that are so important but so easy to forget. Mackenzie was great and had answers to every question we had leading up to our wedding day. They also provided day-of coordination through a company called Uniquely Set which was useful for helping to plan the timeline of the day. They set everthing up for us, allowed us to have the rehearsal dinner in the reception hall the night before and had everything broken down within 20 minutes after our exit. The bride's and groom's cottages are incredible, as is the "barndominium" where our out-of-town family was able to stay - it is super comfortable too and they felt right at home! Further the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and they have a fantastic back-up plan if it rains, which not many other venues in the area can claim. My husband and I and all our guests had such a great time and we are so grateful to have had our wedding here. It was like a dream!

Furthermore, they allowed us to use the venue for a small “COVID-style” ceremony on our original wedding day for no extra charge. Peach Creek consistently went the extra mile to accommodate us and stay in communication for the lengthy period of time between our booking and actual wedding. The owners, Ryan and Katie, are incredibly thoughtful and kind. Their manager, Mack, made every effort to make our day as perfect as possible. The layout and design of the venue could not have been better for the reception, getting ready in the morning, and providing lodging for traveling guests. My whole family stayed in the Barndominium, and they had the best night they could have asked for celebration together. I highly recommend Peach Creek Ranch for the beautiful venue, professional and quality management, and excellent communication towards their couples. We can’t imagine getting married (twice) anywhere else!

The venue is the PERFECT place if you’re looking for that rustic feel, and it’s beyond beautiful inside and out. The owners literally have thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to pulling off the perfect wedding- seriously everything y’all. And we loved that we could get ready on-site in the cute bride & groom cottages and that our whole wedding party could stay on-site in the barndominium. It’s so spacious and so cute!!! We loved that we could have everyone there all weekend and offer our wedding party a place to stay that weekend. This truly is a the perfect place to get married and we could not have imagined doing it anywhere else- in the heart of Aggieland working with the best people that truly care about making your big day perfect <3

rything! There is a pond with outdoor seating for an outdoor ceremony, a beautiful barn with vaulted ceilings and chandeliers and a covered patio for a great rain-plan option. There is a charming courtyard with a stream running through it. On each side of the courtyard there are separate bride and groom cottages. The venue offers several different rental packages. We bought the 48 hour package that allows us and our whole family to stay on site from Friday through Sunday morning. This package includes a huge barndominium that sleeps over 30 people. So, both sides of our family and almost everyone that was in our bridal party were able to stay on site the entire weekend! This package allowed us to start decorations early Friday morning, have dinner rehearsal Friday night, and enjoy our families’ company for the remainder of the evening! The 48 hour package also included day-of wedding coordination from All Things Planned. Jacquie, from ATP, handled the entire wedding day process. She started with our rehearsal and then arrived at 2:30pm on Saturday to start directing everyone and coordinating with our other vendors. John, the property manager, also worked with us and for us all through the weekend. Between Jacquie and John, any little issue or hiccup that typically occurs during a wedding was taken care of discretely and the entire wedding ran so smoothly! One of the best things about PCR is that they did not have any vendor restrictions as other “all-inclusive” wedding venues usually do. The only thing that PCR required was that any bartending services would be contracted through Luke’s Bartending because of their $100,000 liability insurance policy. Luke’s Bartending provided TABC licensed bartenders that would look out for our guests’ safety while serving great drinks. I am really not over exaggerating when I say that we could not have asked for anything more in our wedding weekend. Our family members kept saying the whole weekend how they could not believe how beautiful the venue was and how easy going the whole wedding weekend felt! I was literally not stressed about any wedding details. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy ourselves and our families starting Friday evening throughout the whole weekend. Of course, the wedding day flew by. But, even after the reception ended, we were able to continue the party with the guests that stayed on site and visited with our family members longer. There is even a fire pit that we made smores in on Saturday night! The bride’s cottage turns into the “honeymoon” suite and that is where my husband and I stayed together after we were married. We paid $12,000 for our June wedding (48 hour package). Of course, there are cheaper packages and dates offered. But, we both agree that PCR was worth every penny. Everyone after the wedding could not believe how beautiful everything was. I am so thankful for the PCR team and for the beautiful venue they have created. The entire site is not just beautiful because of how it was built, but the service that PCR provides really made it a truly beautiful and amazing weekend.

