In fact, the week of our wedding, they already had some lights up from a prior event that we had contemplated renting but chose to allocate the budget elsewhere and they offered to leave it up for our event for free. They were beyond generous and now we can’t picture our wedding without the additional lights they gifted us because it made such a huge impact. I would highly recommend Pegasus for any event or space you’re looking at, but particularly at LW since they know the venue so well and can craft exactly the experience you’re looking for—in our case, a romantic space, given LW is fairly industrial. We were also a bit worried that they don’t sign a contract until the month of the event, but ultimately we’re glad about it because if our wedding had to be rescheduled (luckily it didn’t) for Covid, they would be one less vendor to worry about. They still reserved our date without a contract months in advance and we’re so happy we went with this team!

imsical & absolutely magical, the pinspot lighting over our action stations for cocktail hour as well as the guest tables really highlighted the centerpieces, & the up lighting of the outer perimeter of the space made for a romantic, picture-perfect setting. Thank you to the entire Pegasus team for making this possible -- we couldn't be happier with how everything looked on our special day!!

Their end product was beautiful and worth every dollar we paid and then some. My only advice is book them YESTERDAY for incredible lighting that your guests (and your photos) will remember for years to come.

to work with and truly made the event space look and feel incredible. For those who don't know, Liberty Warehouse is a pretty blank slate. Anthony, working alongside our florist, Konstantinos Floral Design, used that to their advantage to create a unique and immersive environment that felt warm, welcoming and magical, all at the same time. We also had Pegasus provide sound equipment for the outdoor ceremony and they supplied these incredible, high tech speakers that were barely noticeable but provided amazing sound. I'm a total nerd when it comes to the latest tech and between those speakers and the wirelessly controllable, LED lighting Pegasus used, I was totally geeking out! My Bride was overwhelmed with how beautiful everything looked!
