The Pearl Mansion team surpassed all expectations for my wedding day team. They were very professional and made my wedding day flow smoothly and without a hitch. Their process of w...
edding coordination allows for such close attention to detail that by the time of wedding day, they know what you want and how you want it to be executed.
The venue itself is beautiful. I received numerous compliments from my guests on how perfect the venue was! I elected to use the mansion for our get ready suites day of and I would highly recommend doing this. There are plenty of rooms and spaces for photography while also providing space to keep the bride and groom hidden until ceremony time.
All in all I am so happy I chose to have my wedding at Pearl Mansion and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get married in the Charlotte area!
There truly are not enough words to express how incredible this venue is. From the breathtaking grounds to the unmatched professionalism of the staff, every single detail exceeded ...
our expectations and made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable.
What truly sets this venue apart is Kendall and her amazing staff. From the very beginning, they made us feel supported, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire wedding process. Kendall was far more than just an owner and coordinator — she became a constant source of reassurance, guidance, and calm during such an important season of our lives. She made herself available whenever I needed her, always answering questions, easing stress, and making sure every detail reflected my husband’s and my vision perfectly.
The staff was equally incredible. Every person we interacted with was kind, attentive, professional, and fully dedicated to making our day seamless and stress-free. On the wedding day itself, Kendall and her team went above and beyond in every possible way. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, handled every detail flawlessly behind the scenes, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
At every step, our happiness and vision were clearly their number one priority, and that level of genuine care is something you simply cannot put a price on. This venue gave us so much more than a beautiful place to get married — it gave us peace of mind, unforgettable memories, and the wedding day we had always dreamed of.
If you are looking for a venue that is stunning, organized, professional, and filled with people who truly care about making your day perfect, this is the one. I cannot recommend Kendall, her staff, and this venue highly enough.
My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding day at Pearl Manor! We cannot thank Kendall and Anthony for everything they did in helping us have the best day!
We had a rush wedding and the folks at pearl manor were more than happy to accommodate us with only a couple weeks notice. The venue was beautiful and more than large enough for o...

We booked in July during a heatwave, the air conditioning kept our party of 50 people nice and cool. The staff was very hospitable, welcoming, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Pearl Mansion!
Love this venue. We had an amazing birthday celebration here for my grandmother for her 80th birthday. The location is wonderful. I could imagine this location for a beautiful wedd...
ing ceremony. The water backdrop was wonderful. Kendall and Anthony have done a wonderful job since opening. I recommend this location to everyone in and around the Charlotte area.
The venue was absolutely stunning! The staff was always attentive, very thorough and extremely willing to go above and beyond to make our event a success!
The wedding ceremony was beautiful. The venue decorations were elegant. We had a perfect day.
Amazing service! Beautiful property! The owners and staff listened to what I wanted!
Such a beautiful hidden gem. I almost forgot we were in Charlotte because it’s tucked back on a ton of land and the mansion is something out of fairytales.
We enjoyed the beauty of the estate and the excellent service!
Absolutely gorgeous venue, felt like a fairytale! The pond in the background was perfect for pictures, and the reception area was stunning with plenty of room for all of our guests...
. The bridal suite was so perfect with the CUTEST vanities for each of us, which made the getting ready process feel really special. Not to mention, the owner was so so kind and accommodating, and really cared that our day was special. All in all, would 100% recommend!
Saying this place is beautiful doesn’t begin to do it justice. It has everything I was looking for & more. Outdoor ceremony space beside a beautiful pond & fountain. A huge gazebo ...
for cocktail hour. The most stunning reception hall with full fabric draped ceiling and a grand chandelier. Not to mention the mansion to get ready in and the BIGGEST bridal suite I’ve ever seen. The grooms room/additional get ready suite upstairs was also such a unique feature. The entire place is just breath taking. You really have to see it in person to take it all in. Everyone who attended our wedding is still raving about it and can’t believe it exists in Charlotte. It’s like a hidden gem tucked away in this private estate, still close to all our guests hotels (like 25 mins max from uptown) but so quite and private to be so close to the everything still. Also the husband and wife who own it are so so sweet and helpful. Also I saw some reviews from years ago that they aren’t LGBTQ friendly and let me clarify that was the previous owner, I made sure before booking and they are very much inclusive to everyone which was so important to me. My day was perfect, I just wish I could do it all again every year. A million out of ten recommend.
I just toured and the new owner is amazing! Do not judge this place prior to her purchase. It’s inclusive and beautiful and I’m excited to plan my wedding here. As a gay woman, I h...
