Awesome food! Loved that I could go to the restaurant and sample everything! Everyone at our wedding complimented our food. This gives wedding food a good reputation for a change!

The food and display was amazing. Not one of my guests went hungry.

The patriotic pig staff did such a great job! It’s been 3 weeks since our wedding and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the food and service was!

This food was perfect and delicious for my wedding. I got many compliments from guest about how great the food was. There were quite a few options available when making selections for the menu. It was honestly hard narrowing down to the selections for the wedding. The service was great. They were very friendly and efficient. I best thing about this vendor is all the services they provided with the food. They brought their own tables and tablecloths for serving food along with rustic decor. They provided plates, napkins, silverware and cups. They served the food and bused the tables afterwards. They also cut and served the cake. It was very convenient that all of these services where provided by this caterer so that I didn't have to go find other vendors to fulfill those needs. My favorite part was the dessert table. I was wanting something different than just a traditional cake. I loved the look and the variety of option they had. There where also gluten free and dairy free options, which was important to us since we had guests who needed those options. They also packed up a meal and desserts for me and my husband to take with us at the end of the night. That was a very nice and thoughtful touch.

Gina and her catering crew at Patriotic Pig were remarkable! When we went to the restaurant for sampling, Gina introduced herself to my now husband and I and has been in communication with us ever since. The food at my wedding was absolutely amazing and while my husband and I made our rounds to tables, everyone’s plate was completely empty! I definitely recommend booking with Patriotic Pig.

We decided we wanted BBQ served at our reception dinner following our wedding and we are so happy we went with Patriotic Pig. They served brisket, sausage, and smoked chicken breast with mac&cheese, burnt-end beans, bacon green beans, bacon ranch potato salad, and coleslaw. All the food was delicious and all the guests were raving about the food. We also had appetizers served during cocktail hour. They served street tacos, brisket and pulled pork sliders, and Texas tater skins, all were a big hit with us and our guests! It was the perfect amount of food to keep our guests happy until dinner was served. We also opted for a dessert bar that featured Uncle Willie's pies which were absolutely delicious. My husband and I had a sampling of the pies for breakfast the day after our wedding and they were absolutely delicious!

I only want to go to weddings where Patriotic Pig caters from here on out. In the words of Guy Fieri, the food was OUT OF BOUNDS! Gina was such a delight to work with leading up to the day, and I was so excited to have my northeastern guests fall in love with barbecue and give them the true Texas experience!

We booked the patriotic pig for our wedding September 16,2023 all I can say is they are AMAZING!! the food was as delicious as when we first went for a wedding tasting! They did an amazing job totally recommend!

The food was all anyone could rave about at our wedding! Everyone wanted to know which restaurant catered the meal, all of our guests were blown away at the quality! Patriotic Pig was excellent to work with and even adjusted our quote after we decreased our final numbers considerably. The food was warm and tasty when they served it and was spot on all throughout cocktail hour with appetizers and the main courses. They showed up on time and were very self sufficient in getting everything set and ready the day of. Highly recommend them for any event!

The main comment I heard all night was how good the food was- specifically the brisket & Mac'n'Cheese. This was so good & great at 1 am too. We had left overs & were able to bring containers for them to put it in. Their food is SO GOOD!

The food was delicious and the service was great. We had a lot of guests from up North and it was so special to us to get to share our favorite southern food and it be served to them with southern hospitality.

We hired Patriotic Pig for our June wedding. Let me tell you, it was a show stopper. The set up was beautiful. The decor they brought with them went flawlessly with our decor. We also had the dessert ladder which was my favorite part, and much bigger than I expected. The food was just amazing. Our other vendors told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. I trust their opinions because they eat wedding food twice a week. Needless to say our guests loved it and are still talking about how good our food was. We used Patriotic Pig for our caterer for our daughters wedding last weekend. We have eaten at their North Richland Hills location and it was so good that we didn't know how it would translate for a wedding feeding 200+ people. To say the least we were BLOWN away by the food and the amount of people that came up to me during the wedding and texts even 2 days later asking who catered the food shows you how many people LOVED every bit of food that was served. The staff was AMAZING and I can go on and on about Gina, the owner as her communication back and forth all year during this process was like no other vendor. Even when I had a question, on Thanksgiving Day to just get it off of my mind and in an email.... SHE RESPONDED!!! Seriously, cannot say enough about them and their level of service and incredibly great tasting food. Totally 1000% if you are needing a caterer for your wedding, look no further. The food from Patriotic Pig is what sold us on having them caterer our wedding. We did the wedding sampler in the restaurant and then decided that we had to go with them for our wedding. Working with Gina to get everything finalized for the wedding was very easy.

