Des was very helpful with our European trip. We decided to visit Lisbon, Almafi, Florence, Venice, and Lake Como. We stayed in some of the best hotels with excellent customer service. She made the process easy and made any changes that we requested. Not only did she ensure we had private transportation and public train transportation booked, she also checked in along the way to make sure we had smooth transitions.
