Paul was wonderful and helped us put together a beautiful all vegan menu for our wedding. It had a delicious spread of food that all of our guests (even the meat eaters) loved. Paul is professional and responsive and was a delight to work with. His staff were very attentive and helped everything go smoothly day of.

Paul was wonderful to work with. We knew going in that we wanted a Southern inspired menu, and a cocktail hour that was influenced by our German, Italian and Japanese heritages. We had grand ideas and Paul worked with us on adapting all of it to fit the rules surrounding Covid-19 and dining. The food was absolutely delicious - maybe the best shrimp and grits I have ever had! It was all presented beautifully. He gave our guests a unique dining experience that was absolutely delicious, and I am forever grateful. Paul and his team are professional, fun and very easy to work with. They listened to our ideas and created a menu that fit both me and my husband, and made a room full of people very happy! I highly recommend working with Paul on your events!
