything from shared documents to lists of things to work on. I was amazed. I am detailed myself and therefore I appreciated Diana’s extreme attention to detail and efficient responses. She worked so well with both Selvin and I.
If anyone is undecided about a coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend allocating space in the budget, if possible, for Diana. The feeling of knowing that someone you trust is handling everything on wedding day is absolutely amazing! I cannot express that enough. Selvin and I were able to be 100% present with our wedding party/guests and enjoy every moment of the wedding. We never saw any of the stress that went on behind the scenes because Diana and her team managed it all! We would get updates constantly and felt supported by Diana every step of the way. Our family and guests continued to say how organized and effortless everything was- all thanks to Diana and her team! Lastly, we initially removed the “send-off” from our timeline, but Diana was able to make it happen with some of our guests – which was the perfect way to end the night. These gestures meant so much to us. After the wedding, she provided an amazing recap and even looked-out for us with anything that came up with the venue. Selvin and I truly felt that Diana cared to make the day as special as possible, which made the whole experience super comfortable and beautiful.

he was responsive, punctual, professional, detail-oriented, personable, and most importantly bilingual (to accommodate my Spanish speaking family)!! She was slightly above our budget but she worked with us on a suitable compromise. Wedding planning was going great until the pandemic hit and everything shutdown. Diana was the first vendor to email us about waiving her rescheduling fees. And that’s when she became our savior. As many COVID brides know, trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic was nearly impossible. All the rules had changed and in our case our venue had temporarily closed. Once we informed Diana, she not only provided us a new venue contact but reached out to them personally to make sure we were all set. That’s just one example of how Diana went above and beyond by using her resources and determination to answer all our wedding questions and concerns. Ultimately, we decided to postpone our wedding reception but kept our original wedding date for a more “intimate” wedding ceremony (<50 guests). Diana helped us along the way and provided us with an additional wedding check-in to make sure we were on track. Once we entered our one-month mark, Diana met with all our vendors, offered us additional wedding planning tools, and created a detailed schedule. She did such a great job that the day of the wedding we were completely stress free. As a bonus, my family absolutely loved her. Everything went according to plan, I even arrived at the church a few minutes early. Overall, Diana and her team did an amazing job helping us navigate through a COVID wedding, masks included. We honestly could not have done it without her and we can’t wait to do it again next year!!

on a google doc for the big day. Every week (the month of) we would fine-tune every last detail. The contacted all my vendors and kept them in the look. They brought up details that a first-time bride wouldn't think of such as gratuity and the aftermath and much more- things that if you didn't have a planner, you would freak out about if you weren't Type A. Christin and Alyssa did a phenomenal job the day of. All I had to do was show up. They took care of every fine detail that I was worried about and effectively executed each step. It rained- I wasn't worried. The DJ forgot to announce my parents- I wasn't worried. At the end of the night, I was so wild, I couldn't remember how to tie my shoe- I wasn't worried. Christin and Alyssa literally took care of ALL of it.
Not only did they take care of all the issues that popped up, but they also had fun themselves. I've heard from a lot of vendors that sometimes the planner is more of a planzilla compared to the bride- they're not that type. They were helpful, productive, troubleshot issues but enjoy their time as well. If I were to do this all over again, they would be the first people I call, hands down. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

I felt the decision was a bit rash with only 7 months to plan and coordinate a wedding. Doubting that anything would materialized, I allowed my fiancé to humor her own idea of planning and coordinating a wedding. Four months into the planning, I realized that this wedding was going to happen and IMMEDIATELY encouraged her to consider acquiring a month-of wedding coordinator. It took a while for my fiancé to realize that she could not be the bride and the person to execute her vision on her wedding day – it is not possible. My sister who was also planning a wedding (2019) had mentioned to me that she had acquired a month-of wedding coordinator and was very pleased with her decision. I had asked my sister for more information which brought us to Passionate Wedding Planning Services. My fiancé chatted with Diana over a phone call and was immediately impressed by the preliminary help and advice provided during her consultation. My fiancé was so set on acquiring a month-of coordinator from Passionate Wedding Planning Services that we adjusted our wedding budget to accommodate having Diana as our month-of wedding coordinator. With four months to go until our wedding date, I could immediately sense a huge amount of weight taken off my fiancé’s shoulders. My fiancé and Diana had several email exchanges and phone conversations during the month leading up to the wedding. Details of vendors contracts, payments, wedding day timeline were meticulously combed over and refined. We had a preliminary finalized timeline a week prior to our wedding date. This PDF document covered every possible detail you could imagine relating to the wedding day. The timeline was shared with all our vendors to ensure that my fiancé’s vision for our wedding day was executed. Our wedding day was wonderful. Our photographer knew when and where to be to for photos. Diana coordinated transportation from our hotel to our photo session and to the venue. Throughout the day, I would question myself – how in the world would we have been able to pull this off without a wedding coordinator! Our wedding day was amazing. Our guest had a blast. We were even able to enjoy the food and music we selected all thanks to Diana. I would highly encourage anyone considering a month-of wedding coordinator to get one without hesitation. I was pretty organized and kept detailed notes and contact information for my vendors, and also drafted a thorough timeline for the whole wedding weekend. But, most critical of all, Christin and Diana did an absolutely amazing job executing my timeline and all of my preparation and hard work! I felt like they were asking all of the right questions at the right time and taking care of details that I had forgotten about or just didn't have the time to take care of; either way, they were making my wedding SO MUCH BETTER. Christin put in 15 hours of work on my wedding day (10am-1am) and her assistant put in 12 hours (1pm-1am) - it's a long day! They were one of the only companies that could accommodate those long hours without charging exceptionally high rates. Given all the work, and the long hours on the day of the wedding, their price was more than fair, and their work was terrific. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
