The cuisine speaks for itself—delicious, creative, and prepared with care from the finest ingredients by a talented chef. Their menu is an elegant mix of comfort foods and elevated cuisine, offering a range of styles—exactly what you want from a wedding caterer. Our appetizers were a hit: jumbo shrimp cocktail, mini lobster rolls, tuna tartare on edible spoons (incredible!), sushi, sesame noodles in takeout boxes, mini Reuben sandwiches, spanakopita, scallops wrapped in bacon, fried chicken and waffles, and risotto balls. Every single one was delectable, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them. For entrees, we had a Mediterranean Feast and a Chinese-themed menu. Dishes like grilled salmon with dill yogurt sauce, filet mignon with horseradish crème, basmati rice, and layered Greek salad, along with General Tso’s chicken and beef with broccoli, were cooked to perfection. Even with a large guest count, every dish held up in flavor and texture—something truly impressive. Presentation was equally flawless. Their creative and customizable displays made everything look as good as it tasted. It added a visual wow factor to the event. In terms of Professionalism, the team at Paul Evans Catering is top-notch. Every staff member we met was courteous, hardworking, and had wonderful personalities. It was clear they’re hand-picked and treated with respect, which showed in their positive attitude and dedication. The bartender customized our drinks and even let us name them, which our guests loved! The team captain took care of us throughout the day, making sure all our needs were met. He was attentive, caring, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our big day. Finally, the Awesomeness of Eric Rodriguez. Eric was the glue that held everything together. Not only is he an outstanding caterer, but he also became a supportive friend to my husband and me. When we faced last-minute curveballs, Eric was there to guide us with his expertise, putting our minds at ease. He’s kind, genuine, easy to work with, and incredibly knowledgeable.
