Honestly can not recommend PBYC, John & Hilary enough! From start to finish they were incredibly responsive, transparent, and beyond easy to work with ! They really treat you like a part of the family & that really shows the day of your wedding. They're constantly checking on you & are the very first to congratulate you after your big moment with staff to hand you a drink to celebrate ! They run PBYC like a well oiled machine. Everything went perfectly according to plan. They work extremely well with all vendors & their preferred vendors are absolutely incredible recommendations. They went absolutely above & beyond with little touches throughout the day to make it even more special for us. The food is absolutely incredible, and so are the drinks ! The views are hard to beat. I wish I could live this day over and over again ! I work in corporate events and was worried wouldn't be able to turn off the event manager in me and enjoy my day, but John & Hilary put my mind at ease and I didn't worry about a single thing !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding experience at PBYC. Hillary and John were always so responsive leading up to the event. Spectacular! If you want attention to detail, personnel to guide you, exceptional food, service and quality PBYC is where you should have your wedding. I am MOTB/ wedding planner and all around picky person. There is not one thing I would’ve changed about our wedding. Do the raw bar- it’s worth it! After party- do it. The views are spectacular and no many people you invite it will feel intimate because the space is set back on the water and anyone on site is there for the wedding. You’re the only group there and the only folks that matter to all the vendors and staff. John and Hillary were amazing. I wish we could do it all over again♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The Peconic Bay Yacht club has been my dream venue for years. The North Fork is a very special place to my family and I and PBYC is the perfect North Fork venue. Not only is it absolutely stunning with gorgeous views overlooking the water, but the team there made me feel like PBYC was truly my home for the day. Its stunning decor, perfect location and amazing team made my wedding day literally the best day of mine and my husband’s life. Hillary and John were so kind and true masters in the catering world. I trusted them 100% (and working in event planning myself that was kind of hard to do) and they helped me every step of the way. There were some things I wish I could change like the rental fee, and the fact that I had to bring in my own bar but in the grand scheme of things PBYC has so much that other wedding venues do not have. The atmosphere is unmatched to any other venue I’ve ever been too. Our guests are still raving about the food and service so it makes the little extra fees worth it in my opinion. All venues are costly these days and I do not regret one bit spending what I did because I would have spent it somewhere else and not gotten the PBYC experience. Lucky to have been a Peconic Bay Yacht Club bride and am so grateful for the memories I got to make there!

Our wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club was pure magic!!!! From our first visit, we knew it was the one. The views there are breathtaking, the food is gourmet-level delicious, and the team, especially John and Hillary, were incredibly kind and accommodating through the entire process. Also, the location is perfect for a weekend away. There are wineries, farm stands, restaurants and beaches to enjoy. The venue is set up so you can easily use the gorgeous outdoor space looking at the water and indoor space as you want to. Our guests raved about it being one of the best weddings they've attended, thanks to the seamless service and fantastic local vendors!! It honestly was the best decision we made and Peconic really knows how to throw a party – we’re forever going to be raving about it :).

PBYC is magical! John knows his venue inside and out. His team is outstanding and many of our guests said it was the best service they have had at a wedding. The venue is gorgeous and so different from the typical LI venues. If you are on the fence about adding the raw bar and after party, do it!

We were married at PBYC this past Saturday and are still thinking about how absolutely wonderful our wedding was. From the planning stages through to the event, John and Hillary were an incredible coordination team. John guided so many decisions for the day with his extensive experience, like the timeline, food choices, table settings, and vendors. Hillary was so supportive and kind in the weeks leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. At the wedding itself, every staff member was so kind and accommodating. A special shoutout to Heather, who was a huge reason we enjoyed the day as much as we did. She was on her game and we benefitted from her attention, like bringing us a cocktail hour sampler so we could enjoy a quiet moment. The food was unbelievable. So many guests commented that everything was delicious! One guest said he noticed that every single filet mignon was cooked perfectly. We loved all of the hors d’œuvres (lamb lollipops and arancini were my favorite) and the dessert as well. The raw bar was also a huge hit! Lastly, the venue itself: every part of it is beautiful, inviting, and well-planned. All of our guests were happy and comfortable. As we’ve been reflecting, we can’t imagine changing a single thing about the day (or the planning)! Thank you PBYC staff for making our wedding a dream!!

