DJ Pavan is exceptional with his customer service and he’s always available to discuss any details. I used him for my wedding and my sister also had him for her wedding. He definit...
ely goes above and beyond to make sure the bride is happy. He’s one of the few vendors in the wedding business who genuinely tries to make the bride’s life easier through the wedding planning process. His prices are very fair and he provides way more than expected. He’s also the most fun and hype DJ for the dance party. He hosts very well as well, keeping the event smooth and organized. I highly recommend him for wedding events especially.
We had a great experience working with Pavan! His services came highly recommended by our planner and hotel. On the weekend of the event, we had Krish from Pavan's team with and he...
brought the hype. We could not have had a better experience working with Pavan and Krish.
Pavan helped us out in so many ways for our wedding and we are forever thankful. Not only did he kill it at the wedding with his DJ skills, but he also helped us coordinate our cer...
emony. He helped facilitate many things we needed and we are so happy we found him. His wife, Ritika, was also such an integral part of our wedding. They are both so kind and patient. Pavan got on any last minute call with us and spent hours talking us through each event. You will not be disappointed hiring him and his team. We 100% recommend Pavan!
We hired Pavan and his team for our Indian wedding with a non-Indian groom, and they were all fantastic. We highly recommend Pavan Events.
In the planning stages, he was a clear ...
communicator over email and phone, solicited playlists of songs to help him understand the vibes we were going for, and held a check-in call to make sure we were all on the same page.
Day-of, he took a few minutes before the baraat to teach the non-Indians in the crowd a few Indian dance moves. That small extra effort increased everyone’s participation and excitement, and made the wedding more memorable for everyone. His dhol player Atesh was also great, you should hire him too.
During the wedding ceremony itself, Pavan ran sound and it was flawless.
While he was emceeing our reception, Pavan kept the energy up without making himself the center of attention–it’s a fine line to walk, and he nailed it. DJing, his and Jermaine’s musical selections were an excellent mix of Indian and American music that fit what we were going for and kept people dancing all night. Multiple guests commented on what a great job they both did.
One other thing about Pavan, he’s a gracious collaborator. When some cousins made a last minute request to change the mix they would dance to, he accommodated them with a smile on his face.
We don’t plan on ever getting married again, but if we did, we’d hire Pavan Events again in a heartbeat.
Pavan was awesome to deal with! Knew exactly what I wanted and did amazing with the little direction I gave.
DJ Pavan is fantastic – my husband and I worked with him for our Indian-American fusion wedding. We love high energy music, especially Bollywood and reggaeton, and Pavan struck jus...
t the right tone playing all our favorites and keeping the crowd excited. Fusion weddings can be tough because half the guests might not know any given song, but Pavan really pulled it off with selections that were very on point. We had also requested Brazilian jazz for our cocktail hour to mix things up, and Pavan pulled that off too. He also did a flawless job with the more programmed parts (e.g., sangeet, speeches), and on the couple of instances where an MC was needed, he was great at that too. His MC style was straightforward, energetic, and present, never cheesy. Absolutely recommend for Indian and fusion weddings, and suspect he’d be excellent for non-Indian weddings too. Just wow!
DJ Pavan is amazing! I trusted Pavan with not only being the DJ and emcee for my wedding weekend, but also a full entertainment provider. Pavan’s henna artists were so kind and tal...
ented, his sound system was perfect with each event’s acoustics & his Bollywood dancers and belly dancer really amped up the crowd! Highly recommend!!
My husband and I utilized Pavan events for DJ, Emcee, Decor, Photobooth and Hora Loca. He came highly recommended from our wedding planner and he did not disappoint. Pavan is easy ...
to communicate with, he is patient, honest and has a great eye for creating an impactful theme and overall a memorable event. Our friends and family raved about the execution of our decor and our Hora Loca ( where we had robots and stilt walkers on our open dance floor). Customer service is Pavan’s priority, and this was evident throughout our meetings, phone calls, emails and texts. He went above and beyond to create a wisteria theme for my reception. We even had some very last minute changes regarding our reception program and he was able to accommodate that without flinching. Pavan comes with a well orchestrated team including florists, AV team, DJ Team, entertainers etc.We were thoroughly impressed by his services would highly recommend for any event you may be planning.
My husband and I hired Pavan Events for our DJ services, decor, and photo booth at our wedding. We both are not from Florida, so a lot of our communication was through phone, email...
, and the few times we visited Florida for planning. The moment we met Pavan we felt automatically comforted by him - he is very reassuring, calm, answered all our MANY questions and requests. When it came to our wedding day, upon seeing our mandap, we were blown away by how beautiful everything looked. He provided a mobile DJ for the baraat which came out amazing - the music was great and our guests really enjoyed themselves. For the reception, the decor was again above and beyond, the moment I saw the room it took my breath away! When preparing for the reception, two of Pavan's computers crashed due to a technical issue - no one would have ever known as the show still went on and he was able to get access to another computer in a short amount of time and still play the best music during our reception. Honestly our whole experience with him was nothing but positive - he made our wedding day extremely special and we are so appreciative!
