Pearl Bridal Boutique

After trying on what seems like every style of dress in different boutiques, I found my gown at Pearl bridal in Holyoke. The staff was so helpful, and we had the entire shop to ourselves due to Covid. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and I felt So special when looking for a gown for my wedding. Once I tried my going on, I absolutely knew that it was the one. If it wasn’t for the staff who helped me pick out gowns, I would have never looked at this particular dress. I had an absolutely delightful experience with them, and would highly recommend them to any bride looking for address for their special day!!

Ryan was amazing and so helpful! I didn’t really know what I was looking for, but fell in love with a dress she pulled for me after only trying on a few.

Had an awful experience with the sales associate was told the dress I was looking for did not exist was rushed and make to feel like I had to make a decision quickly it was a Saturday and the associate was rushing us because she wanted to be done. Very disappointing experience and then had to pay a fee to cancel to order that I was forced into. Would not recommend to anyone.

After visiting Pearl with a girlfriend when she was dress shopping, I knew I wanted to shop at Pearl when my time arrived. After two failed attempts because of COVID, I finally had my day! The boutique is quaint, but they have a great selection. After trying on several dresses in styles I thought I liked, the girls suggested a dress that I never would have selected on my own (I did NOT want a form-fitting dress!), and after trying it on, I was blown away and said 'yes' to the dress rather quickly after that! It's clear that the girls at Pearl are experienced and know their dresses, and they just may have some great ideas for your body shape. My alterations were done at Pearl as well, and Athan was fantastic. The day of, my dress fit like a glove and I received SO MANY compliments. Thank you for helping me feel beautiful, Pearl!

I had visited another bridal boutique in the area before coming to Pearl, but Pearl knocked it out of the park and it was where I found 'the one' after trying on three dresses. They offer some truly beautiful gowns and have lots of choices to go around. When my mother and I first went to the boutique, I talked to Ryan about what style I wanted and my price range, and she pulled out many dresses that fit what I wanted. The process after choosing my wedding dress was also easy and fun, and the staff is bubbly and awesome. I bought my veil and wedding jewelry there as well-- they have many trunk shows to take advantage of throughout the year. The alterations were done perfectly and I felt like a princess on my wedding day!

The girls at Pearl Bridal were amazing to me. They listened and made wonderful recommendations that would look and feel best for me. They were incredibly kind and patient with me. The gowns are absolutely stunning and I am so thankful to have found "the one" there. I also truly appreciate their patience, communication, and understanding during the Covid Pandemic.

Ryan and the team at Pearl are amazing! I was nervous about trying on dresses as a plus size bride, but Ryan made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. I gave her ideas of styles and details I like, and she absolutely nailed it. The third dress I tried on was the one! Ryan's expertise is on point, and her eye for detail is wonderful. The quality and selection of gowns is stunning. We ended up getting our bridesmaid dresses there as well. Ryan was always quick to respond to emails and any and all questions I had. Covid hit right as my dress arrived in the shop, but she was in constant communication with me on where things stood. They were quick to adapt to COVID safety procedures once things started to open up again. Athan in alterations is phenomenal; he worked wonders on my dress after I lost 70 pounds! He is a true miracle worker (thank you!). Everyone at Pearl is such a delight to work with, I highly recommend them!

I loved every minute I spent at Pearl! Ryan was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She brought me only the style of dress I asked for and did not force me to try on different shape gowns "just to see" like other bridal stores did. My fittings and alterations were done during COVID, and I felt very safe the whole time. I would absolutely recommend Pearl to any friend looking for their wedding gown.

Pearl Bridal was so great to work with! From the first time we went in the store they made us feel so welcome, and made me feel so beautiful in each and every dress. During the Covid pandemic, they called us very early on to advise we pick up my dress so that if the store did close I would not be without my dress if we chose to keep our original wedding date. The staff were incredibly responsive via phone and email and were kind and accommodating if I brought people with me to watch me trey on my dress (not sure how this will now be impacted by Covid). I would definitely highly recommend them! Their tailor Athan was incredible as well, he even tailored my dress during the pandemic and stored it at his house so that I could still have it ready for my wedding. He was also very responsive and even fit my sister in to have her bridesmaids dress hemmed with very short notice when we decided to still go ahead with our wedding. Would highly recommend him as well!

