The property is spacious and offers several different ceremony locations. We chose to have our ceremony underneath the large oak tree with draping, and it was the perfect setting. The outdoor string lights also made the venue feel especially beautiful and romantic in the evening. It looked wonderful during the spring and early summer season.
The private bridal cottage was another great feature. It gave me and my bridesmaids a comfortable, separate place to get ready before the wedding. The venue also had a shaded pavilion that worked perfectly for cocktail hour, a nice patio area for the buffet, and multiple bar areas that could be used throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
Pecan Springs Ranch provided several rental options and handled setting up the ceremony chairs, which made the process much easier. Brittany, our main point of contact, was very helpful and worked closely with our wedding coordinator. Emily, the event manager who was onsite on our wedding day, was also incredibly helpful.
The venue is beautiful enough that you can keep the decorations simple and it will still look amazing, but it also provides plenty of space and possibilities for couples who want to decorate more extensively. Everyone was flexible, helpful, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend Pecan Springs Ranch!

We really got to use all the spaces they offer. I got ready in the bridal house (so roomy and comfortable), and my husband used the groom’s suite. Our ceremony was in the oak grove under their beautiful arch—it made for such a stunning and peaceful backdrop. Before the ceremony, guests could grab ice water under the pavilion, which was super thoughtful on a warm day. Cocktail hour was out on the lawn and patio with beer burros (huge hit!), and the reception was held indoors.
One of our favorite things was having the bar outside for the reception—it was a warm evening, and it kept everything flowing and relaxed. The indoor space was beautiful, especially with their new chairs and the farm tables we used for seating. Everything had this warm, natural, rustic feel that we loved—manicured but still very relaxed and happy.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was, and we felt the same way. The string lights, sunset, fans, cedar beams—every detail just came together so perfectly.
The staff was super easy to work with, and they let us come by several times before the wedding to figure out our layout and details, which was so helpful. From start to finish (10:30am to 10:30pm), we had the best time and felt totally at ease knowing we were in such a great space.

The venue was expensive, we purchased an extra hour at the venue, and got married on a Friday during a non peak season. We spent around $5500 for the venue with a 10% discount. The one thing I was shocked about was the day of our wedding, the property manager did tours of the venue till noon. Considering we paid for a 12 hour duration and bought an extra hour I would think that the property would be only ours for that time frame. Little awkward getting things ready for a wedding and random people showing up looking at the venue.
But that was a small thing-All in all the wedding was great and guest still talk about it even now!

it our 210 guests. There were tons of places to mingle, and guests loved being under the patio with heat lamps when not dancing, and checking out the grounds and pavilion during cocktail hour. They were extremely professional throughout and worked with all our vendors without a hitch. We actually didn't visit the venue before booking as we came from out of town, and the venue was even more beautiful than we anticipated based on all the pictures we previously saw online. Guests also loved the yard games, donkeys, and fire pit. The venue is also so conveniently located just about 30min from Austin, so it was really convenient for everyone to get to. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The only challenge with this venue would be that the cold-weather /rain plans to do your ceremony under the pavilion or patio might be too cold to be comfortable for guests as these options are still outside, and though covered, have some exposure to the elements.

to ensure we had a good Plan A and B, and PSR provided both. We had four different outdoor ceremony sites to choose from along with the pavilion for a rainy day option. Additionally, the reception hall is both beautiful and air conditioned, which is important in ATX! The grounds are kept up beautifully and the flowers were exploding with color on our wedding day. Many venues are overly manicured and lose the natural beauty and charm of the Texas Hill Country, but PSR maintains the soul of the area perfectly on their 17 acres. They event let us use their golf card to drive my grandma around the venue and also as our "getaway car" at the end of the night. We are so glad we had our wedding at this beautiful place.

Brittany was my coordinator and she was awesome! Super responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond both in the planning process and during the actual event.
Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful, inviting, and comfortable the venue was. My favorite comment I heard was “It just feels so good here, I don’t want to leave!”
There were the cutest/coolest sophisticated and ranchy spots both in the outdoor spaces and indoor spaces that our guests loved hanging out at and snapping photos at. We had a great time taking photos in the natural grasses but enjoyed the manicured ceremony site.

They had multiple ceremony site locations and when we wanted to do something a little different they were happy to work with us and get everything just right. The grounds are immaculately kept and everything was in bloom for our April wedding, adding even more color. They were prompt with communication and very straight forward on the terms of the contract. Their preferred vendor list helped us to find many of the vendors we ended up working with which was super helpful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue if you are hoping to have an outdoor ceremony with a beautiful indoor reception space. The bridal cottage was also the perfect place to get ready making wedding day even easier as we were already on location for hair & make-up!!

