About this vendor
CONGRATULATIONS! I'm Courtney, the owner and lead planner at Pearls & Palms Weddings, and I am SO excited for you! Finding your person & getting engaged is such an important milestone. I am honored that you're here to share this special moment.
Pearls & Palms Weddings is based in the Tampa Bay area, though we're also happy to work with clients who are traveling to wherever their love stories lead them! We offer full & partial planning, coordination, and destination wedding services. My greatest goal as your wedding planner is to help make your day as stress-free as possible. I love solving problems on the fly and working behind the scenes to make things perfect. I pride myself on quick fixes that you'll never know about - I handle it all for my couples so they can relax and enjoy every moment.
If you choose me to work with you in planning your best day ever, we'll become best friends. I'll meet you for coffee to talk through every detail that has you feeling anxious. I'll field texts from your mom when she can't decide on a dress. I'll jump on a video call with the best man so he can practice his speech. I will DEFINITELY cry as you say I do to your partner. I'll hide you away from guests to give you a moment with your new spouse, I'll bustle your dress, I'll be buddies with your DJ to get the timing just right, and I'll be the last person you see when you leave at the end of the night.
If you're still reading, THANK YOU! I hope we get the chance to meet and create the wedding of your dreams together!

s to make our wedding perfect in every way! All of your recommendations for venues and vendors were amazing and we cannot think of one thing that we would have changed.
We keep receiving tons of compliments on the floral decorations you and your team put together for the centerpieces, garland, and flowers around the signs! Also, the cheese wheel cake looked amazing! You and your team worked tirelessly putting those together and we greatly appreciate everything you did!
Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream a reality! It was flawless and that’s all due to you!

ay. They went above and beyond with timeline planning, design execution and attention to detail. I am not sure what we would have done without their expert guidance and coordination. From assisting with our rehearsal, to the wedding day ceremony and reception, their hard work made sure that everything went smoothly, looked beautifully, and was completely painless for me, my groom and the bridal party. I can't say enough positive things about this impressive and excellent planning team!
I can't say enough great things about Courtney and her planning and execution of my daughter's bridal shower. Having bridesmaids that didn't know each other on top of having them ...
live in different areas of the state is not a stress anyone would want.
She pulled everything together by helping the bridesmaids make my daughters day so special. Being able to understand their vision and then bringing into reality with her attention to detail was magnificent.
She thought of everyone's needs (from special diet menu items, coloring pages for children, to seating arrangements for the elderly). Courtney made everyone feel welcomed and thought through some fun activities to help bring a roomful of people together who didn't necessarily know each other.
She was able to coordinate all the logistics of people coming in from out of town to making sure that we stayed within our allotted room rental time.
The table arrangements and special touches that were woven in throughout the day made my daughters day perfect. Thank you Courtney!
I highly recommend this team of young ladies! Knowledgeable, professional, creative and all around exciting to work with. If your looking for a fresh look this is the team for you...
. Our event was seamless thanks to them.
I attended a bridal shower arranged by Courtney and it was impeccably planned. The theme was lemonade and it carried cohesively throughout the room. She even went so far as to incl...
ude sliced lemons in the center pieces holding the gerber daisies. There were activities for young and old, and everything moved smoothly throughout the experience (even though there were about 100 women at this shower). Her sense of timing for when to move to the next activity ensured that there was never a dull moment.
It was a very easy process and things ran smoothly

ies were, the creativity, the uniqueness of the themes and how organized and professional these girls were. I would highly recommend them for someone to use on a special occasion as I have seen them in action and it was a very stress free and fun environment. I give these girls props and I would gladly give them my recommendation.
