I am not an artistic guy. You give me a pair of scissors & paper and tell me to make art, I wouldn’t know what to do. I can’t even draw a stick figure without messing up several times. So when it came time to choose a wedding photographer, my biggest anxiety was a photographer that will ask me what I want my shots to look like. When I just want them to look nice! Peer Canvas put those fears to rest - they are imaginitave, highly skilled, and most importantly they are friendly and approachable. Don’t take this the wrong way - If you are more of a hands-on bride or groom, they will follow your instructions to a tee. My wife, who is a bit more creative than me, had several ideas of shots she wanted. She loosely described them to our photographers, who interpreted, executed, and delivered beautiful results! The prices aren’t cheap, but this is professional photography we are talking about. Their rates are probably comparable with other businesses in the area. Take it from me, a happily married new husband: these people are going to create and preserve memories for you. And you will be happy with the results. I absolutely and enthusiastically recommend!

My husband and I were so lucky to have met Marjorie and Brenton. They are extremely easy to work with, they have the most calming yet direct demeanor, and helped us with a timeline that set the series of events for our wedding. They drove all of the way to Chicago to capture our engagement photos that turned out stunning. Every time I needed to communicate with them they corresponded almost immediately. On top of the professionalism, incredible talent, they are two down to earth wonderful people. I could not be happier with how our engagement and wedding photos turned out and to have had them involved in our planning process. They are highly recommended and so easy to work with.
