Chef Paul spent the time to come to our residence and prepare a taste test for my fiancé and I of our wedding menu.
It is not very often that a chef/caterer comes to the client. It was a pleasant surprise that he was more than willing and able to do so.
With him he brought a few of the items we had selected for our wedding and prepared them before our eyes. While cooking, he told us about his cooking history and how he became a catering chef.
Over all, the experience was excellent and we cannot wait for our wedding to have more of his delicious food!
Should we have another event needing a caterer, we will definitely be hiring Chef Paul!
