At Pecan Plantation we strive to take the stress out of wedding planning. Enjoy one last slumber party with the girls, featuring 14 hotel rooms. We have a multitude of spaces including a pre-ceremony patio where your guest can sip wine and champagne while they wait for your memorable walk down the aisle. Guest will enjoy a breath taking view of not only you but, beautiful landscaping overlooking the Brazos River. After you have said “I do” guest can gather in the ballroom to enjoy cocktails and hor de overs. You will be able to enjoy your family and friends throughout the night with unique cuisine and signature drinks to inspire your evening.

What a wonderful place for a wedding! Crystal Douglas and her staff worked hard to make this day perfect for my daughter! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous which helped create the perfect ambiance for this special day. Crystal is very knowledgeable and informed about vendors, traditions dnd also the latest in wedding trends. She’s specific, detailed and very patient. The food was amazing, the staff was professional and helpful all contributing to this perfect day. The hotel accommodations are perfect and convenient! If we had the opportunity to start over, we would choose Pecan Plantation again!

I actually started with having my engagement party here, I didn't plan it nor was I even thinking about using them as a venue. After seeing how they hosted my engagement party I knew it was the place for me! They were so on top of things, beautifully put together and everything was just perfect! Crystal helped us every step of the way and I am beyond thankful for everything she did and for how everything turned out not once but TWICE for me! My wedding was amazing and if there were any hiccups (on my end NOT theirs) they accommodated so smoothly like as if it was the original plan! The food was DELICIOUS and the bartender was quick which definitely helps that not get too crowded! And now my younger brother is going to use the venue as well :)

The staff did a fantastic job working to ensure the perfect setting for the ceremony. We also had the reception at the club; the food and service was great! There are hotel rooms available in the clubhouse and most of our guests stayed so there was no need to travel after enjoying the reception.

The high school students at North Central Texas Academy said, "The room, staff, and food were great! Everyone was so nice and happy to see us. Pecan Plantation helped us to have the BEST Prom we have ever had!"

My wedding was absolutely beautiful and the prime rib was amazing! I still get complements from my family and friends saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Having the hotel upstairs was amazing for my guest that had traveled.

Pecan Plantation was such a beautiful place to have my wedding. The only issue I had the day of the wedding was that the napkins in the reception hall were a different color because some were bleached out. They replaced all of the ones that were messed up right away and made it look nice. We had the ceremony on the back lawn which was beautiful because it overlooked the Brazos river. Overall the staff were great. Pricing is great as well.

Could not be more pleased with choosing Pecan Plantation as our venue! Crystal was accommodating in every aspect and made my dream wedding come true. My guests. could not stop mentioning how great the food was and how lovely everything look.

This was the best venue I could have dreamed of. It accommodated everything that I needed for my wedding. Outdoor venue, hotel accommodation, prenuptial dinner, the most amazing wedding meal ever (which my guests still mention to me) and the perfect quaint reception. My wedding was under 50 people and everyone was well taken care of. Crystal Douglass was the best coordinator who always had referrals and suggestions to aide in wedding coordination. Most importantly the grounds are breathtaking and there is a view of the river on the backside of the Club House! There is nothing I would have changed about my wedding at Pecan Plantation Country Club:)

We loved having our wedding at Pecan Plantation Country Club! Crystal, the event manager, helped us put our ideas into reality! She supplied all the information we needed, and was very easy to get in contact with when we had any additional questions. Our wedding was so beautiful with the ceremony on the back lawn looking over the river, making for great pictures. We still have people telling us how much fun they had at our wedding and how pretty it was. One of the best parts was being able to just go upstairs to our rooms after it was over, it was great to have the whole bridal party and all of the essential people staying right there at the venue already! We even had our rehearsal dinner on the back patio and it was great! Food was excellent (had a plated dinner with pecan crusted chicken), service was on point, and I really felt like Crystal was just as excited for the wedding as we were. No complaints at all! Was the best day of our lives, wish we could live it again and again :)

Everything was fabulous and beautiful!!! If I could go back I would have it there again!!!!:) they served our food as well and it was delicious. Lula was my wedding coordinator and was wonderful.
