He credits his passion for creation to his parents, finding joy and purpose in sharing dishes with others. Proudly cooking according to Québecois and Sicilian heritage, Adam treats each client like family, making you feel right at home as you enjoy your feast.

The team of professional chefs creates each component from scratch and can even recreate old family recipes for your special day. A PASSION TO CREATE IGNITED BY HIS MOTHER AND LATE FATHER. ADAM STARTED HIS CAREER COOKING IN THE MID 80’S IN HIS FAMILY’S PIZZA SHOP AND VARIOUS RESTAURANTS IN THE CAPITAL DISTRICT, HE ATTENDED JOHNSON AND WALES UNIVERSITY IN RHODE ISLAND FOR CULINARY ARTS A BREAK FROM FOOD - HE SPENT TWENTY PLUS YEARS WORKING ON TREND DEVELOPMENT IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY WITH SOME OF THE LARGEST SPECIALTY RETAILERS AND WHOLESALERS IN THE WORLD: GAP, INC., RALPH LAUREN, AMERICAN EAGLE AND GUESS? INC. HE HAS LIVED IN NYC, SF, LA, PITTSBURGH AND SAN DIEGO. TRAVELING THE WORLD FOR WORK AND PLEASURE HE GAINED A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE, A REFINED EYE, AND CONTINUAL INSPIRATION. RETURNING TO HIS PASSION TO COOK - HE COMPLETED HIS CULINARY DEGREE AT THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK-SCHENECTADY AND BBA IN HOTEL-RESORT MANAGEMENT AT THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK-DELHI. HE HOLDS VARIOUS AWARDS FOR CULINARY COMPETITIONS INCLUDING SILVER MEDALS FROM THE AMERICAN CULINARY FEDERATION (ACF) AND THE SOCIETE CULINAIRE PHILANTHROPIQUE, NYC. ADAM IS A CERTIFIED CULINARIAN BY THE ACF AND A CHEF ROTISSEUR WITH THE CHAINE DES ROTISSEURS CREATING BEAUTIFUL THINGS AND MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY DRIVES HIS EVERY DAY. ADAM IS AN ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR AT SUNY SCHENECTADY WHERE HE TEACHES A VARIETY OF CULINARY CLASSES. HE LIVES WITH HIS HUSBAND JASON AND THEIR TWO LABRADOR RETRIEVERS IN SARATOGA SPRINGS, NEW YORK. PDT CATERING WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2013 AS A BOUTIQUE CATERER AND LIFESTYLE BRAND. FOUNDED ON A LOVE FOR FOOD AND GRACIOUS SERVICE. PDT CREATES SCRATCH-MADE HIGH- QUALITY FOOD AND CURATED EVENTS FROM 20-600 IN THE GREATER CAPITAL REGION AND BEYOND. WEDDINGS, SOCIAL EVENTS, GALAS, BIRTHDAYS FULL SERVICE OR TAKE AWAY CATERING.
