We were originally going to do food and bar with them but our venue ended up getting their liquor license and having the bar go through them, but Patricia's made quick changes to our quote. The food at the reception was even better than what we tried at our tasting. I had people going up for seconds and people coming up to me that told me they would eat the loaded potato bake alone for a meal - which I agree, it was delicious! You could really tell that Patricia’s goes above and beyond in the quality and taste of their food. My only critique was that even as the first ones of the night to eat, the food was a little bit cold, but that was easy to overlook with how delicious it was. They even offered a service to us for cutting the cake at no additional charge, we would highly recommend them!

I was able to add 2 vegan meals a week before the event and my 2 guests were thrilled with what was provided and shocked they were included in the menu. actually had Patricia's cater our rehearsal dinner as well - we did a taco bar with servers and a bar tender, but we provided our own alcohol. So worth it! Also, Sarah was amazing to work with - truly made it an easy process. We received compliments on the food at our wedding all night and still do! I never knew I would think about hiring a catering company for future random life events....but there were so many food options I still want to try I regularly consider going all out for my next birthday - food and service was that good!

was fantastic. Everyone was impressed with the food and it was all very consistent throughout. They are very flexible with pricing/package options, dietary restrictions, and were always open/ready to adjust/discuss as needed. Everyone we talked to had nothing but good things to say about the food. And everything ran seamlessly. Overall, could not have asked for a better experience for food, and I've definitely had "ok" to "bad" food experiences at weddings before.

d had to make some last minutes changes and they made the changes with no problems. They were on time and set up on time. The day of the wedding we had a few problems. The food for dinner didn’t taste like the food tasting. Our parents paid extra to have corn on the cob, which they kept in the back until the green beans ran out first. Our parents had to specifically ask them to bring them out since it had been paid for. On our wedding menu that they provided, they did not have our correct names listed. They had a completely different couple’s name. My guests did say that the buffalo dip was very good. Overall, they provided great customer service minus the three problems that we had the day of the wedding.

We had the rosemary chicken, prime rib, roasted veggies, roasted potatoes, and the fresh fruit medley with honey and lime zest, as well as the spring salad with fruit. The food was delicious! Plus the buffet line was set up nicely. The staff that night kept the food warm and stocked. We were extremely satisfied with the whole experience and the quality of the food! I highly recommend Patricia for your wedding catering needs.

rd nothing but compliments on our food - especially from our vegan/vegetarian guests. The cake was also divine (maybe 10 pieces total were leftover). My one frustration came towards the end when we got our invoices leading up to the wedding. The rental estimate went up considerably because they had to add a piece of equipment necessary to do a plated entree. We were able to pay it, but were just annoyed it wasn't included in the original estimate since they knew it would be plated from the beginning. That being said, the food was fantastic, the staff very patient and helpful during the planning process, and the wait staff at the event was very professional.

d and a fruit salad. Every guest I have spoken with has raved about the food. My own mother told me the gravy was possibly the best she had ever tasted. The chicken was hot and flavorful! The potatoes were amazing, the gravy truly was delicious. The coleslaw we got was an amazing vinegar based slaw that was very good. The salad was a mixed green with apples, pears, walnuts and some great dressing. I cannot thank them enough for such an amazing meal! I would highly recommend Patricia's to anyone planning their wedding in the metro area!

g went fine until the day of the wedding. We had several problems. 1. I paid extra to have the waiters to operate a popcorn machine. They burnt every batch which made our reception smell like burnt popcorn the entire evening which is an awful smell. The payment included a cleaning afterwards which they refused to do until I threatened to call Patricia. When I went to return the machine I had to clean it there (or lose my deposit) because they said it was unacceptable. 2. The appetizers were burnt. We had drummetes and pastry wrapped asparagus. The underside of the puff pastry were black and rock hard. 3. We had the food served family style. The waiters became so confused that it took nearly 30 minutes for all 9 tables to get the overdressed salads and even longer for everyone to get the rest of the food. It took so long for the food that guests actually left before the entire meal was served. 4. I was told that the waitresses would cut the cake and put them on plates for everyone to choose from which nobody did. My mom actually had to cut the cake and serve them to our guests. 5. They tried to take our chair covers saying that they were rentals when in fact I actually bought them myself. 6. There was no management on site, just 2 or 3 waitresses. My biggest problem is that when I was so impressed with the trial I thought that what I was going to get at the reception. I was disappointed and tried not to let it bother me but it was unfortunate. I think all of this could have been avoided if there was a manager on the floor rather than a few teenage waitresses. I was very disappointed between the burnt food, confused wait staff, and overall lack of professionalism in the service. I didn't want to leave this review but thought that others would want to know when considering a caterer.

She has so many options and you can mix and match anything you like. Patricia is so easy to work with and will definitely not let you down.

My only complaint was having the catering company make the rental arrangements. Patricia Catering interacted with United Rent All and placed the order for our rental bill. We went to United Rent All and met with their personnel to make our choices for rental equipment. When I asked if we could reserve the items we chose, I was told Patricia Catering would place the order. When the chairs were delivered on the wedding day, they were not what we requested and when we picked up the vases for the florist, they were incorrect as well. The bill for the rental was not explained until a couple of days prior to the event and was not itemized. All and all, I LOVED the catering service, I just would not recommend asking someone else to place your rental order.