I was really nervous about trying on wedding dresses and wasn't sure what I wanted. Pearl was my first and last stop looking for a dress. The staff were all so nice and helpful! They have a great selection of dresses and the shop itself is really pretty - I love that it's in an old mill building. Everyone there was really helpful and great at what they do. They let me take my time and feel comfortable during the shopping and fitting sessions. The alterations were so, so good. My dress fit perfectly and the bustle was really elegant. I definitely recommend Pearl Bridal!

I got my wedding dress here. They have such nice dresses to choose from and they made it a very nice experience. I love my dress. They also did amazing alterations especially since I had lost a lot of weight and it had to be taken in quite a lot.

Pearl was amazing to work with! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. I was open to a variety of dresses and my consultant did an amazing job of bringing several different types in for me to try. Once i found a style that I liked she brought several similar ones in. I was able to find the perfect dress within the hour. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I never felt pressured or rushed. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend Pearl to all brides!

I had a fantastic experience at Pearl Bridal Boutique. I was able to book my appointment online (a huge plus). My Mom & Aunt came with me to my appointment and we were the only people in the boutique. I came in with the idea that I wanted a mermaid dress. The owner (I can't remember her name) was very helpful and pulled a few of those styles for me to try on. I realized those weren't for me, so she was able to pull some other dresses that flattered my figure. By dress #6, I knew I found my DREAM dress. Just to make sure, I tried on about 4 more dresses before putting dress #6 back on & both my Aunt & Mom agreed that this was THE ONE. This was the only bridal store I shopped in and I wasn't disappointed. I purchased the dress in December of 2017 and had it back in time for my October 2018 wedding. When I came in to pick up my dress, we were also the only people in the boutique. I'm not sure if this is always the case, but it really helped make my experience extra special. I appreciated the fact that I could take my dress with me to my own seamstress to help make my dress mine.

Pearl was amazing. It was easy to schedule appoints to shop and for fittings. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Their dress selection was like nothing I had seen before.... not cookie cutter dresses. My gown was absolutely perfect.

Pearl Bridal was the 3rd shop that I tried dresses on and from the second I walked in the door, I felt welcomed! Brittany was my consultant and she listened to me, made me feel comfortable, and gave me awesome pep talks throughout the entire appointment. I am so happy I found the dress of my dreams here and that I get to work with Pearl up until my wedding day, would not want it any other way!

We came here for bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. I was not thrilled with my experience. I had an appointment, but didn’t feel welcome. I felt like an inconvenience, it was a struggle to get answers to my questions, the employees took phone calls in the middle of a conversation with me. We ended up trying nothing on and walking out. - I will say they had nice dresses and an impressive sale collection. I just didn’t want to give them my business.

I am so thankful this boutique was recommended to my mother and sister! Not only was it special because it's in my hometown but the staff are so wonderful. I walked into my appointment with an idea of what I wanted and walked out with the dress of my dreams. They were accommodating and easy to schedule with (I was coming in from across the state for fittings). Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress!

I bought my wedding dress from Pearl and I had a great experience! Their shop is in one of the renovated old mills in Holyoke, and its just beautiful. They have a huge selection of dresses of all different styles. I worked with several different consultants and they were all so helpful and professional. And I loved their tailor, he was amazing! I had a great experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Pearl Bridal still seems like a fairy tale. The communication leading up to my first, private appointment was super clear and easy. When we got there, the space was so unique and classy; it really helped shape the experience. Ryan helped me find a dream dress within 20 minutes which was not the goal, but I’m positive that her expertise on bridal gowns and styles and the way they fit certain bodies helped the process feel seamless! The prices were surprisingly all under my budget, and I didn't have to think twice when searching for a veil at the same place. I didn't know I would end up with a blush dress, but they somehow knew I would eventually end up with one! Every time I visited Pearl Bridal for a fitting or when searching for accessories, it just all felt so easy and fun. I don’t think this happens everywhere, and I’ve already recommended this boutique to so many friends, family members, and clients. Once I found the dress at Pearl Bridal, everything else fell into place. It was a dream experience that I’ll never forget!

I had a great experience at Pearl. It was the third store I went to, and easily felt comfortable and found my dress! Each of the girls were great throughout the process, and very accommodating when I had to squeeze in another visit towards the end. I even went to one of the designer trunk shows they host where I got my veil and jewelry. Really cute salon with great staff and great gowns!

After visiting about 3 other bridal stores, I was so excited to find my dress at Pearl Bridal Boutique. The store is beautiful styled with tons of dresses and accessories. The woman who worked with me listened to what I was interested in but also pulled a few other dresses she thought would look good on me. I ended up with something completely different than I thought I wanted and it was everything I could have hoped for in a wedding dress. I received so many compliments at my wedding on my dress and I would definitely recommend Pearl to any of my friends!!

