We brought in 2 diamonds, but Dan brought in 5 to look at before showing me the best 2. Overall, I looked at 18 diamonds and couldn’t touch what Danny showed me the first try. He found the perfect diamond and at a price point that was 10-15% lower than I had seen anywhere else. The beautiful diamond I went with would have cost me 20% more for the quality at the mall stores. We couldn’t be happier and are back shopping for my men’s band. Becky is amazing at custom work and we are looking at a custom men’s band. They became a part of the engagement by asking how it was going, helping answer questions, taking the time to show true customer service and providing every fine detail for me. They didn’t pass me around to other sales people and even answered questions via text throughout the process. We got exactly what we wanted and felt good about the final price! So, all I can say is, try the other stores, but don’t skip on the stop at Medawar’s – be sure to ask for Becky and Dan to get the best experience – they will make sure your engagement is ring and wedding rings are perfect!
