I am Avis Glenister, owner and lead wedding planner at Peach and Pearl Events, bringing nearly 10 years of wedding planning experience to your wedding. FMy business speaks directly to brides who are looking for that beautiful Southern-Coastal wedding of your dreams. I love to travel! A Southerner from Metro-Atlanta (the Peach), I’m married to a military veteran who now serves as a sergeant at the Sheriff’s Office. We have a daughter who was born in January 2015 and a son born February 2017. Like many of my brides, my family values are a stronghold in my life. As a premier award-winning wedding planner and venue manager on Florida’s Emerald Coast (the Pearl), I take on every challenge head-on and pride myself in staying calm under pressure. Avis and her team recently handled my daughter's wedding on 30A which allowed us to relax and enjoy the ceremony and reception! She assisted with all the planning for months prior to the event and with that help, we had an incredible experience. She was great in guiding guests and handled any last minute changes in a professional and flawless manner. We highly recommend Peach & Pearl Events!

Peach and Pearl Events were amazing to work with, the experience we had with them at my daughter’s wedding will have a lifetime of wonderful memories, The experience we had with Avis and her Peach and Pearl team were nothing less then pure joy! I could not have made my wedding dream come true without Avis, the head planner of Peach and Pearl Events. She is soooo kind and extremely reliable. She pays attention to detail and really helps you figure out the vision you want. She has so many connections to vendors, that everything flows so seamlessly between all vendors the day of your wedding. Her team that actually helped the day of my wedding was extremely professional and dependable. They helped take care of so many details so that my family and I could just worry about enjoying the day. Their service made my day the peaceful, joyful, and beautiful day that it was. If you are looking for a wedding planner along the Gulf Coast, Peach and Pearl is THE best! You won’t be disappointed.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Avis’s team! Peach and Pearl Events did an exceptional job for our wedding, and it was better than we could have ever imagined. Right from the start, Avis completely understood our vision (even before I did!) and worked closely with all the vendors to make sure it was picture perfect. Looking back at every detail, it was all thought out down to the blue water goblets and gold silverware, to the time that the cake was cut and speeches. Not only did everything look beautiful, but it went PERFECTLY. Something that a lot of brides have a tendency to overlook, but your guests want to enjoy every moment and you want it to all feel seamless! Avis did just that with our timeline. If you are debating about getting a full-service planner, the thought shouldn’t have even crossed your mind! Everything went so smoothly that I could not imagine doing this without her and her team. I highly, above and beyond, recommend Peach and Pearl Events for all your event planning needs! We love Avis!

I dreamed of being married at The Meeting House at Carillon Beach. I highly recommend Avis Glenister and Peach & Pearl Events! Our ceremony and reception at Carillon Beach were stunning, with every detail cared for well in advance by Avis.

Avis was amazing!!! She planned my daughter's beach wedding in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The wedding and reception were at VUE on 30a. I didn't worry about a thing. She took care of all of the vendors. If I had questions, I just went through her. All of her ideas and recommendations were excellent. All I had to do was show up and enjoy the wedding. It was so beautiful!!! Avis is so sweet to work with. I highly recommend her!

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined my daughter's wedding being so beautiful or going so smoothly. From the first time I reached out to Avis at Carillon Weddings I knew I was in competent hands. She was quick to respond and always very thorough. All of her vendor recommendations were first class and everyone worked together seamlessly. When Avis shared the news that she was pregnant and was scheduled to deliver 1-1/2 weeks prior to my daughter's wedding, there was a small moment of panic. However, had I not seen that beautiful baby with my own eyes I would have never believed she had a life outside of our special day. Avis, you are a beautiful person, an incredible business woman, a master of all things "wedding" and now a friend forever. All anyone needs to do is look at our wedding pictures to see what can transpire when someone is doing what they love. Thank you a million times over!
