Patti Ann's Flowers

From the beginning Lenore was amazing. She sat down with us to get exactly what we wanted in terms of style, look, and even specific flowers. She worked with us even through odd requests along the way, with short notice she put together a small bouquet for me to use in my bridal photos, which turned out great! The flowers for the actual wedding day were absolutely beautiful and turned out exactly like we had discussed 6+ months ago. Everyone there is extremely nice and pleasant to deal with, which made this process so much easier.

Although this vendor has great pricing available for low budget flowers, the service you get makes you want to scream. Let's start with my bridal bouquet: I wasn't asking for much just an assortment of white flowers with a spritz of green. After emailing Daniel some pictures (as he requested to get a better idea of my vision) he told me it would not be a problem to fufil my vision. Well what he failed to tell me was that he would be out of town the week I needed them and his co-workers left to do his job knew nothing about my order. So after struggling to get what I wanted (a beautiful bouquet). I felt I could still trust them with my wedding since Daniel would definitely be in town for it. Well 3 weeks before my wedding I gave Patti Ann's a call to confirm the quantities since my emails were not being returned. Daniel told me he assumed I was not using them and had thrown away my file and information. AHHHHHHH luckily I had saved most all of my emails from him and forwarded back the contract with the updated quantities. He went on to lie to me and say that he emailed me and had no response. So I asked why he had not called me to confirm this (considering times are hard and to loose a $600 contract was nothing to turn his nose at)... well he had nothing to say. I loved how beautiful the flowers for the wedding were, but the headaches and stress they caused were definitely not worth it!

The bouquet was delivered on time and arranged beautifully.;The flowers were a bit lymp but lasted a few days. We did most ourselves.
