The peary’s were amazing during the entire process of our wedding. They were a jack of all trades they were officiant, photographer, florist and coordinator and they accomplished all that masterfully. They captured some amazing moments of our special day and even some awesome BTS photos, our bouquets were beautiful and they made us feel relaxed and calmed all our nerves and made sure our only worry was just enjoying the day. Bill and Karen Peary were so incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful through the entire process of getting married at Chapel Dulcinea. All of our guests complimented their photography and officiating, and I was blown away by how smoothly everything went with them guiding us. Bill, Karen and Allie were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We happened to meet them at Chapel Dulcinea, our wedding venue, and from the very first interaction they were kind, warm and sweet. We ended up hiring them last minute, about 3 weeks before the wedding date, and not only were they available but super willing to work with us. We were kind of lost in the process and with their guidance we got a super customized package, ideal for our needs and it worked perfectly. We were a little nervous because our wedding was organized kind of last minute, but thanks to them on the wedding day it all felt like it was planned months in advance. Everything they made for us was gorgeous, from the flowers for the wedding cake to the boutonnieres. We could not emphasize enough how amazing Karen was as an officiant. We are a same sex couple and had a hundred requests for the officiant's speech and Karen delivered. The way she lead our ceremony was flawless, she made it emotional and special in a respectful and solemn way, we weren't expecting that, we had a tough family crowd to please and she brought tears in everybody's eyes with the way she handled every minute of it. Bill was just as amazing, he took care of our photography and it's funny how the entire day went by in a blink of an eye, everything was blurry at the end of the day but Bill captured every detail of it. We were surprised with the amount of details he captured, and now thanks to them, we can remember and keep those moments forever. At the end, they took care of details we didn't even think of, very impressed with their work, we couldn't recommend them enough, specially if your wedding is at Chapel Dulcinea, do not hesitate to hire them, they are the real deal.

Bill & Karen were excellent and I couldn't recommend them more. We had a medium-sized wedding and I feel that it was properly captured in their lovely photos. They have great communication before, during, and after the big day which made working with them a breeze. Their upbeat/fun attitude helps keep everyone engaged and their process provides that little bit of structure to keep things on schedule.

Bill and Karen are simply amazing. They made our day so fun and effortless. Their dynamic is incredible and made us feel so comfortable from the very first moment. Our photos are gorgeous and so quick to receive them. Karen does a beautiful job with the florals, better than I could’ve imagined. The Pearys are wonderful. They were our wedding photographers in 2022 - and our photos are gorgeous. They perfectly capture the day. We recently had a fall mini-session with them for our Christmas card photos with our baby. It is such a benefit that both Bill and Karen come to the photoshoots. They both have a great eye, and it was so fun during the engagement and wedding festivities to have them there as a couple. For the family photos - While Bill would take the photos, Karen would get our baby's attention to coax a smile out of her. The photos are beautiful and perfectly capture our personalities. I cannot recommend them enough.

