Patina Catering began as a few intimate dinners that Chef Joaquim served at homes of his most loyal patrons. Demand for his mouth-watering cuisine and beautiful designs soon grew, and the company expanded to become the exclusive caterer of many venues throughout the country. These include the California Science Center, the Fonda Theatre, Venue 66, Two Rodeo Drive, Annenberg Beach House, and Paramount Pictures. The eatery is also available to cater your wedding at the venue of your choice.
