Peddlers Village is the most beautiful and romantic place for a wedding, and as New Yorkers, we were able to utilize all Peddlers had to offer to maximize our wedding to a full weekend. In addition to having our ceremony and reception at Peddlers, we also had our rehearsal dinner and after party there as well. Our guests are STILL talking about how beautiful the village is, and how incredible our wedding was. Our perfect day would not have been possible without the amazing staff at Peddlers who helped us every single step of the way. Ann was available to help us with anything that we needed from the moment we booked Peddlers, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and that our wedding was our perfect vision. We had the pleasure of having Pam as our day of coordinator, who assisted us with every single thing on the day of our wedding, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. When the possibility of rain became a looming fear, Pam and Ann made us feel comfortable knowing that they had a Plan B in the event that it does rain. Another wonderful thing about Peddlers is how many photo opportunities there are! We were able to capture an array of different settings for our photographs all while staying in the village. Peddlers is beautiful, charming, romantic, and allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams. But for us, what really made the difference is the incredible staff who made us feel like family and were there for us every step of the way. We HIGHLY recommend any couple looking to get married to choose Peddlers for their special day. We are so thankful for everyone at Peddlers Village and are so blessed to have been able to be married there!

f my wildest dreams came true! Our friends and family were wowed and awed with beautiful scenery and no one can deny that love was in the air. We are grateful to have had a place my family has been celebrating in traditionally every year apart of our fairy tale. Coming from NY\NJ our relatives were impressed that every bite of food was mouth watering and delicious From cocktail hour to the breakfast at earls. Everyone left Full and happy. My bridal suit was jaw dropping and Coming and going through the beautiful rooms in which our guest stayed really making the weekend nothing but enjoyable.

They even changed up the menu to include a NY Jewish Deli food station and a Puerto Rican food station to honor our heritages. (Our guests LOVED the food) Peddler's Village is a very special location for our family, and I couldn't really imagine going somewhere else. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to take advantage of the gazebo, as we only had about 60 guests. Communication was excellent every step of the way, and I was really comforted by the relaxed atmosphere and consistent professionalism. Special bonus: they JUST redid the flooring in the event space, which is a really great new upgrade!

d was very prompt to respond to any inquires that I had. Everything went so smooth on the big day. The food was so good, and everyone was very happy with it. I could not have been happier with the service I received from this venue. So much is included in the wedding package, unlike many of the other venues that we considered.

everything you need is all within walking distance. We also planned a small wedding, ~70 guests, and everyone fit perfectly in the reception rooms. Package prices are reasonable compared to other area venues, and the Cock n Bull food is SO much better than other reception venues. It’s a real restaurant, and your reception food will not be a cheap alternative. We were also happy with our centerpieces included in our package from the Pod Shop, and our cake was perfect as well, included from Cramer’s Bakery. I will say that the overnight stay in the bridal suite was a great inclusion to the package, but I would recommend getting ready somewhere with better lighting if you can. Jeanne was our day of coordinator, and we cannot say enough good things about her. She is so kind and down to earth. She made me feel at ease the day we met her, and she made sure everything was perfect. She seemed truly happy for my husband and I, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Any hiccups of our day were relatively minor and quickly handled by Jeanne. My husband and I have had many great memories at Peddler’s Village, and now we have another special reason to love it there!

Being able to have guests stay on-site was a huge plus as well, and guests had plenty to do throughout the day. Ann helped us coordinate our rehearsal dinner on-site as well. The staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. We were able to keep costs low and still have the best wedding!

had their wedding reception on NYE and it was one to remember! The Christmas lights at Peddlers Village were magical and we can't say enough about the wedding team at the Cock n Bull! The Golden Plough Inn (on site of the venue) was perfect to stay overnight for our friends and family. Their vendors were so easy to work with and John the DJ from East Coast Event Group get the party going ... he is a great DJ! Can't wait to go back just to visit!

de even simpler by their robust and fairly-priced wedding packages, that utilize other Peddler's businesses, and includes items like linens, table centerpieces (we used The Pod Shop Flowers, who did everything we asked and matched our wedding colors perfectly) , the wedding cake (we used The Lucky Cupcake - beautiful, delicious, and all-around amazing); they even include a complimentary stay at the Golden Plough Inn the night before, night of, and on your 1-year anniversary! It made everything so straightforward and simplified. To add to the excellence, Ann at Peddler's is an absolute rockstar. She was pleasant, informative and responsive, accommodated all of our requests and answered all of our questions, from our initial inquiry a year prior, all the way through to the day-of. Jeannie, the day-of coordinator, helped keep everyone on track with positivity and pure happiness. Ann and Jeannie are true professionals and it is clear that they love what they do! Overall we had an excellent experience and are so happy we chose Peddler's for our day.

