Pat’s Barn is an absolutely beautiful venue, and I’m so happy we chose it for our wedding day! It was the first and only venue my husband and I saw – because we knew it was perfect...
for us from the beginning! The layout and size of the downstairs were perfect for our 90-person wedding. It’s in a quiet area of town, so the ceremony felt both private and intimate. There was plenty of parking for our guests who decided to drive. Additionally, Kim was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding day. She allowed us to see the venue three different times before the wedding and was always so friendly and willing to help. We couldn’t recommend Pat’s Barn enough!
This last weekend I was honored to attend a wedding at Pat's Barn. This was my first time attending an event at this facility. I was impressed with the beauty and aesthetics of the...
property, however, I was extremely disappointed in the catering portion of the event. Though the food was tasty, the organization and timely manner of the dinner portion of the event was lacking. Food did not begin arriving until over an hour after having the guest take their sits for dinner. The staff was very disorganized during the serving of the food. I watched as 2 people at one table were served, then the servers delivered food to other tables, then returned to finish serving the remaining table guest at least 5 minutes later. The food for our table came directly out of the kitchen and placed, yet the food was room temperature, with no warmth at all. At one point there was a strong odor of cannabis when the serving staff walked by. This was very disappointing.
Pat's Barn was an absolutely phenomenal place to have a wedding! Kim was so communicative every step of the way, and was even willing to do a week of tour to calm our last minute j...
itters. The venue is so unbelievably gorgeous that it needs absolutely minimal decoration - exactly what we were looking for. We were also able to do cocktail hour and our ceremony on their gorgeous lawn which was a huge hit with our guests. The two levels was also great for people looking for a quiet place to chat. There are also endless places for gorgeous photos all around the grounds! Would highly recommend for a wedding or any other event.
We could not have asked for a better wedding venue! Not only was it absolutely stunning but they were also the sweetest and most helpful! The caterers were extremely organized and ...
took charge of everything!! We literally just had to show up and could enjoy the night with our friends and family! I highly recommend Pat’s Barn and wish I could do it all over again! :)
We are so thrilled to have hosted out wedding with Pats Barn!, the Barn its self was incredibly beautiful and accommodating for our guest. We had Nicole's events and catering cater...
the wedding and had Surrounding's floral do the flowers... it was simply the most magical place on earth. The Staff at Nicole's went above and beyond with their immaculate service and attention to detail. We were blown away... if i could do it all again i wouldn't hesitate to for a second!! thank you for helping me host the wedding of my dreams!!
One of the best venues in the area!
Pat's Barn is an absolutely beautiful event space. It sits by itself which offers a lot of privacy. We worked with Kim and she was fantastic. We were able to excess the building mu...
ltiple times before our event in order to plan and measure the space. The modernized barn offers a romantic feel, but can be customized to suite the theme/feel of your event. They partner with Nicole's catering who will help to ensure everything goes smoothly. It is priced very reasonably compared to some other venues in the area. I highly recommend Pat's Barn!
We can’t say enough about Pat’s Barn! It is beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for when we decided we wanted a rustic wedding. After looking at many other barns, we rea...
lized it was the perfect venue for us. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was. It has all the charm of a barn, but also many other bonuses like air conditioning, nice bathrooms, and string lights that give it a magical feel. We got married outside, and had the cocktail hour on the patio, but we were very impressed by the backup plan we could’ve used if it had rained. Kim was great to work with and very accommodating. We can’t wait to see our pictures!!!
We loved having our winter wedding reception at Pat's Barn! The barn is rustic yet has all of the modern amenities you and your guests need-heat, bathrooms, and even an elevator fo...
r grandparents. We loved having two levels to work with-we had our cocktail hour upstairs and easily had enough space for our 125 guests between banquet and round tables on both levels. The conference room was also a great spot for me and my bridal party to get ready and hang out. Kim was a joy to work with-she was organized, attentive, and flexible with us. It was the only venue we looked at, and we highly recommend!