I could write a three page essay about how great our experience at PBYC was, yet at the same time there are not enough words to express the gratitude my husband and I have for John and his team. We had our amazing reception at PBYC in November, but from the moment we met John, we knew he was going to be great to work with, and he proved that throughout our entire planning process. John was always readily available to answer questions, provide suggestions, and rework plans to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. On the day of our wedding, John, Allory and Rylee, along with the rest of the staff, truly made our day run seamlessly from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and friendly; many of our guests commented on how great the staff was throughout the night. The food was spectacular, to say the least. The staff made sure my husband and I got a platter with a taste of every food option available, as well as every dessert! Again, many of our guest raved about the food, some even telling us it was the best culinary experience they’ve had at a wedding. We could not agree more! The venue speaks for itself as far as location and aesthetic appeal, but the staff, food, and overall experience at PYBC truly make this the dream wedding location. My husband and I are now trying to convince all of our friends to get married here, so that we have an excuse to experience PBYC again!

If I could have every major milestone celebrated here, I would. PBYC was the most perfect location for our wedding. The venue itself was beautiful in every way. The FOOD is top notch, that was what most of our guests raved about during and after the wedding. And the staff truly went above and beyond, from the kitchen staff to the waiters and wedding coordinators. The venue manager John was an absolute delight to work with. He was quick to answer calls and emails, accommodated all of our requests, and was just overall made the process fun! I cant recommend this venue enough, HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!

PBYC is truly AMAZING! We had the most dreamy, magical and perfect day!!! We were originally booked at another venue that canceled on us 6 months out. We found PBYC and immediately fell in love. We are certain everything happens for a reason and can’t imagine having gotten married anywhere but PBYC. John was fantastic from the start - so patient in answering all our questions and making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. Heather, our bridal assistant, was THE best! She was so conscious of our wants/needs throughout the whole day and was ready to help with anything. We had absolutely no stress with PBYC. We gave them our vision and they brought it all together seamlessly. Every aspect of our day and everything leading up to it was 10/10 fantastic. We are still on cloud 9 from our perfect day. It really was a dream come true!

Peconic Bay Yacht Club From the Father of the Bride My youngest daughter was married this last spring at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club and her reception was held there immediately afterwards I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff . The entire afternoon and evening preceded in an extremely well organized and way. But most especially we had the happy opportunity to deal with John. John was an ultimate professional giving us good advice and gently guiding us through the entire process. When the big day came the venue was beautiful. Not just the views of the bay but inside and out the various rooms were beautifully decorated and carefully maintained. The the evening went on without a hitch. Timely and professional service the hallmarks. The cocktail hour the passed horsd’oeuvres ,the raw bar and a few other excellent choices such as the market table were all spot on . The entrées etc were all very tasty ,fresh and generous. After a lifetime of weddings this was among the very, very best. We received nothing but compliments thanks to John and his fine staff. We were married on 6/11/22. To all future brides, choose Peconic Bay Yacht Club!! You will not regret it! Multiple people have told us it was the most perfect wedding they have ever attended and a large part of that is due to PBYC! Firstly, the setting is beautiful and the views over the water are stunning. We had the most gorgeous sunset during our wedding. The club itself is also beautiful and perfectly set up to host weddings. From the lawn overlooking the water for the ceremony, gorgeous second floor deck for cocktail hour, stunning ballroom with large open windows, and basement bar for the afterparty, it couldn't be more perfect. What really sets PBYC apart though is the staff. John is INCREDIBLE- so well organized and thoughtful about each aspect of the wedding. There are so many little details that we would not have thought about if not for John. He is also unbelievably responsive which is so important during the planning process! Everyone on staff is equally amazing. You truly cannot beat the catering- we had so many people raving about the food! I also had a bridal attendant throughout the day who was wonderful. I had't given any thought to a bridal attendant prior to my wedding day, but having her there to help me with my dress, follow me around with food to make sure I ate, find my lipstick when I lost it, run and find people I was looking for (and the list goes on) was truly so amazing and played a bit role in making my day so stress-free. I could write 5 pages about how wonderful PBYC is, but in summary, you will not regret having your wedding here! I can't thank John and the entire PBYC team enough for making our day truly magical!!

