s and family. In the months leading up the big day, Allison and Kaelin toured our venue with us, and provided lots of useful suggestions and ideas for organizing the event. A few weeks prior, they reviewed our timeline and made some helpful adjustments. Allison also reached out to our vendors ahead of the event to introduce herself and note when they would arrive. On the wedding day, Allison and her assistant Christina arrived early, quickly oriented themselves with the space and our vendors, and got to work. They made sure our DJ, singer/guitarist, and officiant were ready to go on time, and coordinated our walks down the aisle.   As the day progressed, they did everything from making last-minute improvements to the timeline to bringing us food and drinks so we could enjoy socializing. They even brought kits with thoughtful items such as first aid supplies and extra beauty products. After the party moved indoors they ensured nothing was left outside per venue instructions. I can’t emphasize enough the care and thoughtfulness they brought to our wedding day. Because of them, we were not stressed at all and were able to fully enjoy the day.