My wife Hilary and I had a totally awesome time working with Bill and Karen. They were helpful leading up to the wedding, helping us plan family photos at the cathedral, plan a post ceremony photo location, and then they went above and beyond at the reception, catching posed and candid photos of all our guests, not to mention all the beautiful photos of the ceremony and the bridal party getting ready. We are so incredibly happy with the work of Peary Photography & Videography (photography for engagement photoshoot, bridal photoshoot, and wedding day; videography for wedding day; coordination for wedding day). For the photography, from the very first meeting, it was clear that Bill Peary is passionate about his craft and incredibly skilled. He went above and beyond to ensure that every shot was perfect for our engagement and bridal photoshoots and our wedding day. The end result was a stunning collection of photographs that truly tell the story of our love and wedding. Bill's attention to detail, artistic eye, and ability to capture both perfect portraits and candid moments make him a truly talented photographer. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a wedding photographer. He exceeded all my expectations, and we are forever grateful for the memories he captured for us. We will treasure the photos our whole lives! Not only did Bill capture stunning and beautiful photos of our special day, but he also had a very fast turn around time. We received the photos only several days after our wedding which was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to share our memories with family quickly. We especially really appreciated this fast turn around since my grandma, who was unable to attend the wedding due to her health, was able to enjoy seeing the photos before she sadly passed away only two weeks and a half after the wedding. I will always remember the smile on my grandma’s face and her joy as we showed her the stunning wedding photos. For the wedding videography, we also appreciated how we received the sneak peak 1 min trailer earlier than we expected, and we were able to make a suggestion for a small edit to the video upon previewing it. We were pleasantly surprised at the crisp audio quality in the video since it was a very windy day. The editing style was very cinematic and made us feel special like we were in a movie. It was great how John, the videographer, captured the entirety of important events throughout the day. At first we chose the option for just the 7-8 min highlight video, but after our wedding day we realized we really wanted to be able to re-watch the entire ceremony, first dance, toasts in their entirety. It was a relief that we had the option to upgrade our video package to include the longer documentary video with all the important events. For the wedding coordination, Karen Peary was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. Not only was she incredibly organized and efficient, but she was also kind, friendly, and always willing to help with whatever we needed. Karen’s attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure that everything ran smoothly on our big day. Our wedding day was bizarrely very cold at 25 deg F, and the ceremony was at the outdoor Chapel Dulcinea. Karen was so helpful, prepared with hand warmers and an extra tissue, and was supportive in checking up on how we were doing in the cold. We really appreciated Karen and Allie’s quick responses to our many questions before the wedding via email, and we appreciated the excel spreadsheet they sent which helped us organize the timeline and key details. Overall, Peary Photography & Videography made our photoshoots and wedding day truly special, and we are sincerely grateful to them and highly recommend them!

The Peary's did an EXCELLENT job for our wedding photos! We hired them to take our photos the day of & they executed everything in such a seamless & structured way. I am a very detailed person & the Peary's gave me a run for my money with their very detailed spreadsheet, all to ensure the pictures WE wanted captured, were captured. My now husband and I had a wonderful experience with Peary Photography! We decided to have both photography and videography at our wedding. We also had an engagement photoshoot included in our package. Not only were the photos so beautiful, but the staff was so lovely to work with. Karen and Bill are an adorable team, I love how they work together. They are so easy to talk to and pleasant to be around. Before the ceremony, I (the bride) was starting to stress out. Karen was aware of my emotions and quietly offered to move unnecessary people out of the bridal suite. I really appreciated this; although everyone else meant well, she was the only one who seemed to pick up on how I was feeling. They also were considerate of family dynamics and issues between relatives, making sure they were aware of this in advance to avoid any awkward situations at our wedding. They captured so many wonderful memories, both in photos and video form. I absolutely love the video they put together from our wedding. Every time I watch it, I tear up and get goosebumps- it makes me feel like I'm watching a movie trailer from our wedding day and brings me back. As a bride, everyone tells you that the day will just fly by and you won't remember most of it. This is true and it's so nice to have so many pictures and videos to look back on. I highly recommend Peary Photography. You will not be disappointed with their work!

It was our first time taking professional photography, Bill and Karen made us feel comfortable and trust the camera. Our pictures came out perfect, this is coming from me whom hates taking pictures as I don’t consider myself photogenic . Love their professional work and the quick turn around time for giving us our pictures. We will definitely use them again or recommend.

We could not have chosen a better group of photographers if we tried. We started the planning during COVID with no planner, my mom living out of town, as well as my future-mother-in-law, and my fiance in the oilfield. I just hopped on The Knot after hearing nothing but good things about it. We chose the Peary's because we loved their "About Us" blurbs and the photos in the gallery, along with the rave reviews from Karen and Old Glory Ranch. We had to move our date due to personal reasons, and everyone was completely understanding and extremely helpful and patient. The day of just flowed so smoothly and we honestly did not even know Bill or Kim were there except the few times we'd catch them in the background or when we were doing group photos, as all the others were so natural. When we got the link for our photos, we were in shock and awe wondering just how in the world they got some of the shots they captured, and the emotion was so real in them. Everyone to this day continues to talk about how wonderful and relaxing the day was, and how pleasant the photographers were. Bill's humor kept everyone's nerves at bay, and Kim reassured me when I apologized for being "bossy" (it was unexpectedly hot) that it was our day and we deserved to get the photos we wanted so we could remember the day and all of the memories that go along with it. We cannot wait to continue to work with the Peary family and we recommend them 100%.