ent without a hitch (well except for the hitch between me and my husband)! The only things that kept this from being 5 stars were certainly not dealbreakers. They were mostly small day-of details. They may tell you that the food from the tasting is exactly what you will get the day of, but it is not! Portions are in fact smaller. That's totally fine, what was frustrating was that when we asked about it, the chef wasn't honest. Another issue was that I gave some items to them wrapped and asked if they could unwrap them so that no damage occurred. I would have been fine unwrapping them myself if I had known that they wouldn't unwrap them! Now we pictures with a wrapped sign (photo for tax) Overall, this venue is gorgeous and did not disappoint. Any details that weren't perfect were small. I would still highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a magical wedding day. The team does whatever they can to keep the stress off of the bride and groom. They communicate really well with vendors and seem genuinely happy to be working with you. The kindness and excitement from the staff were a huge benefit to booking this venue.

The day of the wedding we worked with Brian, he was so amazing and a great guy!! From rehearsal dinner until the end of the reception he was by myside any time I needed help or even a silly question. The staff who worked our wedding was so nice and sweet, the bartenders are the best! It's been a month and I still daydream about how amazing it all was. I couldn't have dreamed for a better experience or day. I literally cannot think of one thing that didn't go our way or wasn't perfect, and if something didn't go right, I had no clue because they are THAT AMAZING. You are literally treated as family from first contact until after the wedding and so on. Food is to die for, your glasses are never empty, and the scenery is just the most beautiful spot for pictures and enjoy your day at. I cannot thank the staff enough for giving me the wedding of my dreams.

rience. First of all, Ann was wonderful to work with. She was my main point of contact for most, if not all of the pre-wedding planning. She answered all of my questions so quickly and thoroughly. She was so kind and helped me with everything. I planned my wedding mostly from overseas due to Covid, and when I did come home, Ann prioritized meeting with me in person. My wedding date changed three times (thanks, Covid!), and the last change happened one month before our proposed third date!! And yet, Ann pulled it together and made it work! She was so caring and understanding the entire process. Seriously, look at all the reviews below this and how many specifically mention Ann! Besides Ann, whom I could gush about all day, the wedding itself was lovely. The food was delicious (specifically the grilled choose in tomato soup-AMAZING), the tables were set nicely, and everything ran smoothly. At the last minute, Ann helped me project a video with messages from my husband's family, who live overseas. It worked great and my husband appreciated it. -Our day of coordinator, Brian, was wonderful! He brought us drinks and food throughout the night and kept checking on us. He made sure I knew it was okay if we were behind schedule because people could wait for me :P He double-checked with both me and my dad to make sure I really wanted a long island iced tea. (I am not a drinker, but they taste good!) For the record, Brian was probably (definitely) right, and I thank him for attempting to warn me! The outdoor space was beautiful. We had ours inside the gazebo. I was worried it was going to be awkward (I wanted it on the lawn, but my family all complained about the heat :P), but it was not awkward, it flowed very nicely and felt comfortable. For me, I enjoyed the aspect that passerby could watch, and we received many congratulations from the people who paused their shopping to watch us get married. The hotel where we stayed (included with our package), was really nice, and had a large jacuzzi. Not sure what more I could ask for there. Highly recommend this place! Thank you to everyone who made our wedding so wonderful!

It was the most amazing and special day of our lives and I would do it all over again at Peddler's Village if I could!

