About Pat’s Barn
Nestled among tall trees and manicured gardens, Pat’s Barn provides a rustic charm and elegant environment, the perfect place to capture memorable, fond moments on your wedding day that will last a lifetime.
Pat’s Barn is a 200-year-old landmark built by Dutch settlers in the mid-18th century. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the barn was fully restored and renovated in 2009 and features the original hand-hewn beams. Pat’s Barn is open all year round.
The unique architecture and layout of the two-floor, 5,000-square-foot facility offer an open and serene atmosphere with flexible seating of up to 200 guests for your wedding reception. The Barn’s floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural daylight, which further adds to a warm and cheerful setting. We also have a bridal suite where the bride and her wedding party can get ready for the big day.
A beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony space is available for exchanging vows, and our patio provides the perfect space for you and your guests to mingle and celebrate immediately afterward with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
Pat’s Barn amenities for wedding events include tables and chairs, temperature-controlled venue for year-round use, and a space that’s fully wheelchair accessible, including elevator access to the second floor. The Barn also can provide podiums, microphones, and portable and stationary screens. Ample space is available for parking.
Barn guests can select from two highly rated caterers, Nicole’s Catering and Inspired Events. Their attentive staff will accommodate your needs in every way possible.

for us from the beginning! The layout and size of the downstairs were perfect for our 90-person wedding. It’s in a quiet area of town, so the ceremony felt both private and intimate. There was plenty of parking for our guests who decided to drive. Additionally, Kim was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding day. She allowed us to see the venue three different times before the wedding and was always so friendly and willing to help. We couldn’t recommend Pat’s Barn enough!

property, however, I was extremely disappointed in the catering portion of the event. Though the food was tasty, the organization and timely manner of the dinner portion of the event was lacking. Food did not begin arriving until over an hour after having the guest take their sits for dinner. The staff was very disorganized during the serving of the food. I watched as 2 people at one table were served, then the servers delivered food to other tables, then returned to finish serving the remaining table guest at least 5 minutes later. The food for our table came directly out of the kitchen and placed, yet the food was room temperature, with no warmth at all. At one point there was a strong odor of cannabis when the serving staff walked by. This was very disappointing.

itters. The venue is so unbelievably gorgeous that it needs absolutely minimal decoration - exactly what we were looking for. We were also able to do cocktail hour and our ceremony on their gorgeous lawn which was a huge hit with our guests. The two levels was also great for people looking for a quiet place to chat. There are also endless places for gorgeous photos all around the grounds! Would highly recommend for a wedding or any other event.

They partner with Nicole's catering who will help to ensure everything goes smoothly. It is priced very reasonably compared to some other venues in the area. I highly recommend Pat's Barn!

It has all the charm of a barn, but also many other bonuses like air conditioning, nice bathrooms, and string lights that give it a magical feel. We got married outside, and had the cocktail hour on the patio, but we were very impressed by the backup plan we could’ve used if it had rained. Kim was great to work with and very accommodating. The conference room was also a great spot for me and my bridal party to get ready and hang out. Kim was a joy to work with-she was organized, attentive, and flexible with us. inside and out. We had our ceremony at a church but used the outdoor arbor and grounds to take pictures before the reception. The barn hardly needed any decorations and we got so many compliments on how amazingly beautiful it was. We were allowed into the barn on the day before the wedding and were able to decorate and set everything out for a few hours. The barn has two levels (there's an elevator as well as stairs) and we chose to have our cocktail hour upstairs. We had 106 guests with all of the dinner tables downstairs and we definitely could not have fit any more people with all of the tables on one level. The only downside was that we did have to use a catering company from a pre-selected list and we had to provide liability insurance for the day of the wedding. With that being said, we chose Nicole's Catering and they were absolutely exceptional. Pat's Barn took care of setting up the liability insurance for us which was super helpful, and provided the tables, chairs, and some decorations for us to use including the frame to hold our seating cards. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the barn is located in a business park and is not the most scenic location on all sides as it overlooks a parking lot on one side, but that definitely didn't deter us from choosing them. Overall I can't recommend them enough!

Spacious, modern amenities with rustic feel, beautifully decorated...At the end of our tour, Nicole, who took us through the space said she would double check our date and get back to us. She didn't. I waited to get back to her pending a catering estimate (which I never got, separate review). Despite not hearing back from the recommended caterer, I called Nicole to see if we could officially put a hold on our date and she informed me it was now unavailable. My bad for not asking her to hold it the day we saw it, but I repeatedly emphasized in my original contact before our tour and the day of how important the date was due to family concerns. So I guess my final words of advice are - it's an amazing space. Don't let the application and rules scare you, there's plenty of leeway. If you like it, get them to hold it for you as soon as you see it. It's incredible and obviously goes quickly, even for a winter wedding date more than a year out.

Then we found Pat's Barn... I can't even remember how we came across it, but we looked at the pictures online and thought we'd schedule an appointment and give it a go. Well let me tell you... the pictures online do not give the place any justice at all. It's absolutely gorgeous inside and out! It's a rustic two story loft type barn with ALL the modern amenities you could ask for. It's really amazing... and April (the events coordinator) has been awesome as well. My fiance and I had some really difficult work schedules to contend with but she always made it work for us!