We were married on 5/14/22 John is amazing to work with but was outshined by only the venue and food! I cannot recommend this venue enough. John went above and beyond in every aspect including day of issues which he had nothing to do with! A month later, and our guests are still raving about the food and service. My high expectations were blown away. The most common comment I received is "The food was the best wedding food that we've ever had" I have to agree with this! I wholeheartedly recommend this venue !

We got married at PBYC on 6/4/22. We just returned from our honeymoon, and the first thing I wanted to do was write a review! John and the staff at PBYC are absolutely incredible. We had the most phenomenal day, filled with so much love and happiness. Our guests are still raving saying this was one of the best weddings they ever attended. Every single little detail was well thought out, and beautifully executed. John was extremely knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to work with. The deck overlooking the water is such a picturesque location, and we lucked out with the most gorgeous early summer day. The space is so beautifully designed, and the views are incredible. Peconic Bay Yacht Club proved to be the amazing venue we first laid eyes on so long ago and we are so happy our wedding was there. Everything was perfect, great thanks to John, the GM there and for helping us throughout the whole process. He is very attentive and makes you feel like the only couple he's working with. The day of attendant (Heather) was truly remarkable as well. PBYC staff were all phenomenal and we are so thankful!

From the second my husband and I walked into Peconic Bay Yacht Club, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. It is the most beautiful venue located on the water. The manager John is the absolute best! Working with him through covid he always made us feel optimistic and stress-free. The day of our wedding was seamless and perfect thanks to John and his team! You definitely do not need a day of planner (don't waste your money). John and his team are hands down the best. The food is so delicious, we still have friends and family raving about it. To say that our wedding at the PBYC was the wedding of our dreams is an understatement…words cannot begin to describe how exceptional the entire experience was! From the outset, we knew we had made the right decision when picking our venue. Working with John over the last year was an absolute pleasure. His kindness, support, experience, and sense of humor made the entire process easy. Despite the fact that the last year and a half has been beyond difficult dealing with COVID, health restrictions, social distancing and countless unknowns, John was always there with a smile, a joke, and reassurances for us. Any questions we had were addressed immediately. By the time our wedding came around we were beyond confident that everything was going to run smoothly. And then came our wedding day. It was truly beautiful and while the weather certainly played a role in that, the Yacht Club itself was the perfect setting. Everything looked beautiful! John and the staff at the PBYC work hard to make the place an absolutely stunning venue, from the lawn overlooking the bay where we had our ceremony, to the upstairs patio where our guests enjoyed the best cocktail hour imaginable, to the main dining room with it’s picture perfect views of the marina and greater bay beyond. Pictures are just starting to roll in and they are stunning! We also have to note how amazing the entire staff working that day were. Our guests are still remarking on how fabulous the service was. No one wanted for anything. We were fortunate enough to have Hillary work with us as our bridal attendant that day; she was phenomenal! She was always there at our side whenever we needed a drink, a bite to eat, or just a reminder to take some time for ourselves if we needed to. Thanks to her, John, and everyone else, we were able to relax, enjoy our family and friends, and have the best time ever. We cannot begin to thank John and everyone at the PBYC for making our special day an amazing one with memories that we will treasure for years to come!

