Pat is a great resource for Billings, MT. Contracted for day-of-coordination, Pat ensured vendors were tracking the timeline of events a week before hand and provided numerous vendors to utilize for the day. However, this sometimes led to premature contact to the Bride regarding appointments such as hair/makeup and dessert not being tracked which caused stress on the bride who then, personally contacted the vendors which stated that was a mistake, and they were tracking the requirements. Day of, Pat insisted she was there for whatever we needed; however, when asked to keep an eye on the hot cocoa bar, she commented "so, I have to keep an eye on the adults as well as the children?" To the mother of the bride.....not the best remark I'd say to a woman who is already at the peak of stress. She was great for helping cut the eight pies we ordered. However, that's really it.... no need to use for day of coordination.... I was a bride in panic to find a safety pin for my bra that didnt pan out; however, Pat stayed remotely at the reception not at the cermony....not sure why we even used her really. Overall, she has a great list of recommendations to use and she is great at making a wedding sound magical. However, if your practical and don't deal well with fluff...I suggest looking elsewhere.

Pat is absolutely incredible! I don't know how we could have pulled off our wedding without her. She has so many valuable resources and ideas. She invests herself completely in your wedding and is so willing to help and do anything you need. She made itineraries for our families, wedding party, and vendors to keep everyone on the same page the week of the wedding. She is absolutely worth calling!

Ladies....Mothers... Sisters... Maids of Honor... Brides.... Pat Clark was THE BEST decision we made for our wedding. She is truly a fairy godmother and we could not have had the wedding we did without her. It started off with just a consultation with my sister and mother, going through the details for planning a wedding (this was our first wedding in the family). Pat sat with 3 nervous, anxious, and confused women and was the most calming and reassuring presence we could ask for. Before we even hired her, she lifted the weight of the world off of our shoulders. For a year and a half she worked with me on every detail (and I do mean EVERY detail) for our July wedding. Timeline, vendors, menu, catering, decorations, game plan for out-of-hand family members, traveling, even finding time for me to sneak off with my husband after the ceremony (the party was so good, we never left!). Anytime I needed something, she was only a call or text away. There was a month that I emailed her every day and she was always there to problem solve, offer advice, or just reassure. Come the "day-of" I stressed about NOTHING (and I'm a "stresser", hence an email every day for a month). Pat coordinated with all the vendors, directed guests, kept us on timeline, directed set up and overall theme, kept my mother calm (also a "stresser").... she did so much, I can't even list it all. All I know is everything went perfect, absolutely perfect, and Pat Clark is one of the main reasons why. She is an amazing woman, wedding planner, and fairy godmother. I would hire her every time! Thank you Pat for such an amazing day, we couldn't have done it without you!!!

Pat Clark is simply amazing! She helped make our wedding absolutely beautiful and everything we've ever dreamed of. She is such a sweet and caring lady and has so much advice and knowledge!

We had Pat as the officiant of our wedding. While I didn't necessarily use her planning services, she was a great resource for me as an out-of-state bride. She has an extremely long list of vendors that she has worked with, which was super helpful to me. I found many vendors off of that list and everyone in the area knows about her... in the very best ways! She is extremely organized and while we didn't have many meetings, her experience and wedding packet made everything extremely simple for me. She is a great asset to the community and did an incredible job with our ceremony. She had so many great ideas to help make our wedding unique and it was perfectly tailored to us!

Pat was instrumental in helping me put together my wedding. She has relationships with the majority of the other vendors in Billings and was able to point me in all the right directions. She was a life saver when my dress was not ready on time. She called the seamstress and had her deliver the dress to me and worked out any issues so I would not be stressed. She is wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

I do not know how I could have planned my wedding without Pat Clark. She is truly amazing! I worked with her for about 18 months and she made everything so easy. She would help find vendors, review their contracts to make sure it was what I was looking for, and then take care of hiring them. She was available any time of day when I had ideas to share or a question. On the day of our wedding, she was there to make sure all of the planning I had done went perfectly. She was there to set up our reception venue, welcome vendors and assist them, send me pictures to verify that the table settings were how I wanted them, along with MANY more tasks. She took so much stress off of me, my husband, and my family just knowing that she would be there to set up and clean up and that she would make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. Pat helped make our day perfect. She made my visions for our wedding day into a reality. I can not say it enough, Pat is amazing!

Pat is incredibly creative and efficient. She coordinated the two day event flawlessly. I felt very at ease and able to enjoy the special day. I would recommend a planner to anyone, but I will especially recommend Pat Clark! She has many different services to choose from so it's easy to find a package that fits you.

Pat is amazing!! I cant say enough about how much she helped me. She is there for you from start to finish and knows what shes doing! Even if you dont need a planner she is an officiant too and does an amazing job! She even sends you a beautiful copy of your ceremony which is a wonderful keepsake.

Pat was amazing! she not only gives your a booklet which gives you TONS of ideas for the planning of your wedding, but she sits down with you and gets to know your own personal style! She was very productive and my now husband and I are extremely happy that we found pat. Would recommend her to anyone! If I would have known prior to planning my wedding that she assisted with all the planning, I would have hired her for that as well!

Patricia Clark was so wonderful to have as a part of our wedding. She helped us design a beautiful ceremony that our family will never forget. It will forever be a part of our lives and our childrens lives. She also processed our marriage license for us, so we didnt have to worry about it. That took some stress off our plate.

We hired Pat Clark of Patricia Clark Weddings to officiate our ceremony as well as to handle "day-of" coordinating. What a wonderful lady she is....and what help she was! She did everything the day of and led us in a beautiful ceremony. I could not have asked for a better day, and it was because of her.
