Patriotic Pig BBQ

We used Patriotic Pig for our wedding and I am so glad we went with them! They were on-time, organized, and the setup was beautiful! We had so many people tell us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We were even told that the vegan option of Jackfruit was the best Jackfruit they have ever had. You get so many wonderful options to pick from as far as the meat and sides go and everything was delicious. They were also very quick to respond and easily made any changes we needed. I truly recommend them for any big catering event!

The Patriotic Pig was the best caterer ever! We had our wedding on December 14, and our guests are still telling us how great the food was and that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. So so glad that we went with them! Truly amazing. Can't wait to keep eating here!

Patriotic Pig BBQ was AMAZING!!! The food was so fresh and delicious that we were even told by our guests that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!! We not only had their buffet for dinner, but we also served some appetizers during cocktail hour and our guests could not get enough of their food!! I would book them 1000 times over!!!

She answered all of my questions. On the wedding day, the crew was punctual, quick, and very kind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for delicious and affordable catering!

Patriotic Pig was the PERFECT catering company for my big day! My husband & I went to the patriotic pig in person to try it out before we decided to fully commit & we were blown away! Their food is amazing! In addition, they can provide all utensils, plates, and cake cutting if you decide to use it! We had plenty of leftovers after! Highly recommend!

We will definitely be a regular customer at The Patriotic Pig! There were so many good reviews about them from guests at our wedding and we love them as well! Everyone was super nice and responsive when we had a question as well. We loved when we got to choose the vendor for food and then my husbands parents went to a BBQ cookout with all these different places and Patriotic Pig was one of them there and they said it was top 2 out of 60. Everyone loved them!

I could not rave enough about my experience with Patriotic Pig. They were so pleasantly and helpful from the very beginning. Gina is wonderful to work with. They were flexible with my specific needs and quick in responding when I had questions. They filled up water glasses that I decided to have last minute, switched to passed apps for cocktail hour because I did not want people in the reception space, and got the meals ready for vendors. All of the staff was so polite and effective I couldn’t have been happier. Now about the food. So. Dang. Good! You can get a lot of decent barbecue in Texas but this is a whole new level of good. My now husband said that they were the best ribs he has ever had and that is saying a lot. There is not one bad thing that I ate but I am partial to the turkey! Note.. we had 215 people in attendance and people went out of their way to say how incredible the food was (both apps and main course).

Everyone cannot stop talking about the brisket! Patriotic Pig made our day so great (and we had plenty of leftovers) and Gina was so patient and responsive when I asked her a billion questions. We did, however, run out of appetizers, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Patriotic Pig catered our wedding this past weekend and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about the food all night long. We had multiple people tell us it was THE BEST food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The whole process was so easy. From first contact to get a quote to them packing all leftovers at the end of the night. The 5 staff members we had that night were so kind and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot even begin to describe the amount of compliments we got about Patriotic Pig! We ordered 4 meats (ribs, brisket, sausage, and turkey), mashed potatoes, green beans, baked beans, and mac n cheese. People said it was the best wedding food they've ever had, they went back for seconds, and they continue to give us compliments about it to this day! We even have plans to take our parents to the restaurant when they come back to visit so they can get more. Gina was extremely helpful with all the questions I had and making sure we got exactly what we needed. They even have a vegan option, which our vegan and vegetarian guests loved! They provided to go boxes for the bride and groom (which we grubbed on the next day and it was just as good!). I seriously cannot recommend Patriotic Pig more! If you want your guests happy and full, book Patriotic Pig!!

This food was perfect and delicious for my wedding. I got many compliments from guest about how great the food was. There were quite a few options available when making selections for the menu. It was honestly hard narrowing down to the selections for the wedding. The service was great. They were very friendly and efficient. I best thing about this vendor is all the services they provided with the food. They brought their own tables and tablecloths for serving food along with rustic decor. They provided plates, napkins, silverware and cups. They served the food and bused the tables afterwards. They also cut and served the cake. It was very convenient that all of these services where provided by this caterer so that I didn't have to go find other vendors to fulfill those needs. My favorite part was the dessert table. I was wanting something different than just a traditional cake. I loved the look and the variety of option they had. There where also gluten free and dairy free options, which was important to us since we had guests who needed those options. They also packed up a meal and desserts for me and my husband to take with us at the end of the night. That was a very nice and thoughtful touch.

Gina and her catering crew at Patriotic Pig were remarkable! When we went to the restaurant for sampling, Gina introduced herself to my now husband and I and has been in communication with us ever since. The food at my wedding was absolutely amazing and while my husband and I made our rounds to tables, everyone’s plate was completely empty! I definitely recommend booking with Patriotic Pig.

We decided we wanted BBQ served at our reception dinner following our wedding and we are so happy we went with Patriotic Pig. They served brisket, sausage, and smoked chicken breast with mac&cheese, burnt-end beans, bacon green beans, bacon ranch potato salad, and coleslaw. All the food was delicious and all the guests were raving about the food. We also had appetizers served during cocktail hour. They served street tacos, brisket and pulled pork sliders, and Texas tater skins, all were a big hit with us and our guests! It was the perfect amount of food to keep our guests happy until dinner was served. We also opted for a dessert bar that featured Uncle Willie's pies which were absolutely delicious. My husband and I had a sampling of the pies for breakfast the day after our wedding and they were absolutely delicious!

