Coleman was great. He customized the side dishes to our tastes. We had him make brisket, ribs and chicken for our son’s wedding. All the food was amazing. All of our family and friends raved about how good everything was. If you’re are looking for BBQ, look no further. He is the best. I will hire him again if I get the chance.

It was super cool for pictures and the guests were really excited to see genuine bbq made on site. He started at midnight and smoked pulled pork and brisket and served it at 3pm the following day and it was like eating art. The baked beans and cole’slaw were delicious and tangy. The bbq sauce options were sweet or spicy. He had texas toast and a bunch of other menu options. In terms of communication, when he called, we spent an hour on the phone initially just consulting what we needed for the space, any supplies that we might need, the set up that he needed, and really what we were looking for as a menu overall. We were quoted for 75 guests and it was a really good price for really good quality. We communicated back-and-forth in between the initial quote and the reception and he adjusted it anytime I needed a change made. He’s really easy to work with and super excited and passionate. We provided access to a fridge and we also have the hose ready to go in case he needed to do any dishwashing, but he did bring his own sink and had his own catering tent with walls. We had a portable swamp cooler and an extension cord to our garage so he could use the swamp cooler while he was in the tent because it was 95° that day. His family helped serve and they made sure that everybody got good portions before going back for seconds. My dad went back for thirds because it was that good! On a funny note when the dogs first saw him in the driveway they were very upset about this stranger and barked immediately but then when they smelled the food, they got really quiet and all they would do all day long was hang around by the gate, sniffing, hoping for any bit of meat. Coleman is professional, hardworking, generous and complimented our wedding reception with an authentic vibe! If we ever host another event, we will absolutely bring him back for amazing food!