I'm really glad we chose patriotic pig as our caterer for our wedding. They have many options to choose from for your special day. We decided to go with brisket, smoked turkey, and ribs and for our sides, we choose loaded mashed potatoes, bacon green beans, and cowboy beans. Our guests really enjoyed the food as did we! Gina was very helpful during the planning process and answered all of my questions promptly! We had plenty of leftovers so if you decided to go with this vendor be sure to bring enough to-go containers!

The food and the waitstaff were phenomenal. Before we had booked our venue, we had toured some other venues and everyone recommended Patriotic Pig to us. We looked at reviews online and everyone raved about them and I never saw one negative comment about them. They are top notch. During our reception everyone commented how awesome the food was. Gina was always super responsive and helpful and it was great we could change our numbers up to two weeks before for final payment. They were awesome to work with and I would definitely use them again if we need catering.

This is a late post from our reception in May but I couldn't let the year pass without highly recommending Patriotic Pig BBQ for any event. They have the best set up, the best prices and 6 months later my guests are still talking about the food! Gina was great to work with including my last minute changes to our menu choices. (Honestly we wanted everything on the menu!) I have some seasoned BBQ eaters in my family and they couldn't believe how good the food was- I really can't stress that enough! We took a trip to try more of their food after attending a wedding they catered for a friend of ours. We were treated to a sample of everything. It was so so good and the burnt end beans were to die for. Gina was super easy to work with and their team handled everything perfectly on our wedding day. We received several great comments from our guests on how great the food was. We will be continue taking the long trips back to their restaurant to continue to support their business!

DO NOT SLEEP ON PATRIOTIC PIG. This is the ONE place our guests keep talking about from our wedding. They keep asking us where the food was from and if there's a restaurant. I cannot say enough great things from the communication with Gina to the wedding day eating the food. It's some of the best BBQ we have ever had. The bacon green beans were wiped out very fast and we ordered so much extra!! The brisket is so good and the sausage was a huge hit, too! We are so glad we went with Patriotic Pig for our wedding day. Definitely going to visit the restaurant soon!!

I have worked so many weddings with Patriotic Pig that I knew that we needed them for our wedding. From the very beginning, Marc & Gina made it all a breeze from the tasting with my husband’s family to the wedding day. All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how fantastic the food was and the leftovers we had was the perfect “day after” family dinner.

Working with the Patriotic Pig was a great experience all around. . I ran across them in my catering search on The Knot and they have great reviews with good reason. I live out of town currently and I’m soon making the transition to the Fort Worth area to join my now husband. I booked it all online without so much as a tasting but I had faith! Gina communicated everything by email which was absolutely fine and easy for me. The reviews were on point. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly and worked quickly. They packed our leftovers and made go plates. It was a hit! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed eating our plates at the hotel on our wedding night. It was delicious! My only minor issue was the arrival time. I had received 12:00 pm as the time to expect the team and kinda had a little freak out while getting ready and noticed it was 12:35 pm. The van pulled in right at 12:40 pm and I was a bit put out, but the team had their arrival orders listed at 12:45 pm. So they were on time for their schedule, but late according to what I was expecting. They assured me everything would be done on time and it was, minor hiccup and all. It was overall a great experience and the food was beyond awesome. Thanks for everything!

Everyone will not stop talking about how much they loved the food from our wedding! Patriotic made everything easy: payment plans, customizable menu, sampler plates. I seriously can not say enough good things. I can't wait to make the hour drive to have it again because it's worth it!

We absolutely loved the Patriotic Pig! We literally did not look at any other caterers. We were sold the second we took a bite at our tasting. We were blown away by the quality of every dish served. My husband grew up in a ranching family so he knows his way around BBQ. He said that this is some of the best BBQ he has ever had. So many of our guests went up for thirds. My family and friends could not stop talking about how good the food was. Gina and her team were also really easy to work with. The food was hot and ready when it was time to serve dinner. Everything was set up and broken down at our venue very professionally. Everyone on the catering team also conducted themselves very professionally. We had no issues what so ever. We know that the team had worked really hard to make everything go perfectly, which it did! Patriotic Pig catered our wedding and we highly recommend them! The food was delicious, obviously. People are STILL talking about how great the food was months later. But beyond that, their service was fantastic and timely. They took care of us as a couple by making sure we ate dinner. AND they sent us off at the end of the night with leftovers! So when we got the text that people were in the hotel bar celebrating, we said nah and stayed in bed eating our leftover mac & cheese (lol). Thank you, Patriotic Pig!