I only want to go to weddings where Patriotic Pig caters from here on out. In the words of Guy Fieri, the food was OUT OF BOUNDS! Gina was such a delight to work with leading up to the day, and I was so excited to have my northeastern guests fall in love with barbecue and give them the true Texas experience!

Patriotic pig was so professional and easy to work with. Their food is absolutely delicious and gives your guests a lot of different options. Also the way they display their food is so aesthetic and cute. We loved working with them and 10/10 recommend using them for your next event/wedding.

We had Patriot Pig cater our daughter’s wedding! The BBQ was an absolute hit at the wedding! Guests were commenting on how good the food was and that it wasn’t your typical banquet food. The servers were professional, courteous and very hard working! Kept on top of everything from cake cutting, serving, to cleaning up and packaging leftovers! Would highly recommend them! Patriotic Pig catered for our wedding. One of the best decisions we made. We felt so blessed for all of our out-of-town family to experience a truly authentic Texas BBQ. There wasn't a single thing on our plates that we did not enjoy. Our guests also extremely loved the pie!

Gina and Patriotic Pig are so wonderful to work with...As a wedding planner, I have worked with them now at least half a dozen times! She is always super responsive and communicative, and she is so flexible with any changes or updates we have! I worked with them on a wedding this past Saturday at the Brooks at Weatherford in Fort Worth. Her team was awesome, the food was great, and they went above and beyond! They even stayed to help cut the cake later that night, even though dinner service had already ended. You cannot go wrong with Patriotic Pig. They are one of the best! :)

The main comment I heard all night was how good the food was- specifically the brisket & Mac'n'Cheese. This was so good & great at 1 am too. We had left overs & were able to bring containers for them to put it in. Their food is SO GOOD!

We used The Patriotic Pig catering for our wedding and it was amazing! Before booking we were able to go to the restaurant and get a sampler, and we knew immediately that we wanted to use them. The food was delicious and the service was great. We had a lot of guests from up North and it was so special to us to get to share our favorite southern food and it be served to them with southern hospitality.

We hired Patriotic Pig for our June wedding. Let me tell you, it was a show stopper. The set up was beautiful. The decor they brought with them went flawlessly with our decor. We also had the dessert ladder which was my favorite part, and much bigger than I expected. The food was just amazing. Our other vendors told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. I trust their opinions because they eat wedding food twice a week. Needless to say our guests loved it and are still talking about how good our food was. They were so friendly and helpful when it came to anything. If I needed to reach out they answered right away. I also believe that their prices were fair and honest. I will be sure to book with Patriotic Pig for any future catering needs.

Best. BBQ. In Texas. That’s all you need to know! Our guests RAVED about the food days after the reception. Mac n cheese - oh my word. And the brisket and sausage - so tasty! The chicken was so amazingly good too people thought my it was pork 😂. Gina was so responsive and accommodating to last minute changes. They also have great options for vegans/vegetarians . We used Patriotic Pig for our caterer for our daughters wedding last weekend. We have eaten at their North Richland Hills location and it was so good that we didn't know how it would translate for a wedding feeding 200+ people. To say the least we were BLOWN away by the food and the amount of people that came up to me during the wedding and texts even 2 days later asking who catered the food shows you how many people LOVED every bit of food that was served. The staff was AMAZING and I can go on and on about Gina, the owner as her communication back and forth all year during this process was like no other vendor. Even when I had a question, on Thanksgiving Day to just get it off of my mind and in an email.... SHE RESPONDED!!! Seriously, cannot say enough about them and their level of service and incredibly great tasting food. Totally 1000% if you are needing a caterer for your wedding, look no further. The food from Patriotic Pig is what sold us on having them caterer our wedding. We did the wedding sampler in the restaurant and then decided that we had to go with them for our wedding. Working with Gina to get everything finalized for the wedding was very easy.

I'm really glad we chose patriotic pig as our caterer for our wedding. They have many options to choose from for your special day. We decided to go with brisket, smoked turkey, and ribs and for our sides, we choose loaded mashed potatoes, bacon green beans, and cowboy beans. Our guests really enjoyed the food as did we! Gina was very helpful during the planning process and answered all of my questions promptly! We had plenty of leftovers so if you decided to go with this vendor be sure to bring enough to-go containers!

The food and the waitstaff were phenomenal. Before we had booked our venue, we had toured some other venues and everyone recommended Patriotic Pig to us. We looked at reviews online and everyone raved about them and I never saw one negative comment about them. They are top notch. During our reception everyone commented how awesome the food was. Gina was always super responsive and helpful and it was great we could change our numbers up to two weeks before for final payment. They were awesome to work with and I would definitely use them again if we need catering.

This is a late post from our reception in May but I couldn't let the year pass without highly recommending Patriotic Pig BBQ for any event. They have the best set up, the best prices and 6 months later my guests are still talking about the food! Gina was great to work with including my last minute changes to our menu choices. (Honestly we wanted everything on the menu!) I have some seasoned BBQ eaters in my family and they couldn't believe how good the food was- I really can't stress that enough! We took a trip to try more of their food after attending a wedding they catered for a friend of ours. We were treated to a sample of everything. It was so so good and the burnt end beans were to die for. Gina was super easy to work with and their team handled everything perfectly on our wedding day. We received several great comments from our guests on how great the food was. We will be continue taking the long trips back to their restaurant to continue to support their business!
