ding colors (matcha, blueberry, and vanilla) and all three were a big hit. They not only tasted great but looked beautiful in our photos. Pascal was incredibly communicative and helpful. The macarons were incredibly well priced. On top of the macarons, they included free delivery to our venue and didn’t charge us for the tower because we returned it. Our delivery was also well timed with our event and arrived perfectly on time. Neither of us were huge wedding cake people and Patisserie Coralie made our dessert dream come true.

We had two tastings with Chef Romain, and although we were completely happy with the first tasting, the second was even more amazing. Our cake turned out absolutely delicious and both we and our guests couldn’t have been happier with it! The taste and texture were both perfect, and the light level of sweetness was spot on.