! Overall: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PEOPLE AND VENUE!! Katie and her husband are the owners, and they truly created a venue that exceeds all of your expectations! When you hear their story that they created and designed the venue based off what was lacking at others, or their wishlist for when they were getting married, they knocked it out of the ballpark! Overall: Everything you expect, they exceed! From the fire pit, courtyard, bride and groom cottages, large guest bathrooms, large interior/exterior bars, a rain plan!!!, waterfront ceremony site, hidden overwater bridge for photos...I mean the list goes on!!! Their team is so helpful, generous and kind! They will try and help accommodate or remove any stress off your hands!! You can tell they all love what they do, and truthfully I’m sad the wedding is over because of how incredible they all are! Venue has a beautiful feel, beautiful property, rooms for getting ready, a house and space to sleep 30+ people, management and support staff, breathtaking features, and they did not cheap out on sound system/technology/finishes/features! BIG PLUS: a huge refrigerator and kitchen prep area, perfect for flowers, food and all the extras! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!

My husband and I got married underneath the patio cover to beat the heat and it was incredible. It still had the beautiful lake in the background, but we had the added bonus of fans! We got married in the heat of August and were so happy that Peach Creek had the option so that our guests wouldn't have to melt in the heat. They really thought of everything when building Peach Creek Ranch. It was the perfect set-up for our three hundred person wedding. There was an ample amount of room, yet the wedding still felt very intimate. I can't even begin to explain how great the barndo was for the thirty plus people who stayed there Friday and Saturday night. It was a fun, unique bonus that other venues do not offer. It was so fun being able to have my whole family and all of my bridesmaids and groomsmen in one place celebrating together. The weekend went by so fast, but I am so happy I had that time with my bridal party and family members that we would not have gotten if we had to stay in a hotel. Katie was beyond helpful in the wedding planning process. She replied to every single text message my mom and I sent her quickly and always gave great advice! Peach Creek also had a great recommended vendor list, which I am so thankful I utilized. I would recommend Peach Creek to anyone getting married. It was the best decision we made!

The bride and groom cottages are at the venue and they are the perfect place to get ready, hang out with your wedding party and unwind before the wedding. Day of, we had SO many guests commenting on what a beautiful venue it was, and everyone was enamored by a beautiful rain plan ceremony and a gorgeous reception sunset. Normally everyone dreads a rainy wedding, but I was actually excited to have rain during the ceremony because it made it so romantic! You truly can't go wrong picking them for your wedding.

They both truly care about you and your wedding and are more than willing to accommodate you and make sure your day goes off without a hitch. I am seriously so thankful for this venue and all the work the Linicks put into every wedding. Before the wedding, Katie was always quick to respond to any of my questions and I was continually impressed with both of the Linicks’ customer service and attention to detail. This venue is fantastic with a built in rain-plan and so many included features- like linens, chairs, tables, arbor, and decorative pieces. The location is quiet and idyllic, conveniently close to the city, but tucked far enough away that you can’t hear any interrupting noise. Katie (one of the owners) is a genius with design and has that rustic chic look down to a T. The ceremony site is lovely overlooking a scenic pond. The main hall is the perfect place to hold dinner and dancing with a picturesque balcony overlooking the main floor. The bridal cottage is ridiculously gorgeous and well designed. It is a fantastic place to get ready with tons of seating for all your ladies and then some and a full size bathroom and closet. The bridal cottage was definitely my favorite bridal cottage I have ever seen. The groom’s cottage is spacious with games for the fellas. The outdoor courtyard area has games and is the perfect hangout during cocktail hour or during dancing. It also has a fire pit and a huge wrap around patio. Everything you could want in a venue they have thought of and more. Even though Peach Creek Ranch hosted only a handful of weddings before ours back in February of 2017, it went flawlessly. The Linicks know exactly what they are doing and you can trust your wedding in their capable hands. I happily recommend this venue because it made my wedding magical, and I am over the moon with how everything turned out. My advice to brides around the College Station area is to stop looking. Stop stressing. Peach Creek Ranch is 100% the way to go.

r bridal party loved staying at the adorable bride and groom cabin and it was so relaxing to wake up at our venue and get ready right there! We had a beautiful waterfront ceremony and an amazing reception in their elegant barn. All I want to say is the owners really put so much thought into this venue and will do everything they can to make your wedding day the best day of your life!