Having our wedding on July 4th at Peconic Bay Yacht Club was the easiest decision we made. From the moment we stepped into the stunning venue, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from John and it felt like home. We were blown away by the beauty of the property, the stunning views, the character of each floor, and the creative ways you can use the venue. Most importantly what really stood out was how amazing the hospitality was. You will never find a better GM than John. When we first met him, he immediately put us at ease while planning our wedding during a pandemic. The support he showed us this past year leading up to our wedding day, was one of the many reasons why we were so thankful we chose PBYC. John was honest, always optimistic, stayed on top of providing us with Covid updates, and was so timely with communication (no matter what day or time I would email him!). On our wedding day, we continued to be blown away by the professionalism and kindness from the rest of the PBYC staff. Special shout out to Michelle (bridal attendant), for making my day effortless. She was at my side whenever I needed her with a smile on her face, and so quick to get the task done! She provided me with veil and bouquet help, food & water during the busy moments, organized my belongings, and everything else in between. The rest of the staff went above and beyond as well – from unloading and packing up our wedding items, hustling to make sure everyone was happy, giving us impeccable service and always checking in with my husband and I to make sure our day was perfect. Not to mention the food at both the cocktail hour and reception was hands down amazing! Our guests are still raving about it! The PBYC staff made us feel like the only wedding of the season, they were like family to us that day. We will forever be grateful for all that they did (no detail went unnoticed) and we are thankful for all the unexpected additions to the night. Having our wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club was the best decision we have EVER made. The minute we walked into the venue, we knew we had to have our wedding there. Between the location, the view, the bridal suite, upper deck, lower level, the food, etc…. Everything this venue has to offer is top of the line. John, specifically, was absolutely AMAZING. From the moment we met him, John made us feel comfortable in a very stressful situation and always went above and beyond for us. When we decided to reschedule our June 2020 wedding due to the pandemic, John made it so easy and the process was seamless—he was constantly checking in on us and providing us with updates as New York restrictions were lifted. We were finally able to have the wedding of our dreams this July—John and all the staff at Peconic Bay Yacht Club were amazing and made our day so perfect. Our family and friends raved about the location, the food and how beautiful the venue was and how awesome John was. This venue is a MUST and so so worth it! He made us feel like ours was the most important wedding (even though he has countless weddings every season)! Most importantly, John was honest, genuine, and patient throughout the whole wedding planning process. You will not find a better GM. Of course, the venue itself is beyond beautiful and lends itself to so many aesthetics. The food was incredible, as was the staff that so graciously welcomed our family and friends. Peconic Bay Yacht Club is an absolute dream. I was supposed to get married at PBYC this coming June and ended up canceling because of covid. I was absolutely devastated, but it was not their fault by any means. The team at Peconic is so amazing and made me feel like family. John, especially, is fabulous. The venue had also been so accommodating for me and my family (we popped in to look at the space a few times!) The space is also so elegant and dreamy. While I was planning my day there, they were willing to make the changes and requests i wanted. I really wish I could of had my special day there but I know in the future when the world opens up again, we will hold some sort of event there. If you want to have an amazing day, this is your venue.

We have nothing but great things to say about the Peconic Bay Yacht Club, specifically for a wedding venue! John (the GM) and his team went above and beyond to make our day extra special. With everything that went on with Covid, we had to cancel our destination wedding and rebook something local in a matter of 5 weeks, yet PBYC made it a seamless process. Even the day of our wedding it was raining, and John was able to make a last-minute call to transition the cocktail hour to the upstairs deck once the rain let up. This space is stunning, very clean, and has the most delicious menu. This place is just awesome and the perfect spot for a Long Island wedding!

5 stars honestly isn't enough-PBYC deserves 100+ stars. My husband and I fell in love with Peconic Bay Yacht Club the minute we walked in for our tour. Everything about our day exceeded our wildest dreams- we knew it would be amazing in every way but we were truly blown away. John O is absolutely incredible and made the planning process easy and stress free. He was so responsive and helpful at every step of the way. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. The venue is gorgeous (inside and out) and all of our friends & family raved about the "european style." We would re-do our wedding a million times over, it was the best day ever!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Peconic Bay Yacht Club last month (10/12/19) and it was truly the best day of our lives! I don’t even know where to begin – between the stunning views, AMAZING food, beautiful décor and incredible service – PBYC is truly the perfect venue. John was SO amazing throughout the whole planning process. He was there to answer any questions and concerns we had (day or night) quickly and always made himself available when we wanted to stop by PBYC. The fact that John was so organized and on top of everything took so much stress off of us during the planning process. He truly made us feel like part of the PBYC family (we will miss him!). We would not have been able to plan such an amazing wedding without him. The wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to John and the rest of the Robins Woolfe staff. It was the perfect day and we really would not change a thing! We are still getting comments from our guests saying it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We are getting so many compliments about the views, the passed appetizers, the food presentation, the service, the dessert parade, the drinks etc. Everything was incredible. We are so grateful to Peconic Bay Yacht Club and John + his team and we cannot recommend this venue enough!!!!

We had our wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club on 10/13 and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The venue is so unique compared to the many others we looked at, the views are beautiful and the food is delicious. A huge part of why this venue is so amazing is John and the staff. They are professional, helpful and made sure every part of our day was perfect (and on time). Our family and friends raved about the day and we couldn't be any happier with how it turned out - we wouldn't change a thing!!!!

