Paul is such a great guy. He made everything fun from our first meeting. Great price. No upselling/extra-fees. Responsive. Arrived early for the special day. Most of all, adaptable! We had quite a few guest cancel on us due to covid, plus some surprise no shows - yuck - but Paul adjusted to the smaller crowd and kept everyone entertained! Highly Recommend.

Paul was one of our favorite vendors before and on our wedding day. He communicated very well and was quick to answer any questions. His website to build your playlist and make payments was super user friendly to use. His positive energy made it a joy to work with him. High quality service for a great price. We are so glad we chose Paul to be our DJ for our wedding! He was very easy to work with through the whole process. His planning forms are great for helping to plan out the entire day and helped us remember little details we had missed, and the song selection library helped make putting together a playlist very straightforward. We especially appreciate how great he was with working with us since we had to delay our wedding a year due to Covid. He was very supportive through that and was ready to go when our new wedding date approached this year. The day of the wedding Paul absolutely nailed the music at our ceremony and kept the dance floor well lighted and our guests dancing during the reception! Highly recommended!

BOOK PAUL. DO IT. Dancing is one of my favorite things, and keeping the dance floor lit was one of my greatest dreams for my wedding. Paul did not disappoint. He was amazing. Also, as an OCD type A person, his website and planning process was amazing. He has forms to help you plan every part of your wedding so you don’t forget anything. He has a way for you to create a playlist of songs you do or don’t want played. He even has a list of “top wedding reception songs” to help you select good songs to play. Paul was very friendly and easy to talk to throughout the planning process. I am very thankful to have found him for our special day.

There are not enough words to describe how happy my wife and are with Paul Viola Entertainment at our wedding. Paul is very well organized in preparation for the wedding and is also very responsive. During the reception, Paul never missed a beat playing the all the perfect music at the right time along with everything we requested. His set up was also great. Dj Paul Viola is an absolute gem for any bride or groom to work with. His prices for the professionalism, quality and experience you receive, on your special day, are more than fair. They are deals! He has an incredible structure to assist you in organizing your event, that I would have been lost without and although he makes sure to stay in communication with you, he is never pushy. He took a Spotify playlist of my favorite genres and a few specific song selections and whipped together a set for our night, based on the playlist. SO EASY! (for me lol) Handed him a timeline, with a few places to interject, but not too much guidance... he nailed it. This fun, personable, sweet and genuine soul, is exactly who you want around while planning one of the biggest days of your life. He will make your vision work with ease. Thanks Paul!

Paul was wonderful! We booked him in February 2020 for our October 2020 wedding. He definitely knows what he is doing and is very professional. He has an online questionnaire so you can be as detailed as you want with song selections, genres, etc. He takes EVERYTHING into consideration and worked flawlessly with our wedding coordinator. I was a mostly hands-off bride about specific songs, but we had one (one!) phone call a few weeks before the wedding so he could better gauge my musical tastes, and he took it from there. The actual night was perfect! Despite masks and COVID, we had a pretty energetic dance floor, young and old. One guest even commented on how great the cocktail hour playlist was. On top of all that, Paul is so sweet and friendly and easy to work with! I hate when DJs have over the top performative personalities and always seem to be on the mic, so we were very low-key. Paul understood just what we wanted, worked with us for our style, and gave us the most perfect and memorable night.... for a very reasonable rate too! I highly recommend him to other couples!!

Best and easiest hiring decision in the whole wedding process. He was completely flexible with our unique taste in music and worked with us through all the craziness of COVID. He was able to bring my vision to life and made the entire process so easy!

DJ Paul was an absolute amazing find and we wouldn’t trade him in for anything! Months before the wedding he took the time to meet up with us to all about all the details of the day. On wedding day he arrived early to scope the venue and made sure we had a perfect setup for the outside ceremony and the inside reception. The quality of the sound of the music was great and we had a party popping off all night long! If you want someone who is still small enough to care, but is flexible with your event and will make you not worry about a thing - Paul is your guy!!! Truly, thank you for putting up with my husband and his impromptu shenanigans, you helped make our wedding the best day!!!

