***Buyer beware*** I cannot stress enough do not shop here. Go somewhere that the service will match the hefty price tag of their wedding dresses. Was told back in December of 2023...
that my dress would be ready in 9 months. No mention of any delays due to my wedding being further out. By October I called asking where my dress was, and was told by manager Robin that my consultant was no longer with the company. She would be “overseeing” the purchase from now on. Offered no apology, just excuses. Said it was an “industry standard” to hold orders, said “most brides don’t want to store their dresses”, blamed Florida and their Hurricanes, and also blamed the associate that couldn’t even back themselves up. Fast forward to April, I called one Friday inquiring about any updates. She told me to call back one Tuesday because of bridal fashion week; which I did, with no response. Called back that Thursday, also no response. Called back that Friday, finally to receive a text saying my dress delivered. We go to pick up and Robin is not there. Not even an apology for adding stress to an already stressful time. No attempt of recovery for the run around. Was told by the two ladies that Miss Robin never comes to the store. When they called she said to “apologize for the miscommunication”. . give me a break. Everything has been miscommunicated from start to finish at this place. The owner should stick to ballet and not try to run a business. Don’t waste your money. Fly up to Kleinfeld or go to David’s Bridal. I expect this service for a $1,000 wedding dress but not when you’re paying $7,000.