We spent three months looking at over 20 wedding venues in NYC, Hudson Valley and the Hamptons before deciding on Peconic Bay Yacht Club. It was the last place we saw and easily the most beautiful. The venue itself is pristine and the views are stunning. Even on a cloudy day it's a gorgeous spot. John (the GM) is incredibly responsive and flexible and he's assembled an amazing team that goes above and beyond. Many of our picky guests commented on how phenomenal the food was (best wedding food we've ever had) as well as how great the staff was. As the bride, I felt more than taken care of before and during our wedding day. All I had to do was think about needing a sip of water, and a glass would appear. It was a completely magical day that more than exceeded our expectations. We also worked with At Your Service Party Rentals for many of the extras we wanted for the event and they were outstanding. If you want a wedding venue that has stunning water views and is extremely high touch, look no further. We couldn't possibly recommend Peconic Bay Yacht Club (and John and his team) more.

To set the scene here, we don’t typically write reviews, I actually don’t think I ever have!! My husband and I are from NYC but spend a ton of time out in the North Fork. We just hosted our wedding at PBYC this past weekend and we are both feel very strongly about recommending the venue to anyone looking for an elevated, out of the ordinary wedding experience. VENUE: From the moment we viewed the venue back in 2017 we knew it was the place for us. We spent so much time looking at spaces in both NYC and out east that always fell short for my very high standards. We were looking for either fall or winter timeframe and really struggled to find a venue that had the elements of water/ocean but also felt very estate like and wintery. PBYC is typically used for summer weddings given its prime North Fork waterfront location and nautical feel. What we loved most about the PBYC were the interiors in the actual building itself. The finishings/decor/layout are super classic, upscale and you can tell the owners but some money into the renovations. I don’t think I could pick a favorite room if I tried, I love them all! PBYC was a no brainer for us style wise, it fit us perfectly! STAFF: What closed the deal for me was how truly impressive, charming (and witty) venue manager, John is. We were quite tough customers, requiring a larger than average sized party, many extras and “special requests” and John handled everything quickly and flawlessly. He even got along with my very difficult and opinionated mother (and me, I’m also really tough...) John always makes himself available, there were many times we happened to “stop by” the area with very little notice and he always accommodated a visit. Upon our wedding day, the PBYC staff went above and beyond to ensure both families had everything they needed for getting ready/photos and bridal suites. John even helped my mom with tables and accent details, I’m pretty sure that’s not his job!! FOOD: The food is creative, uniquely displayed, ABSOLUTELY delicious. You can tell the kitchen team takes pride in presentation and making your day a very out of the ordinary food experience for guests. The venue does a very elegant cocktail hour with a focus on passed hors d'oeuvres that are super pretty and well displayed. We chose to do a European style dinner, where guests move to the first floor ball room for a formal sit down dinner, and then back upstairs for a massive dance party. Full disclosure I was nervous how this style wedding would pan out, but it turned out amazing and we got a ton of compliments on how guests actually enjoyed not holding a plate at cocktail hour and moving on from dinner with no return to their table :) Again, so many compliments on the food - get the scallops!! I know everyone says that their wedding was the “best wedding ever” but I’m losing count now of how many guests have gone out of their way to compliment the venue, food, party, staff, attention to detail, John himself- you name it! We’ve been to countless weddings ourselves and this was seriously the BEST party we’ve ever been apart of. It was such an elevated classy event and we are THRILLED. Huge thank you to John and his staff for an unforgettable day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated, “not your average” wedding experience ;)

We had our wedding at PBYC in November 2018, and I have to say choosing PBYC as our reception venue was by far the best decision we could have made. From the moment we booked we knew we would be in good hands with John. Not only was he on top of everything and very knowledgable - he was so pleasant to work with and really made us feel special. I don't think more than a few hours went by before he answered one of my emails, even on the weekends!! I couldn't have been more thrilled with how everything was executed the day of our wedding. We did not hire a day-of coordinator, and we didn't need to because John and his staff took care of everything! Setting up the tables, lighting the candles just before the reception, making sure our place cards were set up nice on the escort card table - everything was taken care of for us. Even our band told us that PBYC was one of the easiest venues they have ever worked with. Every one of the PBYC staff members were pleasant and courteous to us and our guests and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed (shoutout to Billy and Noah). They were honestly phenomenal. We had purchased copper mule mugs for one of our signature drinks, which we were hoping to get back after the wedding. When we returned the day after our wedding to retrieve some things we had left there, every single one of the copper mule mugs were cleaned and re-packaged in their original boxes, ready for us to pick up. The food is also amazing - you'll understand when you get to do the tasting. I would 100% recommend PBYC to anyone. It was worth every penny.