Working with Paul was such a great experience! The amount of detail and organization he comes to the table with is amazing and so very helpful in ways that you probably didn't even think about when looking for a DJ for your event. Paul was FABULOUS! Helped me get a full ceremony plan while I was running around making last minute changes to everything else and constantly reassured me that everything would be wonderful. It was. Paul is WONDERFUL! He was our DJ for our wedding and was so great and personable and just a delight! Not only was he our DJ, he was also our MC for the entire reception and handled the music for the ceremony. He made every moment of it fun for all ages. We had college friends and grandparents there and we gave him a general vibe and he just took it from there and helped us create a magical, romantic evening for us and our families. My dad and I also did a remix of our favorite songs for the father-daughter dance and we just gave Paul the songs and he created the remix for us - it was one of the many highlights he helped create! I would highly recommend Paul for any fun event as he made a really significant event in our families' lives so outstanding!

I cannot say enough good things about DJ Paul. We gave him a general overall vibe and he really nailed it. My guests are still talking about the music! Overall a great guy, too. I was a very distracted bride as my fiancée and I both had surgery in the last 45 days leading up to the wedding, and DJ Paul was very understanding. He stayed on the phone with me late two nights before the wedding helping me figure out the music, giving suggestions, etc. Advice- use his planning app and do it early because stuff comes up! I would recommend him to anyone getting married.

Paul was so accommodating with every single request I had. My dad even changed things up on him for our father daughter dance and Paul made the adjustment without hesitation and was even beaming with excitement! Paul was so kind to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire planning process. He provides the bride and groom with a pre-wedding planning sheet that makes the process 100% stress free. I was able to create a timeline, search hundreds of current songs for requests, and helps you to plan for things you may not have thought of. Paul called the week of the wedding to help me go over the timeline and actually helped me change a few things to make sure the night moved smoothly and we made the most of our time. He never imposed his ideas, he simply offered suggestions but told me the decision is totally mine. He arrived early to the venue to set up and ensured all technology was working perfectly for the ceremony and reception. I recommend his services 100%, if you book with Paul your night will be unforgettable!! My wife and I had a wedding on March 9, 2019 and I can’t begin To explain in words how grateful we are for what Paul did for us! Paul was a fantastic DJ!!! He really went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day and that everything ran smoothly. He was punctual and got back with us on any concerns quickly, and we really felt like he spent a good deal of time to ensure that everything at our wedding went just the way we had wanted. His uplights really added a great ambiance to the reception, and he made sure that everything ran on time and that our guests were having a good time on the dance floor. We had a fantastic party! Guests are still telling me a couple of weeks after our wedding what fun our reception was. Things would have not gone so well without Paul. He was on the microphone at appropriate times to make sure guests knew what was going on without being one of those annoying wedding DJs who cannot stop talking during the reception. Paul was as great as ever. He arrived 3 hours before the ceremony to set everything up. He wanted to make sure there were no audio issues. He is more than just a DJ who plays music. He had a schedule to help ensure everything went as planned. He made all of the announcements and reminders to our guests. My family and friends loved Paul as he is very personal and just a great person overall. Always recommending him to everyone I know who needs a DJ.

In searching for a DJ for my daughter's wedding, I quickly realized that the Big DJ companies don't even know who will be leading your event until the day before. That means, you cannot speak with the person who will be the Master of Ceremonies for one of the most important events in your life. I found Paul Viola through a recommendation from another DJ! Now, that's a great compliment. From the 1st phone call, we knew he was a great fit for us. When we met face to face Paul took the time to explain the whole process and how to select all our own music through his online system - very cool. One of my biggest pet peeves is not being able to understand someone on a microphone. I told Paul I was hard of hearing, and all night long he spoke clearly. I was so impressed that he cared. He listened to the Bride and Groom's heart and really cared about their wishes from the opening of the ceremony to the last dance. Everything went smoothly and Paul didn't make the night "all about him" as I have witnessed some DJs do. He was amazing and we recommend Paul Viola 100%! Thanks, Paul!

Paul was extremely detailed. Leading up the the wedding and then on the actual day of. From the start, he focused on exactly what my vision was. Throughout the process of planning I was very indecisive, but Paul was flexible and made every change I requested. His music varies from every genre and style in the book. However you expect your wedding to turn out, this man can make it happen. Very happy. And though I only plan on having one wedding, I would use him for any other event I had.

