They kept plates full and had such awesome energy when interacting with our guests, and were even willing to push service back after our timeline ran a little long. One of our biggest concerns when planning our wedding was finding a caterer who could safely accommodate my husband’s Celiac disease. From the start, Cat was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. Most of her food is already Celiac-safe, which was such a huge relief. She made us feel completely confident that our guests—and more importantly, my husband—would be safe and satisfied. On the big day, Cat’s team arrived early, were organized and professional, and had appetizers ready to go as soon as cocktail hour started. They moved efficiently and kept everything running smoothly, even with our large guest list. To this day, whenever we talk to friends and family about the wedding, one of the first things they mention is how amazing the food was. We’ve received so many compliments, and we know several guests went back for seconds—it really was that good. Thank you, Cat and the entire Pel Appino team, for making our wedding meal unforgettable! If we ever host a large event again, we know exactly who we’ll call—Pel Appino!

t we were in great hands. The food was amazing, and she helped us navigate through what our vision was and what would work with our budget and make sure that nothing was lost in the shuffle. The menu is so easy, it is all one price, and everything is included, she sent us an estimate and it only varied due to the guest count was more than we expected at the time we booked. On the big day, everything went amazingly (and yes we started late....) We had the charcuterie grazing table for appetizers, Arugula Feta Pomegranate Salad, Broccolini, Black Truffle Potatoes, Chicken Pel-Appino and Marinated Tri-Tip with Rosemary. Everything was over the top! The food was hot!!! and tasted incredible. We thought that the food could not taste any better than the tasting, but we were wrong, it was delicious! Guests have said that it was the best food at any wedding that they have ever had. I cannot say enough about Pel-Appino and Cat. Her team is hands down the best in the state. Her knowledge of the wedding industry and how our vendors got excited when they heard Pel-Appino was catering our wedding, I knew that this was a match made in heaven. I cannot thank Cat enough for all her support and I hope that I can refer Pel-Appino as much as possible. You won't regret anything.

the food was only one thing, it was the amount of customer service that we and our guests received. The staff at Pel-Appino is the best in the state. From Brittany who assisted us and our planner to ensure that everything ran smoothly, to Cat who made sure that nothing was forgotten. I cannot convey to anyone how smooth this process was, from beginning to end. From the minute we spoke to Cat on the phone, to the food tasting in her home (with her sweet dog Sam) to every text, phone call and email, she was attentive to us, and she was so quick to respond to us. Even if she was busy, she let us know that she was busy, then got back to us. We just loved everything about this entire experience, and we will stay in touch with Pel-Appino for every catering we need in the future. You cannot go wrong with this choice! I would have given more stars if I could!

Cat was also very quick to communicate via email, and we never felt like we were left waiting for a response. This was extremely helpful for us during planning! Food: The food was delicious, and we got plenty of compliments from our guests! We chose the charcutier grazing table as our appetizer, and Cat was also nice enough to throw in two extra appetizers, the "Ricotta with Lemon Basil and honey flat bread" and the "whipped goat cheese and blueberry balsamic crostini". These were great little bites for us, though as the wedding couple we were so busy we hardly had enough time to sit down and enjoy them! For our main course, the dishes we especially loved were the "Sauteed Zucchini and Yellow Squash with Sundried Tomato Alfredo Sauce", the "Sambal Marinated Tri-tip with Fresh Fruit Tapenade" and the "Chicken Pel-Appino". While everything was delicious, these three were our absolute favorites! The Wedding: When the big day arrived, Cat's team was extremely helpful, professional, and incredibly flexible. They did a fantastic job, and we really couldn't have asked for anything more! Overall, we had a wonderful wedding, and Pel-Appino was a critical part of that! Also she has so many options, we had a grilled cheese bar at the end of the night with delicious tomato soup. The fact that there are no hidden or last minute fees is just the cherry on top. We wanted a catering company that was streamlined: we didn't want to have to deal with all the little decisions. Pel-Appino absolutely delivered there! When the wedding day came, Cat and her crew settled in on their own, worked patiently around our delayed scheduled, and laid out delicious food with gorgeous presentations. What's more, Pel-Appino is very familiar with dietary restrictions and allergies. Two of our guests had gluten and dairy allergies and could eat almost everything! The only thing I'm sad about concerning our experience with Pel-Appino is that I didn't get to interact with Cat and her crew more. Such sweet people! She was so patient while we worked through our bumps in the road from COVID from venue changes to date changes. She was there the whole process from start to finish so responsive and even took the time to call me get to know me and personally introduce herself unlike the other vendors I had looked into who responded back with a menu prices and phone number. She treats you like family not like another paycheck in her pocket. We're forever grateful to have come across Cat and her team, I can promise anyone that reaches out to Cat will not be disappointed.