Patriotic Pig was delicious! Our appetizers and meals were great and they had plenty of food for everyone and we got to keep all the leftovers. They provided a cake cutting service and waitstaff as well. They were very nice and professional. The waitstaff came early to help us light candles and stayed to help clean afterward. Their dinner set up was very well done and fit perfectly with our rustic decorations. The only thing I would tell future couples is to specify when to serve the appetizers.They thought we wanted to serve them right before dinner instead of during cocktail hour, but as soon as we requested them they had them out quickly and everything went very well.

I admit I was nervous before our tasting, I was afraid the reasonable prices would equal lack luster BBQ- I had nothing to fear. The food is truly SO good, the meat, the sides, the sauce, all of it! My husband and I went to the restaurant the week before just because we were so excited we couldn't wait another week to eat it. Patriotic Pig was a huge hit at our wedding. Everyone raved about how delicious it was- and that's saying something when you have a room full of Texans! Gina made the whole process easy to understand, efficient, and despite her booking 7ish weddings any given weekend evening- she made me feel like my wedding was important. My friends at work are still raving about how delicious the food at our wedding was- that's saying something!

BBQ was the one thing my husband wanted for our wedding. After extensive searching we came across Patriotic Pig and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! We decided to book them BEFORE we tried any of their food based on the reviews. Everything was absolutely delicious and we can't wait to go back to eat there again. The couples special they offer to taste the food was beyond anything we've tried. Lots of amazing food for such a great price. The also have an actual vegan option for our guests who chose that option. Gina was absolutely wonderful to work with and her communication and honesty throughout everything made us feel like we were their only priority. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's wanting BBQ at their wedding/event.

Before hiring them, we went to their restaurant to get the wedding sampler and within an hour of us sampling the food, three different customers and their families walked up to our table and told me how much they recommended Patriotic Pig catering for weddings. Their reasoning was because not only are they very reasonably priced, their portions and staff were great, and their food is as good as it is at the restaurant. That right there was astounding in itself. Patriotic Pig was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. It was everything those families told us it would be. Along with the food, we decided to order some of the mini desserts and pies to have as other options besides wedding cake and they were so delicious as well. We had so much left over that we were handing out plates of food and desserts to the out of town guests. Everyone was talking about how good the food and desserts were and how big the portions were. In fact, there are many people still telling me how good the food was a month and a half later! The people bussing the tables were on top of their job the whole time, the servers were very professional, and timely with serving the food. Seriously could not recommend them more! Would 1000/10 hire again.

Even the weeks leading up to our big day, Gina was very responsive to our changes needed in head counts. The food looked incredible and tasted even better. For our “destination wedding” in Texas, all our friends and families back in Ohio LOVED it! The Mac and cheese was a crowd pleaser but all the choices were so yummy! We want to make it a tradition of going back near our anniversary for a meal to celebrate!

EVERYBODY was complimenting the food after the wedding! A cousin even stopped by the restaurant the next day to get ribs before heading out to his home town... food was delicious and Gina was amazingly helpful and accessible, quick to respond my emails and questions. Patriotic Pig was actually the first (AND ONLY) caterer we did a tasting at, because once we ate there we knew right away nothing else would compare. And we were right! We had SO many compliments about the food during the wedding. They showed up early to set up a beautiful display and even provided some of their own décor to make the buffet look gorgeous. They provided wait staff and even had someone carving the meat! The Burnt End beans were a HUGE hit, along with everything else and their sauce is delicious. They also provided a cake cutting service for a small fee and served the slices when everyone was ready for cake. I will say that they cut each of the cakes in succession so the first people in line only got to choose from the italian wedding cake flavor then when that was gone they cut the amaretto flavor, then chocolate. I think if you choose them (and you 100% should choose them) just ask them to cut a little bit from each flavor so guests can choose which flavor they want.

The BBQ was amazing and was presented in such a great way that went with the rustic atmosphere we were trying to have our wedding be. They were very timely in getting the food ready and super helpful cutting the cake and serving it to all the guests. Would highly recommend

We contracted with the Patriotic Pig for my daughter's wedding during the 4th of July weekend and I cannot say enough good things about them. The food was fabulous and we had many complements from our guests. The staff was also fabulous and very attentive! I would absolutely use them again! Be sure and order the macaroni as a side dish!