The bride's cottage was nice and comfortable and had plenty of space and makeup mirrors. We liked that the chairs and tables were included in the rental, and found it convenient to rent a few extra things from Pecan Springs that weren't included up front. The grounds were really expansive and guests liked to be able to spread out and explore, but things were also easily accessible. We recommend doing dinner outside on the lawn under the Edison lights. It was magical! Generally, it was really easy to work with the venue. The only issue we had was that a week ahead of time they told us that we could no longer do the rehearsal the day before our wedding like we had previously agreed because there was a wedding at that time. That seems like something they should have known about much earlier. Overall, we would highly recommend Pecan Springs! Can't imagine having gotten married anywhere else!

It is a huge space that was great for my 86 guests but could definitely fit a lot more people. The venue comes with rentals of tables and chairs and they have additional furniture and signs to rent. The getting ready cottage for the girls was GREAT! The air conditioning worked well, there is plenty of space, great for photos, and there is a full fridge so we were able to bring in lunch and drinks. It was super easy to communicate with the venue the whole time and they were able to suggest vendors they have worked with before which made it super easy. They also have beer donkeys which everyone loved! Highly recommend this spot!!!!

We had SO many comments from our guests about just how beautiful the location was and we didn't even need much decoration because the venue spoke for itself. e to the pandemic, and while this was difficult, the staff were professional to work with throughout the process. We unfortunately had to move our date twice, and we paid a rescheduling fee the second time. There is so much natural beauty and multiple outdoor locations with a beautiful vintage rustic feel. There is a beautiful ranch area that is built out with covered patio areas, swings, benches, and fun outdoor lawn games. Our guests loved being able to explore the grounds and the reception hall was lovely as well. The bridal suite was also very spacious. We had flexibility to have an outdoor traditional indian ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, then an indoor reception with an open bar. The PSR staff worked with us, our planner and our outside vendors to make everything run smoothly the day of. The staff were responsive/helpful and we did two walkthroughs. They also had rentals/add ons such as a donut wall and sweetheart tables that we chose from during the walk through! We are very happy we got married at PSR.

We were able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and dancing all at different locations, which did not leave our guests bored of staying in a single spot.
The greenery, flowers, and beautiful scenery make for amazing photos.
You will receive a complimentary two hour photography session, which I highly recommend taking advantage of. I used this time for my bridals and that came out beautiful.
One of the biggest highlights of the venue was hiring the two beer donkeys to mingle with guests at cocktail hour. They served beer to the guests and the guests were loving the great photo opportunity with them.
Another highlight is due to the spacious grounds, you can hire food trucks and photo booth trailers to make your wedding a unique experience for your guests. We hired the Gourdough’s airstream and the Peachy Camper for our photo booth, and our guests absolutely loved these experiences because they had something to do.
Our event manager was Brittany and she did an amazing job with her communication. She was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day.

The people behind PSR are not just in it for the money, they want you to have the wedding of your dreams and will do whatever it takes to help make it a reality. We ended up postponing our wedding (Corona Bride here) and Diane and her team went out of their way to still let us come and elope with 10 of our family members even though they had no obligation to do this. We cannot wait to be back in June 2021 for our first anniversary / "second wedding" at the venue.
Our pictures turned out gorgeous, they have the space and the props to make a girls dream come true. Their cost is also very affordable and they offer you a wide range of vendors and also the availability to bring your own.

planning pre Covid-19 for a reception/ceremony on 5/29/20 and Pecan Springs Ranch and their staff stood by our side (adhering to the Governors requirements) 100% of the time. When hiccups arose with our caterer they proactively sought out additional willing to duplicate our menu. When I wasn’t able to get to the venue to re-ice down butterflies for my brides ceremony surprise butterfly release, management took it upon theirselves to make sure everything was taken care of. During these trying times Pecan Springs Ranch and staff were a warm embrace in making sure my wife had her perfect day. I can’t express it enough, guaranteed not another venue or staff even close to the attentiveness of ours at PSR. We are and forever will be eternally grateful to them.

operty is beyond beautiful and maintained. The location is very convenient to downtown Austin, which was very convenient for all of our out of town guests. You get a Hill Country vibe while still being close to downtown Austin. This venue is so unique and different than anything else and we received many compliments from our guests. We could not have imagined getting married anywhere else, thank you PSR for making our day perfect!