Ann is who we fell in love with, I believe that the venue is extremely important but the people behind the venue is what makes your wedding come to life. Ann is that person. With the unknown circumstances during the planning process it caused a lot of stress but Ann reassured us and kept in contact throughout the pandemic with updates and options. We changed our wedding to be outdoors a few months before the date. We then proceeded to send out the invites, set times, etc. A month before the wedding we went to Ann and expressed that we wanted our original wedding as planned (indoors) since the restrictions were being lifted and she made that happen. If I had to count the number of emails that were corresponded between the three of us in the past two years it would be impossible. But every email was always responded to promptly and with the amazing personality that comes with Ann. The day of the wedding we did the first look with beautiful weather and 30 minutes before our ceremony it decided to rain. They had to move and switch around the entire ceremony to be inside the gazebo (only partial guests could be accommodated so the rest stood outside the gazebo with umbrellas). That is the thing with weather, it is unpredictable but the day is about marrying your best friend and we did not let that get to us. (Luckily we did our first look so all pictures were finished). Everything was beautiful and we cannot wait to visit Peddler's Village in the future and share the beautiful memory and be able to say "we got married here". Thank you again to Ann and the entire staff at Peddler's Village for making our day so beautiful and such a success.

tiful grounds which are second to none! Our original wedding date was supposed to be 7/25/2020, but COVID had other plans and we had to postpone our big celebration to 7/24/2021. Working at a wedding venue myself, I saw firsthand what many couples had to go through during the pandemic with rescheduling their weddings and having to put down more costly deposits in the most uncertain times. I also heard quite a few horror stories about other venues. I count my lucky stars every day that we chose Peddler's Village for our wedding venue. Our main coordinator, Ann, was amazing to work with. Even in the most difficult times, she was super accommodating and compassionate. She made an extremely stressful situation virtually stress free. When we finally got to have our big celebration, Ann and Jeannie, our day of coordinator, could not have outdone themselves more. From carefully placing our decorations and making everything look absolutely beautiful, to making sure the timeline ran smoothly, and making sure we always had a drink in our hand, they made sure our special day was perfection and that we had everything we needed. Our wedding day was truly magical - I wouldn't change a single thing, and I can't wait to reminisce in our wedding memories every time we visit Peddler's Village from now on.

We were originally supposed to be married 6/5/2020, but needed to postpone due to the pandemic. Throughout the entire planning process (over the course of about 2 years), Ann was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive to my many emails. She also went out of her way to accommodate whatever we asked for (for example, PV offers a french fry bar option during the cocktail hour, but we were able to arrange to do a cheesesteak bar instead for a small upcharge). I could talk about Ann all day but I'll just add that she's really experienced in this industry and we valued her opinion on everything from napkin colors to seating arrangements and everything in between (e.g., "hey do you think we should offer a meal to our cocktail hour musician?") Now, about the venue itself... we originally toured and booked the banquet hall at the Cock'n Bull for our reception. So when covid restrictions limited the number of guests we could host in there, we were at first disappointed about having to relocate to the outdoor tent. HOWEVER, my husband and I both agree now that we wouldn't trade our outdoor tent wedding for the world. The surrounding scenery was beautiful; we felt like it was "private" enough that random people weren't crashing the wedding/looking into the tent; the tent itself was spacious, remained cool/breezy on a hot day, and looked awesome, and the food was served hot and delicious (chicken francese, veggie ravioli, braised short rib)-- something we were originally worried about with an outdoor wedding. Basically, the outdoor "vibe" ended up being better suited to our style (we were even able to set up cornhole boards, which our guests really seemed to enjoy). In general, I'll say that Peddler's Village itself is beautiful and offers guests a more unique experience (compared to the more common, golf course/banquet hall venues). Our guests really enjoyed hanging out at the winery/brewery on site (especially because we had a little bit of time in between our church ceremony and reception) as well as staying at the Golden Plough Inn so there was no need to drive/Uber at the end of the night. There also happened to be a "block party" festival event taking place at PV the weekend of our wedding which some of our guests took advantage of the next day. On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch -- in large part due to Jeanne's excellent setting up of our decor and coordination with our other vendors (she also made sure my husband and I were never without a drink!) We also got some really beautiful photos on the Village grounds, including in the lit up gazebo at night. Overall, we would wholeheartedly recommend Peddler's Village as a wedding venue. In addition to all the reasons stated, it's very reasonably priced, especially when you consider what is included and how that compares to other venues in Bucks County. I encourage any interested brides to check out one of the PV wedding shows -- they host them a couple of times a year and it's a great opportunity to meet the staff, try some food, as well as meet with some of the vendors who commonly do weddings there.

nn worked with us to find a new date in 2021 and to ensure a lovely wedding no matter what we did. When I found out I had new food restrictions that I didn't know of when we booked the wedding, Ann made sure that I would be accommodated and did a ton of research to determine what foods were safely gluten free. Finally, when we decided to pull the plug on our postponed date as well, Ann was super accommodating and understanding of our situation and even got our deposits back for us. We cannot recommend Peddler's Village enough. We will be back for future events once the world is a little safer!

