We went with the Latin menu for the reception and everyone was raving over how good the food was. The empanadas that Pam made were hands down the best I’ve ever had and the mojo pork was amazing!! After the reception they were so nice and wrapped all the leftovers for us (there were tons… they definitely don’t skimp on portion sizes!) and we were able to feed everyone the next day after a day out on the beach. The food was just as good that day! It was a wonderful experience working with the Paulette Project and I would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.
