s that the desserts were so delicious, beautiful, and unique! Chef John met with us prior to the wedding for a tasting and it was unreal! We had a lot of email correspondences prior to the day because he was making us a custom cake and although Chef John was out of the country (competing in an international competition in France) Patisserie's staff returned our emails promptly and thoroughly. The most difficult part was choosing desserts because they were all so amazing! The staff from Patisserie 46 came in and set up the dessert table without disturbing us or any of our guests. They were so professional and the dessert table was set up beautifully without us having to specify what we wanted it to look like. I was so impressed and thrilled with Patisserie 46 and Chef John! I highly recommend them if you are looking for gorgeous and delicious desserts or cake and a professional and creative staff to work with! One of the best decisions we made was hiring Patisserie 46!

tional cake (even though his cakes are goregous and delicious), ...we went with french macaroons. John helped us create "cakes" out of the macaroons and even created special flavors and colors. Our guests said they never had anything so good and still dream about these fantastic desserts!! Also I've tried many french macaroons in the Twin Cities and have to say these are by far the best I've ever had. I'd highly recommend Chef John Kraus at Patisserie 46!