I had the pleasure of getting married at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club and it was a dream! John was helpful, organized and knowledgable from the moment we met him until the day of! The space itself is absolutely breathtaking and unique. It just so happens that a nor'easter hit the day of our wedding, but it honestly did not even make a difference to the day. We had our ceremony inside, which originally I didn't want, but it turned out perfect! We still had a view of the water and the ballroom made for a cozy, intimate spot in the midst of a storm. We were able to put up a tent on the balcony to still enjoy water views. John made sure everything ran flawlessly, right down to an amazing afterparty in the basement wine cellar. Guests are still talking about the amazing and unique food as well! Anyone would be lucky to get married here! I just wish I could do it all over again :)

I only toured one other venue before knowing this was the place I wanted my wedding. From the moment we started planning, John was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The day of the wedding everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make everything absolutely perfect! One of the bridal attendants even tide sticked my dress before the ceremony. From the Long Island elements (down to local wine selections) to the superb service, there’s nothing that compares to the Peconic Bay Yacht Club.

From the first time we visited Peconic Bay Yacht Club, we fell in love with the gorgeous architecture and decor, incredible view, and overall vibe that the venue gave off. We wanted a fun, relaxing, intimate and elegant wedding celebrating, and Peconic Bay Yacht Club provided exactly what we needed to pull that off. John was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout the planning process, and was instrumental in making our wedding day run smoothly and beautifully. We utilized every room/deck/lawn at the venue for different parts of the celebration, and were so lucky that the weather cooperated and allowed us to take advantage of every inch of the property. We highly recommend having your wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club - you will not regret it!

Stop looking! Have. Your. Wedding. HERE! The well-manicured grass area overlooking the water, wedding party preparation areas, reception room and the upstairs bar area with HUGE balcony and very unique lantern room made for a remarkable and perfect setting for our special day! It could have not been more perfect. It is made easy given that you have the venue to yourself all day from 9 am until 1am. The staff and coordinators are extremely attentive and professional. They could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. They made our day very easy and stress free. We looked at several other venues and this one blew them all away. No detail was ignored. Oh, and we are still hearing how amazing the food was. Such an amazing place!

The Peconic Bay Yacht Club was everything we could have wished for and more! On top of how absolutely stunning the views are, the inside of the venue is impeccably designed and absolutely gorgeous. In addition to how wonderful PBYC is, they work exclusively with Robbins Wolfe catering - the food at our wedding was outstanding - we are still getting compliments! Most importantly, John and his staff went above and beyond in every single way possible when it came to planning our big day. While planning, we were told by so many people not to get too caught up in tiny details because inevitably something small can go wrong - I can honestly say that, not only did nothing go wrong, but everything was truly perfect - beyond what I could have even hoped for. John thought of every single detail imaginable, responded to every call/email immediately, and was there for us every step of the way. I didn't have a wedding planner or a day of planner, and I know that wouldn't have been remotely possible without John. My bridal attendant, Emily, was honestly my saving grace and I could not have imagined this day without her. John and Emily both thought of things that didn't even cross my mind - they are truly the absolute best!! I wouldn't have changed one single thing about our wedding and cannot recommend the Peconic Bay Yacht Club place more!

We just returned from our honeymoon last night and the first thing we wanted to do today was write a review for John and the rest of the staff at Peconic Bay Yacht Club for giving us the wedding of our dreams. There is truly nothing we would change about our experience from the first tour we took with John to when we boarded the bus home at the end of the night. John thought of every detail, responded to every question quickly, and made us feel like we were truly part of the family. The space itself is beautifully designed, the views are surreal, and the food was out of this world. We could not recommend this venue and everything/everyone that comes with it enough. Thank you so much John for everything you did to make our big day as special as it was!!!

