We cannot express how amazing and perfect it all was thanks to Mia and her amazing team! We had our wedding December 2024 and we still can’t get over how absolutely fantastic Mia and her team made our wedding! She was there for us from day one, and her communication skills, organizational skills and her work overall was amazing! She and her team went above and beyond what we could have dreamt of, and we couldn’t have been more stress-free on our big day. Thank you!
Mia Kartsonis and her team went above and beyond for our wedding. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! She is phenomenal! Hands down-best wedding coordinator ever. Mia helped make my dreams come true. She guided me from the very beginning and always made sure that all concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner. She is kind, competent and easily puts you at ease when the wedding planning becomes stressful. She will take care of anything that you may be worried about. Mia will talk to vendors and make sure that you get the best deal possible. Unfortunately, my father passed during this time and Mia was the sweetest most compassionate coordinator ever. She sent me flowers and told me to take my time to mourn, which really helped get my life in order at the time since now I had a funeral to plan as well.
Anyway, my wedding was just four days ago and everyone is still raving about how beautiful my wedding was. People have said that it was 'one of the best weddings' they've ever attended. Thank you, Mia!
Also, Mia has a decor rental available for every package, which can save you $100's on decor that you will only need once for your wedding. Mia also uses a wedding planning platform, Aisle Planner, which helps you and her stay connected during the planning process. You are able to view your venue's layout, arrange tables, seats/guests, and timelines all in one place. This is a wonderful tool for people like me, who love to stay organized. This helped tremendously! She was able to view my changes and vice versa. Another cool thing that Mia provides is a detailed 3D view of your venue and the decor discussed. It really helps see if your tables/decor is what you envisioned. Anyway, if you want a stress-free wedding, hire Mia and her team! You will not regret it. <3 Cynthia & Josh
I would highly recommend anyone who is planning their wedding to hire a planner. It was a pleasure working with Mia, she was very responsive and helpful. I love that she can always give me great advice when I’m indecisive. Our wedding was postponed for three years! And she helped us rearrange everything three times. She’s great!
From our first call to the actually wedding day, Mia and her team were amazing! She was so professional and organized. She was so kind and remembered details about the ceremony and planning that I even forgot that I mentioned. On the day of the event (my wedding) I felt so at ease and comfortable because I knew that Mia was there for me! I highly recommend her and her team for any and all of your party planning/event needs.
I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience. Mia created a fun and easy space for us to work together and make my dreams into reality. She is responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable and creative. I am still in awe with the way everything turned out. It was smooth and extremely special, and I owe that to the Pastiche Event crew. A big perk to booking with Mia is that she has a decor inventory list that is complimentary. It really helped with cutting costs down!!
Mia Kartsonis and her assistant Hugo of Pastiche Event Productions made our destination wedding in Solvang, CAlifornia run so smoothly and without a hitch.
We really could not have asked for a better “Day Of” team. They handled all the details of our wedding with such care and professionalism. During the planning process, Mia was attentive, communicative, and took care of everything right away with the best “can do” attitude. She also headed off any foreseeable problems during setup and scheduling. We knew she had the experience we needed for our event to run smoothly.
For example, on the day of the wedding, the wedding cake arrived without any of the decorations that were clearly detailed in the contract. Mia did not miss a beat and called the baker and made sure that the cake was fixed to perfection.
Hugo was the perfect assistant with is experienced in florals. Mia and Hugo both stepped in when I needed help with the set up of the garlands on the alter rail in the church, when having them fully arranged before travel was not going to work after all. And the way they arranged the flowers there — and later placing them at the reception was quite the sight to see and just perfect!
We could not have executed this wedding day without Mia and Hugo and definitely would recommend them to others wishing to plan a wedding or event. We will be forever grateful that they were our team!
Mia and her team are top notch. From the moment you hire her, you will feel a weight off your shoulders and see everything fall into place. We hired Mia 10 days out from our wedding as our original event coordinator wasn’t being as responsive as we had hoped and it was leaving us stressed out and anxious. Mia immediately hopped on a call with me that lasted well over an hour and jumped in and took lead on everything from the coordination of the DJ, string quartet, catering and rentals to ceremony timeline and all the little details in between.
Aisle Planner is the primary software her and her team use and it’s a great addition to see everything from high level as well as to be able to drill down into the details. We were doing a wedding across the county and had never seen the venue in person, and this software really helped us visualize the day and collaborate with Mia.
Mia truly went above and beyond. I had a specific whiskey I was looking for and she went herself to pick it up from the store. She always texted and emailed back right away. The day of the rehearsal, we noticed a few items at the venue were not up to par and she immediately went into action and handled them and made adjustments on the fly.
We had a lot of very specific requests, some on very short notice and she made it all happen.
On your wedding day, you want to feel at ease and like everything is being handled so that you and your guests can have the best time. Mia and her team will make you feel that way.
