Pechanga Resort Casino

t have our actual wedding at Pechanga Resort & Casino, they were the exclusive hotel that we had a room block with for our wedding! Everything about our wedding was truly about us and what we love. One of the things we both enjoy, is going to the casino, so of course we had to have that incorporated somehow! Most of our communications were with Tina, Araceli, and Tiffany. Everyone was absolutely great to work with! They were super responsive and helped to make sure everything was right! There was construction going on 24 hours a day during our stay, however, we never really heard the construction noise. It was a bit noisy from the club on Friday and Saturday night, so thankfully our wedding was a Monday wedding and we were able to sleep peacefully Sunday night. The morning of the wedding, the concierge staff was great as well and brought items up for us that we completely forgot to get enough of. The security guards that are by the elevators even asked for a list of our vendors that they should expect!!! Thank you Pechanga!!

Inside where we had the reception was already so nice that we didn't do any decorating other than floral center pieces and flowers on our sweet heart table. We had so many guests tell us they didn't know what to expect coming to a wedding at a "casino" but that it was one of the nicest weddings they'd been to. Sutisa was our coordinator and she was awesome! She responded quickly to any questions we had and went over every detail so there weren't any "surprises". All the staff were nice and very attentive. The food was excellent, we got a lot of compliments on it, especially on the hors d'oeuvres. The bridal suite was great. It was big enough to accommodate everyone getting ready at the same time as well as other people popping in and out. Another reason we chose this venue was because your reception can go until midnight! We were so happy with our decision to have our wedding here!!!

d staff were pleasant. Kristi Gentel was a great wedding coordinator. I felt bad because she was being split between us and another event. So I definitely, think they should have had another person to help her out. It wasn't fair to her. But she was a great person to work with. Whenever we called her. Kristi answered are question and was very helpful.. She would held everything right away. So I appreciated her help and advice greatly. My daughter and son-in-laws wedding went off without any hitches. Which was great. Everything turned out beautifully. If you are looking for an appealing venue Journey's End is the place to have your event. I would have given five-star but there was certain finishing touches I had to add myself. Cause it is not included in their packaging. But the surrounding are appealing. Cause the golf course and rolling hills are beautiful to see and the beautiful stone fire pits are very cozy to seat around and chat and catchup with family and friends. Thank you Pechanga for making my daughter's and new son wedding day a "Smashing" success. I would highly recommend.

ng party, family and friends get to pechanga to check in.......only to have to wait in the lobby for hours trying to get the correct rooms. Most of my guests booked rooms with 2 beds and non smoking. When they went to check in they were told that there were no rooms available with 2 beds but they would give them one bed and a cot. In a smoking room. May I add they still wanted to charge them the same price? Which is not a minimal amount. $239.00 for the Saturday night and $139.00 for the Sunday night. Needless to say, my wedding party and guests were all pretty upset. They had to sit and argue with their staff for almost an hour. Some of them they were able to magically find a room with 2 beds for but most of them had to deal with the smoking room, one bed and a cot.....and still pay the same price. My husband and myself also stayed at the hotel. They had initially charged my father's credit card back in August 2012 for $250.00 that was to be applied to my room charges, the remainder was to be charged to my father's credit card at check in. The hotel staff mistakingly charged my husband's debit card (not my father's) for the full amount of the charges (not applying our $250.00 deposit). I saw the pre authorizations on our wedding day and called down to the front desk to correct this. Sandy explained to me that these were not going to charge our card, they would be forwarded to my father's card (the master billing card). I had to find out the hard way that they had charged my husband's debit card afterall when I tried to use the card the next day entering Mexico for our honeymoon! I tried contacting Pechanga ( I was working with a manager by the name of Tina Cramar) and they are no help what so ever. They keep stating that Michele Jolie is going to call me, to talk to me about their errors and I receive no phone call. They keep telling me that they have mailed a check to refund our $250.00 (our deposit that was never applied) and we have received nothing. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, let alone the hotel you choose for your entire wedding party....family and friends to stay at for your wedding.

couldn't afford it. Convenient for bridal party but only cause we booked so early it was affordable, $220. Staff nice at least.

ause we were afraid it would.be too.chilly for our guests. Luckily it's just as gorgeous inside. We used nothing more than rose petals on the tables as decor because we felt the beauty of space itself was more.then enough- saved a ton on flowers!