What a GREAT time!! Paul is the ultimate professional and is excellent at what he does. We hired him to handle the music for our wedding celebration and we could not have hoped for our day to turn out any better than it did. Paul did a wonderful job interacting with our guests and was very flexible and accommodating with our "non-traditional" casual celebration. He had the dance floor ROCKING all night long and we, along with all of our guests, had a BLAST!! Paul was the definition of the master of ceremonies at our wedding! He worked with us every step of the way, and his online client area was easy to use and efficient. We were able to input our songs and work on the timeline in our own time, and I frequently text him whenever I had questions. He called and messaged back quickly and was always happy to help! We had no idea what to expect because we just found Paul online. He was super great, the dance floor was on fire and that's exactly what we hoped for. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and music played a big role in that. Paul really cared about making the night perfect and it made everything run smoothly. We had to open the doors for cold air because the dance floor was so packed with people. Oh and my 37 year old brother ripped his tux pants dropping it like its hot. Successful. Paul was hands down the most valuable asset to our wedding. We booked him 8 months out and he took time out at least twice a month to reach out and get to know us and to really make sure he nailed our needs. Nicest guy you will meet and makes sure to care of everything he can to give you the best experience possible. For the prices of his services it was absolutely unbelievable to land such an awesome DJ. Our wedding would have surely been a disaster without Paul. Amazing - just amazing!!! Paul provided the music and uplighting for our outdoor ceremony, patio cocktail hour and indoor reception for my Oct 20th wedding a few weeks ago. From the get-go, he was so friendly, responsive and easy to work with. He took an interest in getting to know me so he could make sure to deliver a service that was perfect for our personalities. His online form was extremely helpful when planning our music and he knew just what questions to ask. He was one of the first to arrive at the venue and had everything perfectly setup and taken care of by the time my bridal party arrived (2 hours early!). While some vendors caused some stress that day, knowing I had Paul in my corner to help keep things on track was a huge weight off my shoulders. He let me have a stress free and fun filled evening. Thank you Paul for everything. Our wedding would not have been the same without you and we'd choose you over and over again!

We absolutely LOVED working with Paul!! He kept in contact with us, responded quickly, was extremely organized, and helped us have an amazing wedding. Highly recommended!! Paul is very diligent with planning and timing of music and ceremony/reception events!! He is great about keeping up with you up to the wedding and even after to make sure everything went the way you wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ; even our guests raved about him!

In my opinion, Paul Viola is probably the best DJ in the whole DFW metroplex. When my now-husband and I first met with him, we were instantly won over by how friendly he was and by how knowledgable and passionate he was about music and especially the music we were hoping to have at our reception. Throughout the planning process he was responsive to all questions and a week before the wedding made sure to give us a call to make sure we were all on the same page. His client portal is also really great for this--it's super easy to use, and you don't have to plan all your music at once. You can log on whenever you want when inspiration strikes and you think "I really want X to be played at my wedding!' and add it to the playlist. I added several songs 24 hrs before the wedding and Paul still played them all! Paul also remembered songs we discussed at our initial meeting that we forgot to put on our playlist. Speaking of our playlist, we only came up with songs to last a little over 2hrs, and our reception was 4hrs long. He played everything that we asked him to, and all through the night I kept hearing songs that made me think, "I love that song! Wait, I didn't request that song! This is awesome!" Our guests (who were of all ages) enjoyed the music thoroughly and throughout the night people kept telling me how great our DJ was. (For reference, it was mostly 20s swing and 60s music that we requested). Paul was great about making sure he got some of our more unusual music requests (e.g. "Helpless" from the Hamilton musical). After my wedding, my brother-in-law and his fiance are planning on hiring Paul for their wedding! Paul Viola really cares about his clients and does a great job of taking care of them. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ and will be contacting him next time we need a DJ for anything.

Paul was great to work with - he has a real knack for listening to what we wanted for our party. We left most of the song selection up to him with just a few ideas on genre or specific songs. We were not disappointed. Our group had a lot of non-dancers, and he did a great job of enticing them out to the dance floor and keeping them there. His website was really easy to use, too. He was on-time, efficient and very professional. I would definitely ask him to help with a future event!

He has a really cool online planning form which helps so much in figuring out how to plan for the big day.