Ann made everything work seamlessly. From cancelling our first two dates, to down sizing the guest list to a very intimate ceremony and dinner, to completely changing the dinner location. Ann is the absolute best, I can not recommend Peddler's Village enough.

ople. Ann and her team did not let COVID stop us from having the wedding of our dreams. We booked peddlers village pre-Covid. My husband and I were on the phone WEEKLY with Ann to discuss the COVID restrictions. Ann was prepared to postpone our date or power through with us—whichever we were comfortable with. We threw idea after idea at Ann and she made each idea work and executed everything so flawlessly. We were able to stick with our date and still have the perfect wedding. Ann’s availability through this process and QUICK responses both pre and post COVID eliminated so much stress. I heard horror stories from other brides regarding their venues. I was so proud to work with people who wanted our day to be perfect FOR US regardless of COVID. An outdoor wedding at peddlers village was a dream come true. It’s much more intimate than I expected it to be even with us being right in the middle of the village. The gardens, rustic buildings, beautiful white gazebo, and for us, scarecrow festival provided all of the decor we needed for our day. The village really provides an atmosphere of love and fun! We got ready in the bridal suite and had MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM for 10 girls to get ready together (plus the makeup artist and 2 hair stylists). One thing to note is that we did not need to arrange for transportation for our bridal party to the wedding or reception since everything was completely walkable...even in heels. Visitors to peddlers village stepped aside as we walked through and commented on how great we looked. I honestly felt like a princess walking through the area. That being said, once we were in the wedding/gazebo area it felt like it was a private party for just our friends and family. There were COUNTLESS areas for pictures. Make sure you allow yourself to have enough time for pictures because the village provides so many beautiful scenic options. The ceremony went through without a hitch thanks to the help of Jeanie, our day of attendant! She moved things along smoothly and was great with keeping in the timeline that I provided. Obviously on your wedding day you lose track of time. I told Jeanie how important it was to me that our ceremony start on time. So 15 minutes before...in a very friendly and genuine way she asked “do you want to be on time” which was an amazing way to keep things moving. I received amazing feedback on how they transformed our ceremony into our cocktail hour. Immediately when the ceremony ended they had cocktails ready to be passed so that the bar was not overwhelmed. The sangria for your signature drink is a MUST in my opinion. So delicious. Jeanie made sure that at every second of the reception me and the groom had a drink in hand. The food was phenomenal!!!!!!! I could go on for days about how amazing this place was and how special it was to have our wedding there. If you’re even debating getting married at peddlers village—set an appointment to visit. The village honestly sells itself.

When our state approved small gatherings, Ann worked tirelessly with us to help us adjust our event from a large ceremony and reception to a small, intimate ceremony followed by a very small dinner (well tons of food very small amount of people - and the food was delicious). We ended up planning the whole thing in a matter of weeks (again cannot stress enough how wonderful Ann was through the whole experience). The day of, we worked with their event staff coordinator Jeannie, who was also amazing. We are so excited to use Peddler's Village again for our very delayed reception next year!

The event staff was fantastic from day one throughout everything – Ann and her team were incredibly responsive, helpful, flexible and so pleasant to work with. They did all they could to make wedding planning easier and more fun for me and my husband but they also made us feel important on our wedding day – there to help with anything we needed, even providing us and the bridal party with some hors d’oeuvres while we were waiting to do our reception entrance. They did a stunning job setting up all of our décor for both the ceremony and reception and the entire event flowed smoothly and all went off without a hitch! (At least as far as we know, which means they did a great job ). All of our guests absolutely loved the venue, even enjoying some time between the ceremony and cocktail hour to browse the shops and grab a drink. We also got tons of compliments on the food, from cocktail hour through dessert, everything was delicious and served in hearty portions – no one was still hungry at the end of the night! Overall, everything about Peddler’s Village and everyone on staff helped make our wedding day perfect and truly a time we’ll never forget! We would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