The entire PBYC and Robbins Wolfe staff went above and beyond what we imagined. From the service, coordination, organization, set-up, menu, cuisine, drinks, and everything else, we were impressed by the planning leading up to the wedding day and execution on the big day. John was so helpful and responsive from the day we started many months before our actual wedding day. On the wedding day, John was our maestro leading the entire event. He solved all the small and major problems that arose and made our bridal party and family feel so welcomed and comfortable. You don't have to worry or think about anything except for having a great time. Rain or shine, the venue is beautiful and warm. The food is delicious and there's so much of it! From cocktail hour and the amazing raw bar to the butler-passed dessert parade, everything was flavorful and well-executed. Our guests keep mentioning that it is the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The service was impeccable and we always had someone attending to us and our guests. Overall, we could not have had a better experience. John and the whole PBYC team made our dream wedding come true.

The venue is stunning- every detail in the design is flawless. From our first email interaction, to our first venue tour and throughout the entire year long planning process- John, the General Manager was incredible. Absolutely incredible. His knowledge, attention to detail, and response time are unlike any other person I have had the pleasure of working with. John had an answer for everything, and often would respond within minutes of receiving my email. From our first interaction, John made us feel like he actually wanted our wedding there. A lot of the venues we saw, it was like they were doing us a favor by giving us a tour- not with John. Nothing was ever rushed, and he took the best care of us. John was everything you can wish for (and then some) in a venue General Manager The day of our wedding was flawless. John was instrumental in this. The food was incredible, not your typical catered wedding food. Guests are still raving about the food and the breath taking views three months later, thanks to Robbins Wolfe and their exquisite menu. Guests are also still talking about the caliber of service. There was no waiting in line for the bar or the bathroom. Each person at the table received their entree at the same exact time, it was next level service. I could not recommend PBYC more, it was an unbelievable experience working with John and team, especially in what can often be a stressful planning process. Book your wedding there, and know you are in good hands. Wish we could relive the day again!

From the moment we met John and saw the beautiful venue we knew this was the one. After an exhaustive search of venues in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the North Fork, the Hamptons and the Hudson Valley we were starting to think the venue we were envisioning did not exist. PBYC met all of our requirements and more. John was super friendly, extremely helpful and always responsive. (He would answer our many late night emails within minutes) John is the gold standard for what every venue manger should be. After our wedding we had so many people reach out to us to tell us how amazing he was. We had no major hiccups thanks to John’s attention to detail, organization and preparation. Also, the venue is beyond stunning, it is absolutely breathtaking. From the gorgeous outdoor area on the water to the perfectly decorated interior (each area has its own personality) you will fall in love with the grounds. Throughout the day we utilized all of their spaces with an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the balcony, dinner in the dining room, dancing on the 2nd floor and an after party in the Cellar Bar. Not only is PBYC a beautiful venue, but their partnership with Robbins Wolfe catering elevates the experience. The food was unique and absolutely delicious. We are still receiving messages from our guests that they are craving the burrata! The quality of the wine and spirits is above and beyond any other venue (and trust me, we have been to a lot of weddings!) We strongly recommend booking your big day at Peconic Bay Yacht Club. After touring the venue and meeting John you will know you ended up at the right place!

My wedding was here Memorial Day weekend, 2017. The staff, food (which is not your typical wedding catering- important to me as a personal chef), grounds and building were some of the best I've ever experienced and many of our guests would agree. Our ceremony was on the beautiful lawn overlooking Shelter Island and our cocktail hour was indoor/outdoor on the upper deck. We had 135 guests in the main ballroom which was the perfect number for comfortable seating and dancing for our guests with a 10 piece band. I would strongly recommend PBYC to anyone looking for an elegant, beach/nautical, romantic, delicious wedding venue.

I recently attended a wedding at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club and I do not know how any other wedding will top it! While words cannot do this venue justice, it was truly the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to. From the craftsmanship of the building to the stunning view of Shelter Island, the hardest decision to make would be whether to have the wedding indoors or outdoors. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable going above and beyond for all the guests and making sure everyone was having a great time . I would highly recommend this setting for your special day!
