Our Director of Sales and Development, Erik Hess, has spent over 20 years in restaurants and hospitality. Erik has 15 years of food sales experience with Sysco, US foods and Ben E Keith. Emily and Erik's passion for customer service and hospitality is our secret sauce for making your event, great! There is a range of customizable packages available, most including menu planning, bar supplies, mixers, garnishes, napkins, plastic cups, straws, licensing, and insurance.
