Worst company ever.
We were very disappointed in the cake. It was a 4 tier cake & completely tilting. I spoke to them about it & they said it was hot.. this was an INDOOR venue wi...
th AC, completely false. I spoke to our professional catering company & they cut the cake up.. Pastry Palace didn't even use real stabilizers to hold up the cake, tiny toothpicks. It was tilting before they set it up. My photographer took photos. It was NOT the heat. We couldn't even do our cake cutting in front of everyone because the cake almost fell over.
My grandparents used this company for years until apparently new ownership. I would never ever use this company again. I would never recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. The cake colors were off also & looked nothing like what I asked for.. but the 4 tier almost $1,000 cake falling over is the worst part of this service. Angelica & Grace ignored me when I reached out after the wedding.
Save yourself the waste of time & money. They seem like nice ladies, but they are not a professional business. Do NOT use this company!!!
This bakery is permanently closed. Unfortunately, they closed 5 weeks before our wedding and did not fulfill our order.
Luckily we found another vendor
Pastry Palace was very easy to work with and they arrived on time for delivery. The cake was EXACTLY how we wanted and was delicious.
