I can not say enough good things about Pearls Decor and Tootie. She did a fantastic job at my daughters Toledo Zoo reception. It was nothing less than stunning. We had scheduling c...
onflicts at the zoo do to other events and Tootie worked with the zoo to make sure everything was perfect, even came in two days early to do a portion of the Malawi ahead of time. lors matched perfectly. I did not see the room ahead of time and I was "wowed" when I walked in with my new husband.
They did a great job and made the hall look even more elegant, price was comparable with other companies.
