The Peaks of Otter Lodge is such a beautiful choice for a wedding or special event. The food and staff are outstanding! As a planner/coordinator, I can't ask for a better venue. Highly recommend Peaks of Otter Lodge!

I needed a little reset and ultimately decided to stay here. I have no regrets! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, the staff was great and the food is good. I recommend the Crab Cakes! The room was fine (a little dusty and a few webs...
but you are in the mountains) I love that there is a privacy balcony and the view was AMAZING! I drove through the mountains and its simply breathtaking. I plan on coming back with my family when the foliage changes. Thanks again to the great staff!

Overall ok once we were there but the customer service experience was poor. I tried to call to confirm my reservation, only to talk with an AI. Once I convinced the AI to connect me to a real person, nobody answered. No return call. I tried em...
ail - no response - none. We needed directions the day of the visit - left a voice mail - no response - luckily the visitor center answered the phone. Then they emailed me and asked for a 5 star review after our stay - I responded with the feedback above and you guessed it - no response.

I will never be back again, Bad experience here. I stayed yesterday and The lady checking me in was rude for no reason at all. She gave me a nasty look. She asked for my Id and I tried handing it to her. She then asks me for my Id again and the...
n she gave me a nasty look. Then the guy next to her takes my Id and he checks me in. Staff is rude for no reason at all?? Like I just got here. There were also poop stains on my toilet. How do you not clean that up?? Stains in the room. The property was beautiful and the restaurant was great. I will never be coming back because of the staff. Can’t believe they would hire someone like her, shouldn’t you be respectful to your guests? A simple, hi how are you would have been great…..