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience at Pearl! The staff was so attentive and made me feel so special while searching for the perfect dress. I loved the one on one experience and all of the staff members checked in to see how I was doing. They made me feel like they cared about me and my wedding. Every fitting they would ask how the planning was going and whether I was getting nervous. The tailor they use was amazing he even added a piece of my mom's wedding dress into mine at the last minute. I recommend Pearl to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress or anything wedding related. You will not be disappointed!

I expected dress shopping to be a long process, I was wrong. when I came to try on dresses, I was the only appointment in the shop, I told Ryan my budget, likes/dislikes, and the very first dress she put me in was perfect and even better - under budget. I of course tried on several more and even went to other shops just to convince myself it wasn't that easy - and nowhere else had anything close to the dress I loved, or the atmosphere and attentive staff. I came back that very night because I couldn't wait. Every fitting appointment beyond then I had the same wonderful attentive experience, and the tailor they brought in for alterations was equally as kind, attentive and easy to work with. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Go here first.

I can't say enough about this place! The staff is absolutely amazing and attentive. I'm a big girl and they never once made me feel like I could not get a dress at their bridal salon. I never felt uncomfortable. They truly listen to what your have in mind for a dress and work with your style to make sure you're happy. I ended up leaving with THE most incredibly looking dress and I was so surprised that I could even get a dres like that as a plus size girl. They have stunning dresses for every body type and style you can think of. Moderately priced. I HIGHLY recommend to future brides!!!!

I was so blown away with the one on one experience I had here. It did help that I made my appointment first thing in the morning, on a friday (ladies take note!) but because of this, it was just me and my group in the store. I tried on numerous styles, and they zoned in very quickly on what I liked and kept me within my budget area. Within my appointment, I found "the one!" I do suggest that if you're like me and you are not local, do not get your dress altered here. I'm a 9 hour drive and on a good day, a 200 dollar round trip flight back to the Holyoke area. I went in for my first dress alteration a little bloated and puffy from a recent vacation and the dress was much more snug. I insisted on not "relaxing the hips" but after much back and forth, i went with what the seamstress insisted. I also had the chest taken in and opted not for the added cups as I wanted the dress to fit snug against me, naturally without added padding. I went in for the second fitting and the shape of the dress was now altered, now extenuating my already large hips i was attempting to hide. The bust was still very lose, they suggested adding a second hook rather than taking it in more. Day of, the dress was big in all the places i said not to let it out, the chest was still not very snug and the second hook was never put in. They did however reverse the side of my sash which had been pinned on the wrong side just by me sending pictures which saved me another very expensive trip back to Holyoke. I think if I had opted to take it somewhere were I currently lived, I would have been able to go back more often for the fitting portion. The cost of the fitting was extremely reasonable.

I had the best experience at Pearl! Being in the wedding industry, I knew I wanted to look for a dress at Pearl first because I knew they had the best selection, and would offer such a personal experience. I ended up buying a dress on my first visit and never looked anywhere else! Both Ryan and Cari were amazing to work with! Cari listened to exactly what I wanted, and picked out a few dresses that matched what I wanted, but she also let me look around at the selection myself and pick out what I liked! She only suggested dresses that stayed in my budget. She was so helpful and a huge part of the reason I found my dress! I had the same experience when I went in for a trunk show and bought my veil! I was so excited to go in for every fitting, and left feeling so happy every time. This bridal shop is the best in the area!

After quite a horrible experience at another salon I decided to make an appointment at Pearl. I am so happy I did! From the time I walked in I knew I was about to have my dream day picking out dresses. I received a very warm welcome and after showing my consultant a few pictures and giving her details about the wedding, she was able to get a sense of what I was looking for. The shop is beautiful and open, and it has a large selection of gowns. The best part is the most expensive gown was $2500 :) They carry two of my favorite designers, Stella York and Essence of Australia. I ended up with an Essence of Australia low back lace gown and I am very pleased thus far, and happy to say that I said "yes" to my dress!!! I am very excited to try it on again in a few months when it comes in.