This was the best one-stop-shop for appetizers, meal, pies, and plasticware. I loved having just one person to communicate with for all of these things. It made my life so much easier! Gina was quick to respond, and I loved getting to meet her at the restaurant when we went to try a “wedding sampler.” The food was SO GOOD. Everyone raved about the appetizers, meats, sides, and pies. I love that they partner with Uncle Willie’s Pies. I wanted to do pie instead of cake at my wedding forever, but I wasn’t sure if it was going to be easy to make my dream a reality. I was the coordinator for a 2/11 wedding catered by Patriotic Pig and WOW. My husband is a total BBQ snob who's taken me to all the best Texas has to offer, and I can say that their brisket was within the top ten that I've ever eaten. They were great to work with and moved tables last-minute due to inclement weather with a fantastic attitude. Amazing service and would love to work with them again in the future!

YUM! That's all you need to know! They were such a hit at our wedding. They were so easy to work with on the menu and flexible with us when we had to postpone our event and downsize the guest count. The food was incredible and all of our guests had nothing but great things to say about it. We were able to take a bunch of leftovers which ended up being such a blessing. The winter storm hit and we had about 10 people stuck in Dallas and had plenty of food to feed everyone thanks to Patriotic Pig. They also helped us add an additional server for the buffet due to COVID and the staff was so helpful in bussing and cleaning throughout the night. We highly recommend Patriotic Pig for catering and weddings and cannot wait to go back to their restaurant!

Melt in your mouth brisket...at your wedding...that's unheard of in the history of wedding food! Our guests constantly commented about how great the food was. Even the leftovers were amazing! The staff we hired through Patriotic Pig was amazing and we never had a line for food! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Our experience with patriotic pig was honestly positive from the beginning. When we drove out to try the food for the first time, not only did our order come out on the cutest heart shaped platter, but we were able to test so many options- which made it hard for us to choose because everything was so good. For our wedding, we ordered brisket, pulled pork, and turkey, with mac and cheese, green beans, and mashed potatoes for the sides. We were lucky to have so many great vendors, but we STILL get compliments on how good the food tasted. The best part for me though, was how willing to work with us they were. We changed our guest count last minute due to COVID, and they coordinated with us to get the extra food donated to the food bank. That meant so much to us and solidified our amazing experience.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this team and this food. If you’re thinking about booking them DO IT. My hubby and I are so thrilled. Patriotic Pig was so flexible, easy to work with through changes in numbers, reasonably priced, and so on top of it. We ordered food for about 15 more people than actually ended up attending our day - and still all our food was gone (in the best way possible!). Our guests have been raving about this food for days, and everyone went back for seconds. The mac and cheese was to die for, the brisket melted in my mouth, and the baked beans were the perfect amount of sweet. I could eat this food for days. The team made sure to deliver my hubby and I food quickly so we could enjoy it before the night got away from us, and they very graciously put together a plate for us to take home and enjoy later too. Patriotic Pigs team made our guests comfortable, and VERY happy with full bellies. One of our guests who plans events even asked for their card during the night  I highly recommend them for any event.

I highly recommend Patriotic Pig!!! We tried the wedding sample at their restaurant and immediately knew we wanted them to cater our wedding at The Springs. It was so hard for us to set our catering menu because everything we tried was absolutely delicious!! We worked with Gina and she was always professional, quick to respond, and helpful. Months after our wedding, our wedding guests are still commenting on the delicious food Patriotic Pig catered! Highly recommend!

Best food ever! We went to Patriotic Pig for a tasting before we booked a caterer and were instantly sold. My fiancé is a disabled veteran so we loved the idea of a veteran owned company. I spoke with Gina about a year before our wedding day, and she has been nothing less than phenomenal! She answered all of my questions, quickly and with great detail. We had Patriotic Pig cater the food, appetizers, drinks, cut the cake, and servers. They were amazing! We had food for about 40 more people than actually showed up and there was no left overs at all! Everyone has been raving all about the food, and asking where the location is for them to visit. Do the wedding tasting, you will be sold instantly!!

Patriotic Pig is our favorite restaurant so we knew they would be the ones to cater our wedding! They were so easy to work with and accommodating to the changes that I made to my order. Their setup is beautiful, the food is amazing and you can tell they love what they do. Their employees and waitstaff were incredible and very hard working, my mother is STILL bragging on how much they helped! Highly highly recommend!!
