Eric and his staff were amazing. Also his awesome wife who is chef! Set-up, execution, bartending, and clean up. We had catering and bartending services for our wedding 9/21/2024. So smooth and so grateful for such a smooth and fun experience. Food was DELISH. We got so many compliments the whole night along with the bartending as well. 100/10 and if we EVER need catering and/or bartending services.. we will use Paulette Project! ♥️ Thank you for being apart of our day!

I am so happy we chose the Paulette Project to caterer my daughter’s wedding. Eric was always quick to respond and very professional. He even brought the food for our tasting to my house. We chose the charcuterie cups for our cocktail hour and a BBQ dinner. I appreciate how kind and helpful they were to our wedding guests. Even our guests with special diets - vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free - all loved their meals prepared for them. They cut and served our cake and boxed up all the leftovers for us to take home. I was able to enjoy each moment of the wedding day, knowing they took care of all the food details. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had Paulette Project catered at my wedding and it was absolutely incredible!! We had the Italian menu with a few appetizers and everything was delicious!! The staff was so friendly & I was really appreciative that they came to me, my husband, and bridal party for appetizers and food in between us taking pictures. I thought it was so very kind and thoughtful of them. Eric was always very responsive during the planning process & overall this was just a very enjoyable process & was extremely affordable. I highly recommend this Paulette Project! AR Homes recently had VIP Holiday event and I was so impressed with the service and quality of food, presentation and professionalism. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and they made sure that everything was perfect for our big event. They where on time and every guess absolutely loved how professional and personable they were. I would definitely recommend Paulette Project for any catering event, big or small! Bravo!!!

Another vendor raised their prices 3 months before our wedding and Paulette Project came through even though it was super late in the process. Additionally, everyone loved their food!

Paulette Project did an amazing job with our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The food was excellent! There were so many compliments from our guests. My husband and I used them for our wedding in April and I am so happy with their service! They are super communicative, professional and beyond helpful both before and during our wedding. The guests absolutely loved the charcuterie table during cocktail hour and the buffet service was so well put together (they even matched our color scheme). The servers were friendly and on top of breakdown, it made the whole experience super easy and worry free! I highly recommend their service to anyone needing it!

Eric, chef Pam and their team went above and beyond to make sure the catering at our wedding was spectacular. From the early planning stages to the day of we felt in the best hands possible. Eric communicated thoughout the process, was always friendly and answered every question. Day of, we felt extra spoiled as they went the extra mile to make sure everything was on point. I am beyond thankful to have had the Paulette Project cater our wedding! Eric checked in periodically to make sure we didn’t need to make any changes and just asked me how everything was going. Honestly, he felt more like a friend. He guided us and advised us in making the right choices and even got special decorations to match their tables to our theme! I think 5 stars is definitely not enough for all the help and guidance Paulette's Project provided. Custom menu to match our theme, impressive grazing table, and help with making my day amazing with all my dietary needs. I could not be more impressed with everything. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give the Paulette Project 10 stars I would! The food and presentation were both well beyond my expectations. Eric and Pam were also so so kind to work with and very professional. My husband and I chose the grazing board for our cocktail hour. It was absolutely beautiful and had tons of choices for our guests. We went with the Latin menu for the reception and everyone was raving over how good the food was. The empanadas that Pam made were hands down the best I’ve ever had and the mojo pork was amazing!! After the reception they were so nice and wrapped all the leftovers for us (there were tons… they definitely don’t skimp on portion sizes!) and we were able to feed everyone the next day after a day out on the beach. The food was just as good that day! It was a wonderful experience working with the Paulette Project and I would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. Thanks again Eric and Pam for helping make our big day perfect!