I found the perfect gown at Pearl, with the help of Ryan. She listened to me, and gave me only gowns that fit my budget. She also picked out a belt that really made the dress look complete, and gave me lots of options. I had a great time shopping here and decided to bring my bridesmaids back to pick out their dresses. Ryan, again, helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Since I bought my dress at Pearl, my bridesmaids all saved 10% on their dresses, which helped make them more affordable. I will say that my dress took a very long time to come in. It was a full nine months until it came, so I don't recommend waiting to shop for a dress, because you are going to need to leave time for it to come in. The bridesmaids' dresses took a really long time to come in too, and they were all pretty much too small for the girls, so that was unfortunate. It says clearly that there are no exchanges or returns allowed and all sales are final, so when we were looking for help and feeling like they had been mis-measured, there wasn't much they could do. So just a warning to make sure you stay the same exact size you were when you ordered your dress for the whole 9 months it takes to come in, because if it's too small, you're pretty much out of luck. Luckily for me, my dress fit amazing, and looked beautiful. Everyone at my wedding commented on it, saying how beautiful and unique it was, and that it looked like it was literally made for me. It's unfortunate that my bridesmaids had a bad experience with their dresses not fitting, but my personal experience with my gown was excellent.

We had a fantastic experience at Pearl. Ryan was so helpful and knowledgeable. This was the first boutique I went to and no intention of choosing a gown that day, but Ryan listened to what I wanted and helped me narrow down what I liked and didn't in a gown, and after trying on a handful of dresses, brought me back to the first one she had chosen for me and it was the one! Ryan and her tailor Athan also custom designed detachable lace straps for my dress so that I could have more coverage during my ceremony, with a more fun strapless look for the reception. Athan did an amazing job tailoring the delicate lace of my dress so that the end result was flawless. My bridesmaids also got their dresses from Pearl. I chose a color and they were able to choose from different style tops and bottoms from the Lynn Lugo line and the end result were 5 beautiful custom dresses that perfectly fit each girls personality. I would highly recommend Pearl - I loved it!

Ryan at Pearl Bridal is awesome! She helped me pick out a dress that is absolutely fabulous. I felt like Grace Kelly for the day, princess-like! I have a hectic schedule and it was never a problem to reschedule or come in a little later than Ryan might have wanted, perfect. Pearl Bridal also helped out with my bridesmaids dresses and they came in with plenty of time for all of the girls to get them fitted or altered if they needed to be when they arrived. It was such a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a dress for a wedding!

I got my wedding dress, veil, head piece and jewelry from the fantastic team of Ryan and staff at Pearl Bridal Boutique. From the start Ryan was awesome to work with through the whole process. I looked amazing thanks to her and the great products that she carries! She is professional, warm and goes out of her way to make you feel truly appreciated. The day of I received so many compliments on everything that I had on! I absolutely recommend everyone to go to Pearl to find their dress and accessories!

Like many of the other bridal salons in the area Pearl does not force a bride into a gown. Ryan and the girls at Pearl really listen to what a bride wants and helps her find the perfect dress. Plus they are great at styling the entire look from the veil to the hair accessories. They also have a great option for dress alterations.

I looked around online and had a lot of trouble finding a dress that looked like the one. I was getting very discouraged and ready to go the route of having one made, but then I went to Pearl and it was like every single dress they had there was amazing. I found the dress of my dreams, it was the second dress I tried on. I got many compliments on my dress. This is the place to go! The girls who work here are lovely as well!

Pearl was an amazing place to get my wedding dress from. They made sure I felt amazing in my dress and made it fit to a T. It looked like it was made for me after alterations were done. They also offered me accessories and jelwery. They are a full service boutique that also has MOB and bridesmaid dresses. I would recommend them to anyone whose looking for a more personal experience during their dress shopping process!

When I decided to wear my grandmothers and mother's wedding gown I didn't know where to look for a matching veil being that my dress was blush pink. The staff at Pearl Bride was WONDERFUL! They had me bring the dress in and helped pick out the perfect veil in the matching color! They also found the perfect earrings, and tiara that went with the antique look of the dress. I looked and felt like a princess on my wedding day thanks. Everyone commented on how stunning and beautiful I looked.

I had been to 3 other boutiques before I visited Pearl, I was very discouraged I wouldn't be able to find anything I felt was perfect for me. The employees at the other stores seemed bored and annoyed with their jobs. My visits to Pearl were wonderful, everyone is so nice and laid back. Ryan had me try on a dress "just to see" that I was sure I didn't want...it ended up being my dress! Each time I went the employees all seemed to love their job and were just happy to make your experience As great as possible.

I went to Pearl for my wedding dress. Ryan helped me find exactly what I wanted! All the girls in the shop are so friendly and helpful. I got my bridesmaid dresses there and my mom even got her dress there.
