Our experience with Paul's Pastry for our wedding cakes was unsatisfactory. Following a week-long period to address our concerns, we have yet to receive a response. While the cakes...
tasted excellent, the wedding cake's noticeable lean was a concern for our florist and drew attention from our guests, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Furthermore, we felt our wedding did not receive the necessary prioritization during the planning process, as Paul's Pastry frequently took several days or weeks to respond to our inquiries regarding our wedding or invoice payment. I even received a response from Tiffany, their wedding cake specialist, stating 'I saw your email and forgot to respond' when I had to follow up a week later. I was very understanding and patient initially, but as the wedding date approached, I felt that a quicker response time was warranted. I would email and wait a week, then have to call, and sometimes reach Tiffany, while other times someone would have to leave a note saying I called, and it would take days or more to get a response.
Overall, their customer service and professionalism as a wedding vendor were severely lacking, and I want to raise awareness about our experience with Paul's Pastry in Picayune.

erything tasted. My husbands family is from Florida and Ohio and not many had ever had king cake (omg!) so we did a cream cheese king cake for his grooms cake and it was a HIT!!!! Tiffany is awesome to work with! We live almost 3 hours away and I’m so thankful we were able to get in and have no problems getting everything done in time for our wedding! 😊
Our cake was amazing! Everything I dreamed it would be and the staff was so helpful and courteous!
My wedding was on December 9, 2017. Paul's Pastry really helped me bring my dream to life. I fell in love with a picture of a cake on Pinterest and couldn't get it out of my head. ...
They recreated it for me to a T! It was absolutely beautiful and tasted fantastic! They also made our groom's cake (a crawfish pot complete with all of the fixings) and our guests loved it! I highly recommend them!
Our "cake" (in the form of a cake top and 150 petit fours) was so incredibly beautiful. The time and effort that Paul's Pastry put into making the most beautiful display was clearl...
y evident. It really was breathtaking, and is one of my favorite parts of the entire day.
Not only did the cake look amazing, but it was also delicious! Many guests commented to us that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. We ordered 30+ more petit fours than guests, and every last one was eaten...now that's a good wedding cake!
Finally, Paul's Pastry was so easy to work with...and incredibly affordable! We didn't need to worry about anything, and the entire process was stress-free and delightful.
