We are a budget-friendly family owned and operated wedding venue. Our venue is outdoors with a partially open barn and rolling pastures. We offer two ceremony sites, 3 arch options, and 2 dance floor options. Our packages include a Month-of Wedding coordinator, access for rehearsal, round tables, chairs, tables for food, two high top tables, a bar for your use, decoration set up, air-conditioned bridal dressing room, two restrooms, and access to any decor we have available. While we are considered a DIY wedding venue, our wedding coordinator takes care of setting up all of your decor the day of your wedding, a detailed timeline, confirmation of your vendors, rehearsal coordination, and management of events on your special day. What makes our venue different from other venues? We offer many services you won't find at other venues at a very affordable price Our classic (or basic package) includes many of the services/items you need to optimize your special day and save you money. Some of these services/items include: Servers to set up and serve your catered food, buffet style (saving you money on paying the catering company to do it for you) Use of our decorations and decoration set up (saving you money on hiring extra help - this includes setting up your DIY decorations) Wedding Coordinator (this includes rehearsal and the day of your wedding coordination. Normally hiring a wedding coordinator can cost you anywhere from $600+ ... but we include it in our Classic package to ensure everything is handled and organized for you) Tables and chairs for up to 130 guests (save money renting from a 3rd party company that has to deliver, drop off, set up, pick up, etc) An assortment of table cloths and table runners (we have a few different color options for you to choose from, saving you money from buying or renting from a 3rd party company) Bar on-site. (If you are just having beer and wine, we help you serve that, along with self-service. If you want full bar service, we have teamed with Tipsy Tampa and offer this in our Deluxe Package) Venue site clean up and tear down. We handle breaking down the venue site (ceremony and reception), allowing less work for you and your family/wedding party after the wedding.
