it is beautiful. The pear tree lined driveway is beautiful in all seasons. The property is spacious with ample room for parking. We loved the outdoor courtyard area. It is fenced which was so nice having a few small children in our guest list. The amenities of the covered ceremony space- complete with beautiful ferns, fire pit, bar area and covered seating had my fiancées jaw on the floor. That’s when I knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The reception area is spacious with a large bar area and enough room for everyone to get out on that dance floor. It also has a large kitchen for your caterer’s needs. It boasts a huge bridal suite that can accommodate even a large bridal party for getting ready. The best part is everything is connected with easy access to the parking lot, making deliveries and loading a breeze. The owner Miss Dee is super sweet and very passionate about making your event special. She was very attentive and prompt with communication. It was sometimes a challenge to get up there for a site visit since my fiancee works nights, but she was very accommodating to our schedule. Overall we could not have asked for a more beautiful setting for our big day. The attention and support we received made our day perfect! Go ahead and reach out to Miss Dee to set up a tour! The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS and the cabin attached was just beautiful and I loved the fact that all my girls could get ready in one place and my husband and I could stay the night in the cabin on our wedding night. ! Our favorite part was the circle swings with the fire pit. We had our dinner rehearsal the night before at the outside bar. We had our ceremony outside on the stage with a gorgeous made 8 foot cross behind us. Our reception was in the barn shaped building. All of it built by hand by her husband which we are very impressed by! If anyone asks me where they should get married I will definitely recommend it.

nue & kept asking “Where did you find this place?” Dee, the owner, is great for providing this space for couples. She communicates well and is proud of what she has built. There is also an “airbnb” space built in the rear part of the reception hall. My husband and I stayed there the night of our wedding. It is well decorated and feels like home. Dee is constantly adding/remodeling the venue, so if it was amazing for me then I can imagine what it would be like in a year or two. There is no other venue like it in Charleston at an affordable rate.

and the absolute cutest attached modern cabin was so well designed. There are so many outdoor features and the outdoor table and chair area by the open bar silo, was the perfect space to host the rehearsal dinner. The owners are top notch and go above and beyond to make sure your event is everything you want it to be. The lined pear tree path makes the entrance to the place even sweeter. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the best all around wedding venue!