gh we had a smaller wedding (70 guests). Most venues we talked to were not willing to work with a smaller group. Ann answered any question we had in a timely manner and made sure everything was perfect and just the way we wanted. The wedding package was amazing, it came with everything, including floral centerpieces from a local vendor who was talented and great to work with, a beautiful and a delicious cake from a local vendor, and a spacious bridal suite. We decided to have our rehearsal dinner at Earl’s on property which was absolutely perfect and the food was delicious. The entire weekend we felt like we were royalty with the level of service we received. The hotel staff was great, when we came back to the room after the wedding, you would not have known we were in there all day getting ready. They even had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us! Everything about the ceremony and reception were perfect. Teresa and Chris ran our event and they were both fantastic, making sure our day was perfect. We had a little hiccup at the end of the reception and they handled it with such professionalism and we are very grateful for that. The wait staff were also fantastic! They even came out to the dance floor and danced with us. Gloria, one of the waitresses really helped make our reception special. We wanted ‘be our guest’ to play when our food was brought out and she even danced out with our food! Every time our drinks were empty she was on the dance floor pouring us new ones, it was unbelievable. I can’t say enough nice things about everyone at peddlers village who helped make our day special- it really takes a village lol. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and will look back on these memories forever.

ur coordinator throughout the process, and she was so easy to work with. We got married on Cinco De Mayo, and she was able to arrange for a taco bar for us (not on the menu). Our guests LOVED it! She eased my nerves the week of the wedding by going over everything before our final meeting over the phone. She also answered all my random questions frequently over the 9 month planning process. Nicole was the maitre'd for the evening of, and she did a great job too! Super easy to work with. The price we paid included the cake and the floral centerpieces from local vendors (which I will review elsewhere), which made it super easy to coordinate. Having the ceremony in front of the gazebo with the tulips blooming and all the charming little shops in the background could not be beat. I cant wait to see the pictures. The Cock N Bull ballroom space was a little cramped. They say they can accommodate 200 people, but honestly, I wouldnt have a party larger than ours there (135 people). The food was excellent. Chef Abdul Parker checked on us a few times to make sure we enjoyed the food. My contact at the Golden Plough Inn was Kelsey- very responsive and easy to work with regarding the room block. A rep called me from the hotel a few days before to offer to add extra chairs and a mirror to the bridal suite, which I appreciated. The bridal suite is absolutely beautiful. I did think the guest rooms were a bit expensive, even in the block, but that's reflective of the area. All in all, I would recommend Peddlers Village as a wedding spot. It was very unique and beautiful at a reasonable price.

he beautiful rooms. Our suite was INCREDIBLE- easily the best hotel room I've ever stayed in. I couldn't believe the amazing tub and shower. We also did our first look and posed bridal pictures in the library and I am so looking forward to seeing them because the room is just gorgeous. We were also all able to be in the same building which made it really fun to have all our family and friends around us.

eekend and arranged lodging at The Golden Plough Inn. The Inn proved to be the perfect choice, ideally located in the midst of Peddler’s Village, one of the top attractions in the state. All of our guest rooms were in the main Inn, and they were comfortable in every way. Cozy and impeccably clean they offered down quilts and pillows, ironing boards and irons, and a small refrigerator. The bathrooms were brightly lit and included amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and a hairdryer. A coffee maker was supplied upon request. Nothing was too much trouble for Alaina Landes, the Hotel Sales Manager, and her staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. On Friday night we had the Rehearsal Dinner directly across from The Golden Plough in the recently renovated Earl’s New American. Everyone attending the wedding was invited, so it was a large gathering. We had Ann Lipcsey, the Catering Sales Manager, to thank for going above and beyond in making sure everything went smoothly. The farm to table food, prepared by Executive Chef Bill Murphy, was superb. And the General Manager, Louis Torres, and his staff were excellent. Saturday morning, we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast in the adjacent restaurant, Buttonwood Grill. The restaurant’s bar area was a welcoming place to gather after the Rehearsal Dinner. The wedding ceremony was not until early Saturday evening, so guests had the day to explore Peddler’s Village and visit the many unique shops, boutiques and restaurants. There was also a beauty salon within walking distance for those who wanted to have hair and makeup done before the wedding. It was the perfect weekend and everyone had positive things to say about their stay. Without a doubt we would recommend The Golden Plough Inn for a sample of true hospitality!

There is a lot included in having your wedding here, such as the cake, getting to take pictures on the entire property, an overnight stay in a romantic honeymoon suite, and a captain to guide you through the day! Our guests are still talking about how pretty the gazebo ceremony was, along with how great the food tasted! We would not change anything and love the memories from this special day at Peddler's Village.