Literally magical--we met Bill and Karen a thousand years ago pre covid and new instantly that they were our photographers--my parents hit it off with them right away and they have been consistently phenomenal through engagements, bridals, and now finally the wedding day that had to be postponed over a year later due to covid--every picture they snapped is somehow model worth, candid, honest, and full of life--they captured us as a couple so beautifully and were so easy to work with and professional--they made the day run smoothly, were incredibly prompt and I have 100s of photos that show how very talented these two are! We also got our photos back SO QUICKLY after our wedding and we can't wait to see our video that we booked with them as well!

My husband and I recently got married in Austin, TX. Bill and Karen officiated, did the floral, photography and even coordinated our small intimate ceremony at Chapel Dulcinea and I couldn’t be happier that we chose them! On our original small COVID date, Karen even officiated our wedding with just us and our parents present. The photos from all these events are stunning and truly capture all the special moments. I contacted Peary Photography about 3 weeks in advance of an impromptu wedding on July 4th. Allie took the time to discuss options and how they could help the day of the wedding. She made me so very comfortable especially since I lived out of state. The day of the wedding Karen and Bill really helped us through the process of the ceremony and reception. We had a small emergency with the officiant they offered to assist if needed. It wasn't needed but it was nice to know they were in our corner. Not sure the wedding would have gone as well as it did without them. The Bride and Groom are still thanking me for hiring them.

Like many couples, my fiancé and I had our wedding canceled due to COVID. When we realized we didn't want to put off our wedding for an indefinite amount of time, we decided to just go ahead and elope! We gave ourselves 2 weeks to get everything planned. IT WAS AWESOME! Allie took care of almost everything for us. With every question I had, she had a quick and knowledgeable response. She worked so hard to schedule, procure, put together everything we wanted in such a short amount of time. I was able to text her and throughout this time and she was very responsive. The day of, Allie and her parents took charge and shuffled us to where we needed to go, made sure everything was set up, had things run smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing! Everything we had discussed and what I had envisioned came to life. It was exactly what we wanted!! HAVE I MENTIONED IT WAS A BARGAIN?! Many 'pop up' style wedding coordinators have packages for you to choose from with set prices. That's not how ATX Elopements works. They price out EACH ITEM for you and it's all transparent and available for you to view on their website. So we were able to get everything we wanted, nothing more, nothing less, for a fair price. If you're wondering whether you should hire them, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Would recommend TO EVERYONE! Far exceeded expectations! Bill made ALL OF US feel very at ease instantly with his approachable, warm & kind demeanor. He knew the grounds very well, and used every spare second to get perfect photos! He included everyone in multiple arrangements, with varied backgrounds, different angles, both candid and posed. This obviously comes very naturally to him! We received the pics just a few mere days after the ceremony, which is the quickest turnaround I've ever experienced! HIs prices were a great value for the service offered and I will be highly recommending him to anyone I come across who needs a photographer! His response time was always fast & courteous, and the prints we ordered are absolutely stunning. We were so happy to blend our families together that day, and he captured that feeling in every single pic. Will definitely be requesting to hire Peary Photography again in the future!

The Pearys have been amazing to work with...even during a pandemic!! Our original wedding plans fell through due to COVID 19, but Allie was determined that a virus was not going to stop us from getting married. When this flustered bride called, Allie had several back up plans and ideas for us. We ended up having Bill officiate our marriage on a rainy day at Mount Bonnell. It ended up being just the three of us, but it was very special and we are thankful that the Pearys were able to make that day happen for us. The Pearys have been super responsive every time I have reached out through email/text/phone. They have also been super helpful with organizing a timeline for the wedding and adding some creative ideas for photo opportunities.