Absolutely Stunning!! My wedding Columbus Day weekend was flawless at this beautiful venue! The grounds were perfect for pictures and our ceremony. Great patio space for our cockta...
il hour. And the reception hall was perfect for our reception! Highly recommend if you are looking for the barn feel with all the extras!
My wedding was at Pat's Barn on a Friday this past September. From start to finish the staff was friendly, professional and so accommodating. The barn is absolutely gorgeous on the...
inside and out. We had our ceremony at a church but used the outdoor arbor and grounds to take pictures before the reception. The barn hardly needed any decorations and we got so many compliments on how amazingly beautiful it was. We were allowed into the barn on the day before the wedding and were able to decorate and set everything out for a few hours. The barn has two levels (there's an elevator as well as stairs) and we chose to have our cocktail hour upstairs. We had 106 guests with all of the dinner tables downstairs and we definitely could not have fit any more people with all of the tables on one level. The only downside was that we did have to use a catering company from a pre-selected list and we had to provide liability insurance for the day of the wedding. With that being said, we chose Nicole's Catering and they were absolutely exceptional. Pat's Barn took care of setting up the liability insurance for us which was super helpful, and provided the tables, chairs, and some decorations for us to use including the frame to hold our seating cards. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the barn is located in a business park and is not the most scenic location on all sides as it overlooks a parking lot on one side, but that definitely didn't deter us from choosing them. Overall I can't recommend them enough!
We chose Pats's Barn for our September wedding in Troy NY. The venue was amazing. Pat's Barn is so unique, with the outdoor ceremony space and the 2 level barn space indoors. Their...
event coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating.
I'm so sad. I fell in love with Pat's Barn from the pictures alone and visiting it in person, I was sure this was THE place. My fiance didn't like the fact that it was in a corpor...
ate park setting, but we both agreed the interior more than made up for it. Spacious, modern amenities with rustic feel, beautifully decorated...At the end of our tour, Nicole, who took us through the space said she would double check our date and get back to us. She didn't. I waited to get back to her pending a catering estimate (which I never got, separate review). Despite not hearing back from the recommended caterer, I called Nicole to see if we could officially put a hold on our date and she informed me it was now unavailable. My bad for not asking her to hold it the day we saw it, but I repeatedly emphasized in my original contact before our tour and the day of how important the date was due to family concerns. So I guess my final words of advice are - it's an amazing space. Don't let the application and rules scare you, there's plenty of leeway. If you like it, get them to hold it for you as soon as you see it. It's incredible and obviously goes quickly, even for a winter wedding date more than a year out.
My fiance and I were looking for barns in the area and everything was either too expensive for what they offered (no heat/ ac, no bathrooms on site, etc.) You either had to hope fo...
r great weather, expect your guests to walk to the bathroom in inclement weather or rent bathrooms, fans, heaters, etc.
Then we found Pat's Barn... I can't even remember how we came across it, but we looked at the pictures online and thought we'd schedule an appointment and give it a go. Well let me tell you... the pictures online do not give the place any justice at all. It's absolutely gorgeous inside and out! It's a rustic two story loft type barn with ALL the modern amenities you could ask for. It's really amazing... and April (the events coordinator) has been awesome as well. My fiance and I had some really difficult work schedules to contend with but she always made it work for us!
I really can't say enough about this place. It really was a dream come true finding it and totally MADE our wedding!
I would highly recommend Pat's Barn as the perfect location for a classic wedding with a rustic twist. When I came to April, the coordinator at the Barn, I had so many ideas and wa...
nted so many things for the wedding and she made sure that the Barn would be the perfect place for all of them! Not known to many, this barn is quickly becoming the premier place to host your wedding reception. They have a very unique space and are extremely accommodating. April and her team at the Barn were absolutely wonderful to work with and I am so happy that they were a part of our special day!
Beautiful venue if you like rustic. Two floors. Good for wedding of 150-160 or less. Its a blank slate to work with, they provide tables and chairs and you bring in everything el...