Mia and her team were simply phenomenal. We hired Mia for day-of coordination two weeks before our wedding, after having to dismiss our original coordinator. Mia stepped in with an incredible amount of dedication, insight, and patience. Her approach of using the Aisle Planner website to create our timeline, arrange our floor plan, organize our guest list and vendor contacts, and keep notes, all with the ability to make live edits, was seamless and drastically lowered the stress level for my mother and me. She was attentive to detail, asked all the right questions to make sure we had what we needed for each part of our wedding, and made helpful suggestions along the way. She ran our rehearsal well, navigating endless questions from our family with patience and grace. On top of all that, she executed everything on our wedding day beautifully. She set everything up hung up just how I had envisioned, and I couldn’t have been happier with how smoothly the evening ran. My husband and I didn’t have to think twice about anything and were able to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding with our family and friends because we knew the evening was in Mia’s capable hands. A HUGE thanks to Mia and her assistant for making the wedding of our dreams come true!! :)
Mia was a true gem to ensure my wedding went perfectly. She helped me coordinate all my vendors, guests and wedding party. She was flawless in her execution. She worked so well with my caterers and really helped prepare me for my big day. She even helped me pack up all my wedding stuff and bring to my bridal suite. I mean it when I say ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected.
You will not be disappointed. Book her now! Plus her software helped me get everything organized including my seating charts, timeline etc.

Planning a wedding during the pandemic definitely had it’s challenges, but with Mia on our team, she made sure our wedding day was a success! I appreciated how organized she was and especially liked her Aisle Planner program. It made planning the seating charts and making the timeline super simple! During the wedding day there were unforeseeable changes, but she calmly adjusted the timeline and helped the day run smoothly. Also, Mia is really sweet and genuine and went above and beyond to make our day special. She assisted my photographer to ensure we captured the best photos. She even made sure all our wedding gifts and important belongings were transferred to our hotel room so that I didn’t have to worry about it at the end of the night. When we arrived to our room, she had decorated our bed with rose petals in the shape of a heart. Truly appreciate her and highly recommend her if you want your wedding day to be as special and beautiful as ours. Thank you again Mia!

We interviewed a few wedding coordinators for our wedding and we immediately felt like we could trust Mia. She is super hardworking and has a strong sense for what works and doesn't work for events. Her insight really helped us plan a great experience for our guests. Her ability to work with vendors and to make sure things are done right is in itself a HUGE asset to have on your side. On the actual day of the wedding, I wasn't able to focus on the logistics, details, etc. at all, but it didn't matter because Mia and her assistant literally handled everything and exceeded our expectations!
If I could give Pastiche 10 stars I would. From the day I met Mia, I felt so at ease with her being our ceremony coordinator. Her calm and reassuring demeanor is exactly what a bride needs. Especially a bride that had to postponed twice, cancel her destination wedding altogether, lost out on thousands of dollars in non refundable deposits, etc. (2020 was a real doozy...)
I was put in contact with Mia at Pastiche through our caterer/event coordinator Critics Choice and I now understand why they came so highly recommended. Mia held my hand through the entire process and was an absolute doll to work with. She was quick to reply to emails and texts. Offered incredible advice and insight on floor plan and 'flow' for the ceremony and most importantly, was patient and a tremendous babysitter/wrangler (lol) to my rambunctious bridal party on the big day.
Her husband also did our wedding videography and we were greeted with the same kindness and enthusiasm from him as well.
Mia, you went above and beyond and Michael and I couldn't be happier with how are beautiful, tropical, backyard wedding turned out. You are the best! Thank you thank you thank you!
Mia was amazing! She was the best wedding coordinator ever! So sweet, professional, prompt, hard working and reliable. She set the mood perfectly and was the perfect narrator. The CEREMONY WAS PERFECT AND SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOUND. She saved the day, was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond his call of duty. Our beautiful and insanely expensive Malibu wedding was on the VERGE of being a complete disaster and trainwreck but Mia literally SAVED OUR WEDDING. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIA AS A WEDDING COORINATOR OR FOR ANY EVENT. Five stars all the way!!!!!!!!Will post official pictures when they come out and are done. FIVE STARS!!!!
Mia made our special day so spectacular! Everything came through and was just as we had hoped! We had her for the 6 months of planning and she went above and beyond and since budget was our main concern, she always presented multiple options which were considerate of our situation. She also was always on top of deadlines and vendors! We made some last minute changes on the day of and she worked with us and the venue really well; she was always on our side and would contest any issues we may have had with the venue. (God forbid) If I were to have to plan another wedding, I would definitely use her again!
Mia was AMAZING!! I helped my brother out with his proposal and she helped me every step of the way. She was so patient when I couldn’t get back to her for days. Everything turned out so much better than expected.
