ad to change reception venues about a month before my wedding date. Majority of what had to be done for my destination wedding had not even been started. I literally hired Georgette 30 days before my 2 day Indian wedding and she was so proactive about reaching out to my vendors and completing tasks immediately. She was able to solve whatever problems we were having with vendors and was quick to come up with ideas. She was very easy to communicate with and always responded to my questions/inquiries in a timely manner. Even though I gave her very little time to work with, she took the time to ensure that every aspect of my wedding suited our style and was something we would love. The entire weekend went very smooth because she was able to thoroughly communicate with not only vendors, but also key family members and it truly put me at ease and relieved a lot of my stress. I also worked with her lead planner Isabella and she was very helpful. Georgette is the reason my Miami wedding was amazing and I am so happy I chose Pea to Tree Events they are seriously the best!!!

my family and I are Catholic - Georgette was very attentive to our various cultural and religious needs and was able to help us create the ceremony we hoped for that was mainly made up of Hindu events (Garba, etc.) infused with Christian traditions (a reading, vows, etc.). Another highlight about Georgette was her recommendations for and interactions with vendors. She had people for photographers, decor, etc. and was able to talk us through the options. She would also interface with the vendors and the venue and help make sure things were coming together. We had to plan from out of state, so Georgette's involvement in finding and dealing with vendors was huge for us. Beyond all that, she's kind, honest, and a good person.

She helped us find the perfect venue and narrow down vendors that would be perfect for us. The communication with all vendors was on point. Georgette has extensive experience with South Asian weddings, and it showed in the final outcome of the wedding weekend. This in no way means that she’s not in the business of making your dreams come true, she just brings you back to reality. ndu. I think wanting to have two religious ceremonies on the same day is a tall order in a normal year, but in 2020 there were times it seemed impossible. Georgette was always extremely reassuring, even when we were changing original plans and downsizing or trying to find vendors when the world felt like it was falling apart. All of the vendors she suggested were incredible to work with. She is extremely organized and will keep your party on schedule no matter how complicated it gets (aka she will wrangle your family – in the nicest way!!). She will keep you on budget, telling you where to save your money and where to splurge a little bit. She always listened to what was most important to me and my husband. Our wedding felt like it was truly “us” while also including elements that were important to our families. The design and décor was gorgeous, and absolutely not something I would be capable of accomplishing on my own! The amount of stress that was relieved by knowing that she had everything was under control was truly priceless. I am so incredibly grateful for all your help! (Georgette also helped us execute a more casual 1 year anniversary party for all of our uninvited guests and it was such a fun night! Worth every penny!)

me. The wedding consisted of both a Hindu and Sikh ceremony, and a reception with a private dinner. I had very little time and energy to put towards wedding planning myself because of my hectic work schedule. Georgette focused on the details from the start. She maintained a good balance of pushing me to think about these details, and working around my busy schedule/making decisions with my parents and others. My wedding was exactly what I imagined and she did all of it in 2 months. She coordinated all of our vendors and truly made our day perfect. She planned the entire day and timeline incredibly. I cannot imagine what our wedding would have been like without her! To be honest, it never would have happened without her. My husband, myself, and my family are forever grateful to her for everything she did to make our day so memorable. Especially for focusing on the details that we may have overlooked ourselves.

There was a setback in my wedding in the beginning in terms of location however Georgette helped pick out a better venue than I could have dreamed of. Any concern that I had, she fixed it. Any issue that came up, I had no idea about until after the wedding because she handled it behind the scenes. professional from the start which I loved. All the other planners didn't seem to worried about booking a client. I found Georgette via instagram and her website was very detailed and easy to navigate. Every time I called she answered her phone which I thought was amazing because for some reason I haven't had much luck with making contact for a service and the person running the business seems to never get back to me even after I leave several messages. I'm sure if she missed my call she would have gotten back to me promptly. I booked her day of coordinator service instead of her whole wedding planning service because frankly my husband and I were the only ones financially contributing to our wedding so we had to find ways to work with our budget. With her day of coordinator service although it was just for the day of she still was there to help me throughout the planning process anytime I had a question. She supplied me with a wedding planner task list and budget keeper which let me tell you came in handy for a girl who did not have much help from family or my husband. Also I wasn't one of those girls who dreamt of this day their whole entire life, so I had no idea on where to start and that helped out a lot. The day of, everything ran so smoothly that if there were any issues we had no idea about them and that is exactly what I asked of her. Georgette is such a sweet and soft spoken woman that I kind of worried about my family trying to run over her so I gave her a heads up a couple of days before the wedding that she will need to be a little forceful with them. I am so pleased and thankful that she was there to help and be apart of our day. I was actually very pleased with all my vendors. Georgette and her team made our day the best day of our lives.
