They were absolutely amazing. From the beginning, they worked so well with us. Explaining their service, giving us options, and helping us come up with ideas. They were willing to adjust to new ideas or find ways to bring out our dreams of fun specialty drinks. At the wedding, they were the absolute life of the party! They worked so well with other vendors - there was never a guest waiting for a drink. I couldn't tell you how many compliments I got on our specialty drinks. They showed us so much love that day and made sure everyone who wanted a drink had one in their hand. Would recommend them for ANY event! They are the GREATEST.
Emily, with Dottie Byrd LLC Bartending and Event Did such a great job for us! She helped us know how much to buy. Had special detailed that made it about the bride and groom. The custom menus with my daughter’s dog on it. The bone shaped drink garnish. All of our guest loved them and said they were very professional and fun. I never had to worry about anything. They did set up and clean up! I would definitely use them again for a future event!

Owner Emily Boston is a proud service industry member for more than 15 years. With a career spanning fine dining, club management, bar management, event and entertainment bartending, even resort work, Emily brings the knowledge and intuition to bring your vision to life.
Our Director of Sales and Development, Erik Hess, has spent over 20 years in restaurants and hospitality. Erik has 15 years of food sales experience with Sysco, US foods and Ben E Keith. Emily and Erik's passion for customer service and hospitality is our secret sauce for making your event, great!
When working with Patsy Byrd Bar and Event Services, we collaborate with you to tailor their services to you and your needs. There is a range of customizable packages available, most including menu planning, bar supplies, mixers, garnishes, napkins, plastic cups, straws, licensing, and insurance. Thoughtful add-ons, from mixology classes to a private chef dinner, can also be arranged for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Emily wants you to have your dream wedding with as much customization as you want! She lives in KC with her Chef Husband, toddler, and two greyhounds!
