Peach Blossom Events

We went to a wedding that Peachblossom catered and loved it! So we decided to go with this company. There were things we loved and didn't love so I'll make a list: Pros: -EVERYTHING was included in the price. The rental tables and linens (if needed), the bartenders, the set-up and clean-up of the venue, the dishes and glassware, the food, the cake, and any tips (the employees are paid fairly so no tip is expected unless you want to be generous). This was VERY nice and made it easy to go through one vender for all of this! -The food was DELICIOUS! The best food I've ever had at a wedding (note that this company usually does full-service meals) The cake was also amazing! Note that their cakes are presented very plainly. We brought in some flowers and a cake topper that they placed on top, but if you want an elaborate cake, go with a bakery. -Service was very good! Dishes being delivered and cleared was very discrete and prompt. Cons: -Laurie wasn't very prompt with our emails. It was normal to take over 48 hours to get a response. -We loved working with Laurie all year until about 2 weeks before the wedding. We had had several sit-down meetings beforehand when notes were taken. It was like see didn't check her notes or forgot half of the things we requested. And then there were a few things we wanted (like a small table for our DJs and photographer to eat and be served) that she backlashed against because it "wasn't usually done." It was our wedding and our request, so please just go along with it! We're the ones paying for it after-all! It was just so strange that we had to restate things that we thought were planned months ago. -We had to provide our own beverages - sodas and alcohol, anything not water. This was fine and isn't unusual but I thought to mention it here. We got a ton of compliments during the wedding of Peachblossom's service and food quality! But please note that collaborating with them was a bit of a headache near the day-of. All and all, I'm still glad we went with them, though. It's not like our email battles effected the attendees.
