I’ve never been so disappointed with a company that has such high ratings. My experience with Empire Limousine was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I booked, things we...
nt wrong. The driver arrived 30 minutes late, and when he did, the car was not clean and smelled of smoke. The customer service was also terrible—repeated calls and emails to resolve the issue were met with unhelpful responses and a lack of accountability. For a company that’s supposed to be top-tier, this was a massive letdown. I won’t be using their services again.
A few months before the wedding, I set out to find the perfect photographer. I wanted someone with a thoughtful eye that could truly capture the special candid moments in the fleet...
ing hours of a wedding day. It was a lot to ask for and even trickier away from Houston. Based on my past experiences on Craigslist in New York (where I have had the opportunity of collaborating with very talented photographers and models), I prayed and posted a listing in Craigslist seeking a vintage style photographer. It was a scary few days and I could feel dread and hopelessness with each new email response telling me the vintage style was just a filter used in post production. Finally there was a breakthrough; a sweet email popped though and a charming girl named Paty introduced herself and her husband Ignacio to us. Artists and photographers with a lovely portfolio of work, Paul and I were instantly won over. It has been so incredible to work with Paty and Ignacio. Not only are they warm and sincere, but also amazingly gifted. Every picture looks like a still from a cinematographer’s movie. Intimate, real and beautiful, her pictures embody the emotion and love you want to remember forever.
