Unique offering. Alberto was very professional and provided a lot of insight about the iberic ham and how it was raised. More than a dish, it was an experience to see him prepping the cuts and sharing his knowledge of the meat! Matched perfectly with the Spanish theme of the event. And the taste..... amazing!
