With the help of Lori Roy and Jordan Schucart at Pearce Jewelers, they helped me find the most beautiful engagement diamond and band for my fiancé. The ring I purchased went way beyond my expectations and was like nothing I have ever seen before. What they created to be bright, spectacular, and amazing was just them exhibiting their expertise as incredible jewelers. The compassion and true inner beauty came when they incorporated a Peridot stone into the inside of the band. Although the oval diamond on top of the band stands out, the Peridot stone is my fiancé's father's birthstone. He passed away a year ago, and she still misses him every day. Lori and Jordan created a heartfelt reminder that will be close to my fiancé forever. To make this all come true, I never even had to set foot in their store. They treated me like family over the phone, email, and checkups on how everything was coming together. Wonderful personalized experience! I went in for my fiance's engagement ring, and she ended up getting my ring there as well. We chose our matching wedding bands from them as well, and found ourselves going in frequently just to check-in on our rings and say "hi". They worked hard on both of our rings to help us make customizations and match the unique styles we were looking for. The staff are wonderful, and went above and beyond with everything! We will be buying future jewelry from them as well!

Our first interaction with Pearce Jewelers was to have my engagement ring appraised (it was passed to me by my grandmother). Kate was very personable and worked within our time constraints, even texting me when she had finished the appraisal. When the solder on the sizing piece in my band didn't hold (not their work), I brought it to them and they explained the problem and fixed it for me quite quickly. We decided to go with Pearce again for our bands, and when my husband's Tungsten (too hard a metal to size) band was the wrong size, they had it exchanged within a week, free of charge! We purchased my wedding earrings from their really cool estate jewelry collection, as well! The people at Pearce's were wonderful to work with, very accommodating! And they also do custom jewelry!
